My review is based off the American food menu. I have not tried any of the Latin food. This restaurant is a standard , it's more of a carry out or delivery. There's no space for dining in. My Food was so/so. My biggest issue was I placed an order of 3 only 3 items. Got ALL the way home to find out I was missing an item. Had to drive all the way back up there.

Ordered food through doordash and included specific instructions as to what I wanted on my shrimp cheesesteak. I asked for shrimp, steak, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, cooked onions, and mayonnaise. I only received 3 out of 7 of the items I just mentioned. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade Snapple and was not notified that they no longer had that flavor so they sent me another flavor without calling to check. Once I opened my sub the bread was in pieces as pictured. They had also told my dasher that they had called to let me know about the juice (which I was not called about). In other words they are unprofessional and should not be serving food to anyone especially if it looks like what was depicted in the picture. Talking on the phone to whoever worked there was also a headache and very rude.

I give Crown Pizza one star,on the fact,that 1st it takes like 30 mins just to place your order over the phone,which is so frustrating,The 1st nite we ordered from them we purchased their 2xxlpizza,which was pretty good,so the next nite we decided to try theire sub's,big mistakes,I order a cheese fish sub,which came with no cheese,& it was so dry ...my husband ordered bacon cheeseburger sub,& we ordered cheese steak also,all 3subs were horrible,so mad we wasted our money,never again....smh.

Never again! First they didn't bring the drink I paid for second they legit sent me a sub with more lettuce than meat! I ordered a cheesesteak with lettuce tomatoes extra mayonnaise extra fried onions and light Hots. The sub can with almost no onion and no hats at all. I like to support my local businesses but this was just a waste of my time and money very disappointed!

I've ordered from Crown a few times. I order using the Slice app, so I haven't had any phone interaction. The delivery has been prompt.Now on to the not so great - Being from NY, I'm rather particular about pizza. In my opinion, what makes a pizza great is the crust. Anyone can put on toppings, but a really good pizza is all about the crust. This is where Crown fails. Our most recent order was pretty bad. It was if they forgot to add yeast and let that yeast develop. There was no decent gluten texture. The crust had the texture of cardboard, like a simple mixture of flour and water. Good crust needs to rise and develop for the right taste and texture. I guess I'm back to looking for good pizza in Dundalk.

It took almost an hour to get our food. No garlic butter. No marinara for the jalapeño poppers. And the Caesar salad had green peppers, onions, cucumbers and mozzarella cheese instead of Parmesan. The cheese be yellow in the jalapeños poppers.

I too would like to leave a zero. I ordeed for two work friends and myself at work. It was an hour and a half before we got our food. The cold cuts were terrible! Meat was cheap and nasty. When I called about asking when our food is going to arrive I got a run around. I was told I could get 20% off my future order because it was 20 minutes longer than expected. I even went there personally after work to discuss how terrible it was. The man was extremely disrespectful to me and was repeatedly attempting to incite argument. I told him it would be a good business decision to give me at least 20% back from that order. He blamed the online ordering service, stating he was not authorized or able to issue refunds. WOW. Clearly they do not rely on repeat customers. Do not patronize them!

I live locally but normally work in Rockville where there are multiple Indian restaurants close enough by. With all things Covid and being stuck at home I've been really craving Indian. We were ordering from Bite my slice but they since closed to our dismay however, then we found Crown Pizza & Wings. I am not sure if this is the same "Crown" that was around some years back but I swear it did not have an Indian menu. So we discovered they had Indian via the Grubhub listing for Sagamartha Kitchen and with the delivery we got a Crown menu. The food has been awesome. The Indian food is def on par with the restaurants I would normally visit. If they open a lunch buffet here I'll be there at least weekly (mask and all). I personally recommend the saag paneer pizza, lamb vindaloo (Indian hot) (in fact dip that pizza in the vindaloo sauce) and the chili momo. My wife recommends the fries chat, tandoori salmon and the rasmalai. If you're not in the mood for Indian I haven't ventured too far on the other menu items yet but I did also enjoy their cheese steak. They are also very friendly on the phone which saves both you and them money over Grubhub and the like.

Ever since the owners changed, the food has been amazing. The food was cooked perfectly and their recipes are top notch!! Would definitely recommend if you are craving spicy Indian/ Nepalese food.
