Cowboy Eats

Randy had his truck "Cowboy Eats" at Independent Brewing where we came to experience some of the local brews. I had the "Bacon Blue Burger" tonight and it was severed just at the right temperature that I had requested - it was absolutely delicious The locally sourced beef from Roseda Angus Beef Farm! My wife had the "Softie" a soft shell crab burger with their Boom-Boom sauce - also absolutely delicious! Along with our burgers, we had their fries and onion rings - served piping hot and fresh in a generous portion. You need to check him out!Randy - thanks for a delicious dinner to pair with these great tasting brews!

Pot roast sandwich was okay and gets 3 stars. The potato salad side was a sample portion and besides ticking off customers, gets only one star. Next time, I will do whatever food truck is not this one. I don't recommend cowboy eats...

I'm reviewing Cowboy Eats based on their food truck at Independent Brewery. F ordered the Italian Sausage sandwich from the food truck. It was a perfect compliment to the rye beer I was drinking. The fries were nice and crispy despite the hot, sticky, humid day.The service was quick and friendly, too.We're glad we biked over it was worth the trip.

Fantastic Place to Eat. The people are very Friendly and Their Lobster Mac and Cheese is Amazing.

Ordered the pit Turkey sandwich which tasted like old lunch meat on a bun. Second was the fried chicken sandwich that was massively over cooked and the chicken then tasted like rubber. Finally my daughter got the kids grilled cheese and fries. Fries were cold and hard like they came from the bottom of the deep fryer and they used the butt end of the bread with white American cheese. Overpriced and under delivered. I should also mention I was originally concerned when the woman was hand keying in the digits of my CC. Stuff happens but how do you run a food truck like this?

great food truck ! friendly people and food was outstanding Bar B Q was my fav. If you see these guys out def grab some grub !!!

Not a good experience, with service and food. The food prep area inside looked disgusting. There was a side door open that I had a pretty good view of the kitchen area, ugh it was nasty. Had what was supposed to be a pulled turkey sandwich. Bread was stale and turkey was dry and not even warm. So not doing this food truck again. The guy who appeared to be in charge was a tool when I mentioned the sandwich was cold and bread stale. No apology or even looking me in the eye when I was describing issue, as though it was something not worth acknowledging.

Simply the worst food truck in America. Someone needs to check this guy's license and make sure everything is on the up and up. I will be filing a report with the health department. Nothing is actually farm to table. The guy running seems like a fake chef. How is this place still in business. Definitely not from repeat customers since I seriously doubt there are any. This guy is a grifter. Overcharging unsuspecting people for cheap grocery store bought low grade food isn't a way to stick around. This truck is embarrassing.

The truck was clean and the people friendly. It's all downhill from there. I ordered the Fat Bastard burger and fries. At least it was cooked medium but still managed to be dry. The brisket and bacon were cold and the brisket was tasteless. The sandwich had a slight drizzle of cold liquid cheese. The fries were not only cold but stale.

We were at Independent Brewing Company on Saturday, May 6th and ordered the Fat Bastard burger. My burger was burnt, there was no flavor to the brisket or burger, and i barely could taste any bacon.....then the worst part was the fake cheese. The best part of a cheeseburger is real cheese. The fries were limp and unappealing. Overall I was disappointed in my whole experience.
