College Park Diner

Service was good. For how busy it was our server was on top of it. The front of house has one person taking names, takeout orders and checking diners out. It causes unnecessary waiting.The food was blah. Scramble eggs too dry. Sausage, biscuits and gravy ...not patties but cut into little pieces with gravy being undercooked so it tasted very floury.Even though it is a classic diner the food was lacking...Sorry we won't be back.

A tiny gem in college park. The food is great. It can be a bit of a wait on weekends. I usually order the fajitas. They come with eggs home fries and toast. The fajitas are always consistent. However lately the home fries have been a hit or miss. I've received dry and half burnt potatoes my last 2 visits. I don't know what's up with that, but hopefully they get it together.

I'd heard good things about College Park Diner, so I finally decided to check it out. I came in on a random Tuesday around 10am. The place wasn't too busy, but it took longer than expected to be seated. Right away, I noticed the table and floors were sticky, which made me a little uneasy about the overall cleanliness. I kept my order simple with a classic bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel--but honestly, it didn't live up to the hype. The wait for food was surprisingly long, and when it finally arrived, the bagel was burnt. Safe to say, I'll just be making this at home next time.

Was recently at one of the car dealerships down the street for service. Decided, with the long wait, to walk over to this diner. It is nice that they have many employees working here and all were friendly. The food though was lackluster. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting a gourmet breakfast, but everything was bland with little to no seasoning. They have limited seating, as it is a small building. I was able to immediately sit at the counter, but there were people wanting for at least 15 minutes or so for a table while I was there during the late breakfast rush.,I later discovered there is an IHOP down the street, so you may want to give it a shot if wanting breakfast. I won't totally rule out trying this place in a future, as I may give their lunch items a try.

This the place to come to , to feed a hang over or cram for a late night study session . The service is steady ... it can be a hit or miss . The decor inside is heavily outdated but it gives such a great diner vibe . The food is just okay but worth a try .

I have been a patron of this place for about a decade now. I remember back in the day when they were open 24 hours. After a rough day at work or when I was down, I'd drop by at 3 am in the morning for some soul-soothing grub. I went there today and it was great as usual. The service has always been spectacular and today was no exception. The ambience is what you'd expect of an old-timey diner with all the bills on the wall giving it a worldly pulse. I believe they haven't changed their prices in a decade. The food was great and their homefries are the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this iconic American diner.

While the special advertised was not entirely accurate - available only Monday through Friday - our Saturday visit still offered a delightful dining experience.The portion sizes were generous, leaving us very satisfied at the end of our meal with a little extra to spare. Despite the misunderstanding about the special, the prices remained reasonable, and the servers were genuinely friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was cozy, albeit quite busy and crowded. Seating took around a 15 minute wait during peak hours, but the staff are incredibly efficient

The service is always great and the ambiance is decent. I highly recommend the pancakes. Oh my goodness they taste exactly like cake, you won't be disappointed. If you're not trying to spend all your money eating this is the spot.

Solid 3.5 stars. Old school diner w no frills. I was a bit worried when we walked in, there was no music, and about four waiters sitting at tables, and nobody in the place. I quickly opened my Yelp app to make sure I got to the right place. We ordered breakfast for dinner and it was good. Nothing special to write home about, but it was solid. Would I go back? Probably not. But it was the perfect mother son date place before we saw a concert.

Host was super sweet. Poor things look overworked on a very busy weekend day, but they were still smiling and being friendly. Food was great. We picked ours to go. Breakfast sandwiches and Belgian waffles were really good. They are open until 2 am, so we'll stop by for late night munchies in the future.
