This is a delicious, no fuss spot nestled in the heart of Broadway St.. Fells has plenty of small, neighborhood favorites and Cocina Luchadores is no exception.I think their standout items are their tacos - the corn tortillas are made in house, and you can really tell the difference in taste and texture. I got mixed vegetable tacos, and they were super flavorful and well balanced -- exactly what I look for in a taco, but difficult to find, especially with veggie tacos. We also got sweet plantain, a side of refried beans, and chips and guacamole. The guacamole didn't taste very fresh and it was not my favorite. But everything else was great! The torta was massive - definitely plenty of food for two meals. We ordered ahead online and the food was ready 15 minutes later in a Saturday night. There's an outdoor bar seating area and a table, some tables indoors, but generally more of a carry out spot than somewhere to dine in.

Great location. Great tacos. Local flare and nice people. Just north of Broadway.Place is small so best to take and walk although the tacos and tortas are stuffed so you may end up losing some meat by doing this. Fun community flyers on the doors and outside.

This little hole-in-the-wall serves some really great Mexican food in Baltimore. I was craving a sandwich so I ended up ordering one of their famous tortas and a horchata to wash it down. The manager/waitress was really kind and served us our food quickly. There's not much dining inside the restaurant itself, but it seems like most customers here order takeout. The food itself was good. We actually started with some chips and queso, which was honestly more like nacho cheese, but still didn't taste bad. The chips were fresh and clearly homemade which I loved. The torta I ordered was also really tasty and had a ton of fresh ingredients piled inside. Their pickled jalapenos inside the torta were cut length-wise, which made it a bit much for me to eat, but otherwise everything was how I expected. It didn't completely blow me away, but it was good and I can see how it's popular!

When I lived in Fells, I came to Cocina Luchadores quite a bit. I just revisited again after a couple years and I still love it. It's a super quaint and quirky place with quite a bit of seating. Staff are friendly and their food is so good! I've tried several of their tortas and tacos. The tortas are huge and I only eat half while saving the other half for a second meal. Everything has always been delicious and this last visit was still the same. I came around lunchtime and got their chorizo tacos. The meat was tender, taco shells were warm, ingredients were fresh, and the side sauces added great flavor to the tacos. I won't let another couple years pass before I make my way over here again!

I had a moment of being hungry and wanting something new. I found this spot on Yelp and decided to give it a shot. Upon walking in, I was greeted with the friendliest smile and welcomed by Gustavo. The seating area was cozy, and I enjoyed the ambiance. I truly admired that the food was made to order; this was echoed in the quality and taste of the food. I would certainly recommend and return.

I was so excited when I saw them on delivery service and ordered right away!! I'd been meaning to try Cocina Luchadoras since COVID. I ordered the chips and guacamole and three tacos. The tacos were very clean and not overly greasy. I loved that the chips were a bit thicker and super crunchy! I still need to go in person and try their food when it's hot off the stove but I will definitely be ordering food from here again!

These birria tacos....... I don't even have words. Absolutely amazing. I think they are only available on certain days which is a total bummer, although the rest of their food is also phenomenal! Such a hole in the wall vibe, and clearly a family owned business. I love the eclectic decor. There is minimal seating, though, and I'll probably regularly take my food to go. Although they are clearly busy, service has always been good and my order completed within a reasonable timeframe!

Authentic Mexican food made by a Baltimore legend. This is a must-go-to spot in Baltimore, a city with few Mexican food options. My favorite is La Cochinita Pibil. The hot pink store front is the cherry on top. I love taking pictures in front of the restaurant.

I went to their food truck at Pariah Brewery. This spot is soooo good! Que sabroso! Get the 3-taco plate, will not go wrong with asada. Next time I'll try their Al pastor and nopales. The owner is a gem!! Plenty of hazy IPAs to choose from at Pariah as well and Junior is a cool cat.

Delicious tacos! Been here before and they're as flavorful as I remember. I got tostada barbacoa, tinga and pibil. Loved the barbacoa and tinga!! My husband enjoyed the tamales very much. Service was good, wait time was short even though it was lunch time. This place is worth a try!
