This place is easy to locate, if you can find Harris Teeter, CHX is literally around the corner. Here you'll find some of the best chicken tenders ever. Everything is made to order. We ordered the chicken sandwich with fries. Number 4 if I remember correctly They looked huge and so good and comes with a sauce which I was surprised about. If I had known about the sauce, I would have turned it down. But I have to tell you, it was so good and I am glad it was on the chicken. Very delicious. The sauce had freshly ground black pepper and a mustard, it was perfect and it complemented the chicken well. The French fries were hot.The interior was spacious and plenty of room to dine in. There is a plastic wallled enclosed extension for those who enjoy eating outside, And several heaters as needed.Inside they have a nice room for groups also there is a box attached to the wall so you can select what you'd like to hear.We will be back for sure.

You should definitely only come here when you have an appetite. There was so much food in the number one combo and the chicken tenders were huge! My favorite fry is the crinkle cut and I was pleased to see they offered these here as well. The biscuit was surprising because it was flaky and crispy but they also smothered it with a sweet tasting sugary substance. I was quite surprised I was charged for a mocktail for my raspberry lemonade with lavender or Elderberry syrup. But I can see how it's a "mocktail". I wasn't informed when I paid or when I ordered of its price. That is something I have come to notice recently with different establishments. When you pay for items, you're only shown the screen with your total and asking you about tips. However an actual receipt listing each item or spoken confirmation of what you ordered and its price is not given to you. I'll make sure to be vigilant in the future. Back to CHX: I came here with a friend to watch the first of Sunday NFL games. They do have multiple screens to watch games and they are able to show whichever game a customer would like to see.I can definitely see this being a hangout spot to watch the game because they do have a full bar. One of the things I love the most was how they kept their glasses and mixers as well as beers and whatever other alcohol products in the refrigerator with a hidden door. I love that he grabs a cold glass from there and then poured a beer. It just spoke to my heart for some reason.

We went in person and ordered to-go. The front of house guy was super nice and helped with recommendations since it was our first time. He also let us sample their house lemonades! This place is pretty big, interior has a mix of bar seating, high and low tables. They also have the small deck outside for when the weather is nice. They have some beers on tap and a large selection of canned drinks. There's several TVs facing the bar seating. Being in McHenry Row, parking is pretty convenient as well and will just get busy during rush times as usual.Food was good. Portions for the Chx Mx were great. The biscuit that they get from Kneads is so good. I do wish they had more sauce options. I'm a bit biased since I tend to use a lot of sauce when eating.Overall, great new place, chill interior, good food.

New black owned chicken tender spot just touched down at locust point.I had the opportunity to try CHX premium kitchen, a new black owned spot that took over the former fat patties in Baltimore. Before I ordered, I had the pleasure to meet Freddie, the co-owner of CHX and how It came under establishment. It's so cool to hear stories of how people strived to success and witnessed the fruit of their labor. I ordered the 3 little CHX which is three tenders, fries, a honey biscuit, Cajun coleslaw and their CHX sauce. I already know what yall thinking, is this better than raisin canes? The answer is It depends. Personally for me CHX is fresher, juicer, less greasy and doesn't feel like the chicken has ingredients that make me addicted for more. The fries are seasoned and crispy crinkle cut The chicken tenders are seasoned and large in size. You can see the specks of black pepper within the batter which is appealing to the eye. The biscuit has a consistency of pillsbury layers kind of think of a croissant biscuit but it's amazing. The ambiance is pretty solid with Morgan colors of orange and blue. The owner mentioned that next week they will have a full bar, happy owner and activities that I'm excited to see. I ordered an old fashioned and trust me the owner knows what he is doing!Overall I recommend everyone to check this out

Loved the friendly and attentive customer service at CHX. While this is clearly a great choice for chicken tenders, it's their strawberry Basil lemonade and kneads bakery honey buttered biscuit accompaniments I thought were exceptionally good and worth returning for. The signature chx dipping sauce for the tenders was also pretty tasty but definitely get the lemonade and try the biscuits too

I wanted to like this place so badly, chicken is the key to my heart, but each visit got progressively worse. Each time greeted by either no staff out front, or the look of "why are you even here?". Can't back up the attitude with the quality of food either. Chicken has potential but overall is dry and bland. Slaw is GOOD, but you get a hilariously small cup of it with your meal. Redeeming quality is a kneeds biscuit, which sadly they can't even take credit for. Unless something changes I can't see this place lasting more than a few more months, hope I'm wrong and things change.
