She takes forever to get you your food but it's worth it because the food is really good.

I was in the area and decided to try this spot. I wondered why it eventually became so crowded until I overheard many of the repeat patrons saying they've traveled from near and far just to eat from here. They all laughed at how long the wait is but definitely stated it was worth it. So, I became even more intrigued to see what all the hype was about especially since I've eaten Chinese food in the past that was pretty good. I usually get Shrimp Fried rice with onions, bean sprouts, and fried egg, extra dark rice. Chinaex did not have bean sprouts The rice was good but I wasn't a fan of the large shrimp on top. I'm sure I will eat from them again but would have to be in the area again. Note: One thing I did notice is that assistance is definitely needed, even if it is someone to answer the phone to take orders. As far as the location, there wasn't anything fancy about the place but it was clean, well lit and in an area with ample parking.

I come here every now and again. The food is delicious, but the owners are in serious need of help! There's literally one person taking orders and one person cooking. That's it. The patrons are extremely patient with the wait. I assume they are used to it. I called in my order at 5:37 on a recent Friday evening and I walked out of the restaurant at 6:59. The lady taking the orders is very sweet and nice, but extremely overwhelmed. Phones were ringing off the hook and she was the only one taking phone orders and in store orders. The only time I would come after this is when they first open in the morning (11am). Anytime after that is a no win situation.

ChinaEx has great food but the service is slow. Mom and Papa carryout; Papa cooking and Mom taking orders over the phone and in person and packing food up for pickup. One can call in their order and go to the store to pick up but you still have to wait over a hour. They need to hire additional staff. At least two more people.

Mr. and Mrs. Chen have consistently served the best Chinese food in the Baltimore metro area for the past 30 years, and I've been a customer for just as long. Although it may take some time to prepare your order, be patient; the wait is worth it.

Great food. It's a hit every time, no matter what I order. It might take a little longer to get done than most places. However, it's well worth the wait.

Amazing food & best Chinese food in my humble opinion. They have been cooking Chinese food for over 20 yrs.

Hours on door say their open but their really not . Food is good however calling ahead won't get you anywhere! You'll still have to wait as if you walked in and ordered.

Been eating here for years. Good food and kind/friendly counter staff. She is always so helpful and remembers me and my orders without fail. Our experiences have been nothing less than wonderful. Over 20 years and never a Bad meal

The food is good but they take forever. I tried to call in an order today and the woman yelled at me on the phone because she couldn't hear. I'm not paying for you to be frustrated with me because your restaurant is loud. Told her to cancel the order and hung up. Won't go back there.
