China Wok

My usual Chinese spot was closed. I used to come here years ago before we moved to another part of town. I remembered them and decided to give them a try. I just got a pint of Shrimp Fried Rice, Chicken & Broccoli and an Shrimp EggRoll. I was disappointed in the Shrimp Fried Rice, it had no Vegetables, eggs, green onions, etc. in it! Only onions and very small shrimps. I just scrambled 2 eggs and added them in there myself, SMH! The Chicken & Broccoli was good, I did like that, the Chicken was very tender. The Shrimp EggRoll was ok, it was smaller than I'm use to. If I return I won't be get the Shrimp Fried Rice.

This Is the best shrimp fried rice I've ever had in Maryland. The food is fresh the shrimp is fresh and big. Shrimp egg rolls delicious.

I've eaten here 2 times and I got food poisoning both times. Definitely do not eat the fried rice. I'm giving 2 stars because the crab rangoons are tasty and the people that work here are very nice.

Here is why they get five stars from me. service was good they didn't rushed through a phone call they repeat it my order back to me they repeated my address back to me. The food got here and left time than I thought the portions are big. my address most places don't deliver to the street is small one car at a time can go down; but instead of being lost she called me the same woman I talked to you on the phone called me and we went through it together instead of her just going around in a circle. the onions taste fresh like as soon as I bit into it I could taste how fresh it was .service which is better than most places that I've been to when it comes to delivery and phone orders. I'll be ordering again and a couple of Saturdays.

I am so glad I found China Wok. I've been to China Hall and Iron Charm before but they cannot compare to China Wok in terms of food, service and price. They have an expansive menu (with a lot more Lunch and Dinner specials than other Chinese restaurants) and at lower prices. There is hardly a wait even if you order at the restaurant. Portions are huge and they do not skimp on ingredients. I particularly like their Singaporean noodles because it looks and tastes the same as having it in Hong Kong (despite the name, it's not a common dish in Singapore) and it comes with flavorful curry (I had to tell them I prefer more curry) big pieces of chicken and shrimp. I tried a lot of other dishes and pretty much satisfied. I also came here 3 or 4 times for the lunch buffet. For 5.95, you get a can of soda and a pretty good selection of Chinese dishes. Every time I went, service was above and beyond. The workers kept coming over to refill our water and made sure we were satisfied. When they saw that I came with a sizeable group of people, they immediately made fresh dishes and even asked if we needed more. I think it's a good idea if you call ahead to tell how many people you are bringing for the buffet because they can prepare prior to your arrival. Delivery was quick and the person delivering the food was super friendly.

This was my first time ordering from China Wok. when I completed my order I asked them to send duck sauce with it they told me that they would have to charge me for it. Who charges for duck sauce?... Strike 2, my food arrived about an hour after I called in my order, now I can deal with that, maybe they had few orders to fulfill. My issue was the flavor of the food, there was none. I had the chicken lo mein and chicken with broccoli, terrible! If only I had some duck sauce, maybe it would have been edible. Strike 3, fortune cookies we're stale. My children bit into old ass cookies. Thanks China Wok, for showing me never order food from there again.

The food was terrible, I ordered shrimp egg foo young the small shrimp was not done at all. It's a good thing that I did not feel like driving back there, because I was pretty hot. Needless to say I do not recommend this place. I was fooled by the 5 star reviews that was given please be honest in your reviews

Amazing food, great customer service. They are always on time and quick with deliveries. I love their lunch special and in dining experience, it may not seem like much from the outside but this place is definitely a diamond in the rough. I recommend the beef lomein and the Singapore noodles.

Delivered in a great time period, general tso's chicken/ shrimp fried rice was amazing, and delivery lady was extremely nice.

I don't recommend this Chinese restaurant. Not sure but it tasted like a whole bottle of MSG was used in the food. Horrible. Now I know why I haven't ordered from there in a couple years. My wife placed the order yesterday evening. Ooofff. Nope no more.
