China Express Carryout

Was in the area for a softball tourney at the fields at Fairland Regional Park. Stopped here on way back down to D.C. and the food was ready at the time promised. The tastiness of the food was average and if I am in the area again I would give a different restaurant a shot before trying China Express. The lady at the counter was really nice and she provided a courtesy soda while I waited for my order. I really wanted to give a higher rating based on service experience, but stuck with the three based on food results.

Definitely not a fan anymore and won't be returning here anytime soon! This spot has been around for awhile now and back in the day, I came here more frequently. I ordered the chicken wings and fries - both tasted like it was cooked with old oil (yucky). So definitely wasted my time and my money!!!

This grubby little carry out mostly sells wings and egg rolls to the students at the high school a block away. The Chinese American offerings are ordinary at best. Pass.

This place is the most "authentic" Chinese carry out I've had in YEARS! I've tried lo mein, wings, General tso, Hunan chicken and the egg rolls. All were old school good... Like the Chinese food I had in the 90s. Unfortunately, they don't delivery so that kinda stinks.. But I guess that means I have to get off my lazy butt to actually get my food.. Eh.** order combo lo mein but it didn't have much protein or veggies. It was a large carton fully packed but didn't have much besides the noodles. Flavor was good. Price was 12$.

I've been going to this carry out since the early 90's...it's delicious. I moved almost an hour away but whenever I'm in the area I stop by. We usually get beef Lo Mein, shrimp fried rice, chicken wings...you know, the regular carry out food. I would highly recommend it.

I love this place. They fix the most flavorful food out of all the Chinese carryouts I have been to. I moved 15 miles away and tried to find a place equally tasty in my area or closer but as of yet, have not found one. For now anytime I come near it, I pick up something from them.It is very small and strictly a carryout so try to avoid the hour school lets out. There is a high school across the street and they get very busy and crowded with teens when it lets out.

It was good in high school when I didn't want the school lunch but now I've realized that the food is subpar.

Man this place is a hidden gem . The food there is phenomenal I swear it's gets better each time I go there . The owner is so sweet and friendly she loyal to her customers. I would definitely recommend you try this place asap !!!

I used to frequent here a lot but I will not go back after my last time. the fried rice has too much soy sauce, the wings are good and the mumbo sauce. theyre very stingy with sauce btw. but anyway, I asked for fried wings with general tso sauce. the lady at the front flat out said no it's for general tso chicken only. I asked could I pay extra, she said no. so I jokingly said "I gotta find somewhere else to get food now" and she says "well you can go, any other restaurant will also say no" which isn't true, any other place accommodates what I ask, they may charge extra. the woman at the front isn't very pleasant at all. the steak and cheese egg rolls are okay, ive had better. the food isn't good enough to deal with the poor customer service.
