We used to like this place. So we ordered again. Nothing special, two chicken dishes and some dumplings.The food arrived cold. The dumplings looked fresh but were mostly noodle. The chicken was lacking. The one dish should have been spicy... Meh. The dumplings sauce had an odd flavor, I heard vinegar like, but I doubt that.I get the feeling they moved to a new cook or changed food distributors. 2 stars is right for the food we got. Not happy.

Is it the best Chinese food I've ever had? No but the chicken and broccoli is definitely good. I like their egg rolls and their fried scallops as well. Always nice and nice customer service and decent prices! I live 2 mins down the street so I do pick up so can't say anything about food being cold for deliveries as others have complained. But you can only do so much for deliveries. I recommend them and will keep coming back!

Ordered delivery fro Grubhub, eighteen minutes later got a call that the driver's car broke down. So I decided to pick up. Got there, driver was walking out with delivery orders. I said that I heard his car broke down. He replied, 'oh, your order inside'. Got my order and received fried dough balls (doughnuts) and tea free as an apology for the delivery faux pas. I thanked them and went home. Well, the chicken and broccoli had a gelatinous substance on it and the chicken didn't even look like meat...gross. The shrimp toast had no shrimp and it was so greasy, it was saturated and dripping with oil. The dumplings were thick dough and hardly any pork. So basically, it was an awful dinner and I know I'll never order from there again.

This was the first place we ate when we bought our house. Ordered take out, food made to order, place is a tiny hole in the wall, very limited seating. The food was plentiful and really, really good. Have ordered from there ever since, take out and delivery. One time a food app didn't transmit our order, so they took, and we got the food in less than fifteen minutes, made sure we weren't double charged. Great service, food very well seasoned. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars is cuz it's not the prettiest, but a takeout delivery just has to be good service and delivery, which they are!

We tried this place for the first time and it will be the last. The online system was nice and gave us an expected time when the food would be ready so that one of us could pick it up but the experience went all downhill from there.I went to pick it up and got there at just about the exact time when the online order system said. But the guy working the counter asked me my name and informed me that they were way behind and that it would take 10 minutes for my order. No problem! That sort of things is understandable as it happens to restaurants all the time. Still I waited and waited. While I was waiting though to my dismay, the guy at the counter started fighting with the staff cooking the food. He bashed them in Chinese and they did the same back to him. Then customer after customer would come in and he would do nothing but apologize to all of them for wrong orders and the long waits. As if that wasn't scary enough, while I was sitting there, a gang of kids banged on the front windows to offer some added intimidation.After close to an hour had passed, I finally got the food. All I could think that I hoped it would be worth it. So I brought it home and divided it up for my family. Sadly it wasn't what I hoped. The egg drop soup had practically no egg in it. The dumplings were stale and tasteless. The sesame chicken had way too much ginger. And not only did the Lo-Mein had overcooked vegetables, it had the wrong kind (lettuce.. really?)To add insult to injury, I also found that one of the items was not in the bag. I ordered House Special fried rice. So I called them and the profoundly apologizing coutner guy said he would bring it to my house. House Special friend rice typically comes with a combination of pork, chicken and shrimp in the rice. To my surprise, the counter guy knocked on my door a half an hour l;ater with the rice in a bag. I thanked him and he was on his way. BUT when I opened up the rice to add it to my meal, what was in there? Plain rice and nothing more.Enough said. I'm crossing this one off the list forever.

China Dragon isn't a very inviting place per the looks of it. Very cheap, hole-in-the-wallish, dirty kind of Chinese joint. But I was hoping that meant this place would have some banging food! Ya know, the kind of place that looks so crappy but steadily cranks out the best yummiest food out there! Yea, no... not this place. I was the only one in there & immediately greeted by the guy at the counter. Told me to check out the lunch menu & realized I wanted something that wasn't on there... Kung Pao Beef. He said he can easily make that & make it a lunch special for me so I got excited & waited about 5 minutes while they cooked my food. As I waited, I was able to check out the place in more detail & was pretty turned off by the appearance of the whole restaurant. It was obvious that they did not care how the restaurant looked to their patrons. I was regretting even walking in there.... Food was ready, took it back to work, & opened up the container. The meat looked pale & slimy (ahhh). Immediately grossed out! I cut a piece & it was reddish on the inside. I know one can eat meat without it being fully cooked but when it comes from a Chinese joint in a dish like this, I typically expect it to be cooked through. Luckily, which usually would be a negative, there wasn't much meat. So I stuck with eating some of the veggies & rice but decided I was too grossed out by the meat & threw it away. Ugh, what a disappointment. I like to give places a second chance but I highly doubt I'll ever go back to this place. There's just way too many Chinese joints around... they should realize that fact & stay competitive. One star for their foodAn extra star for the guy at the counter. He was nice & eager to customize my order... even though it turned out to taste like &@$%!

Courteous service and the food was fresh and very tasty! Don't forget to look for this little gem in the back of the Parkville Shopping Center by Hair Cuttery and Heritage Gardens.

If I could've written the review without giving stars I would've. This place is deplorable and nasty inside. Why didn't I follow my first instinct to turn around and walk out. Sadly, I ordered 4 wings and fries and was told 10 minutes. Walked outside to kill some time and when I returned is when I noticed a device to snake drains was positioned in an open box on the floor in the waiting area. Then when I looked in the back there are 4 industrial paint buckets sitting on the floor near where food is prepared. What I saw next was my food being placed in a Styrofoam container (banned in Baltimore). Got home and took 1 bite from a french fry and it was tough and rubbery. This told me the woman refried them. Took one bite from the chicken and it had a horrible metallic taste. The rest went in the trash.

I ordered from China Dragon. Normally when I order chicken and broccoli, I expect chicken and broccoli, or even chicken and broccoli with some other veggies as well. The food tasted sour, like either the vegetables themselves or the sauce was starting to turn. The sauce itself was clumpy, like they had taken it out of the fridge and just stuck it in the microwave for a few minutes before mixing in the meat and vegetables. I ordered extra vegetables thinking it would give me more broccoli, and why I received was some chicken, a couple pieces of broccoli (like 10, and that's with me checking and moving the other vegetables around to find them), and crap ton of other vegetables that tasted bad. I would be more okay for settling with it if they vegetables tasted fresh, but they don't. I didn't finish the dish because it tasted so bad.

Worst Chinese food place in Parkville. Received our order 50 mins after calling. The total we were told on the phone, was different than what the delivery guy told us. When we looked we found out why. Our order was so messed up. They included a meal we didn't order, gave us a wrong item, and didn't include the rice. They did read back our order on the phone, and that was correct. I don't understand how it got messed up. The food was flavorless and barely warm. Never ordering from here again!
