My sons just finished their basketball game and wanted chicken boxes, so we stopped in. It was quick service as we were the only patrons there. Chicken has a good color to it but it was crispy. The western fries were alright, could've fried a little longer. With Hip Hop Chicken, Corner Carryout and Stokos nearby this place may be an afterthought. Give it a try if you're in the area.

I stopped here to grab a chicken box 6-29-24 I've never seen or heard of this place but my bfs uncle swears by it. So a chicken box and fries we got! And his uncle got a coffee and a sandwich. The service was good fast and accurate the ambiance it sits by itself but it was surroundings were cleaned and neat. The chicken tasted very well seasoned and nostalgic like my aunt made it!!, the coating stayed very crispy the potato wedges were huge!! And very seasoned as well. Next time I'm definitely getting a fish sandwich with the works!!! I looove me some trout!!

This is a decent lunch spot. There is plenty of seating, it's clean and the staff are quick. It's NOTHING to rave about, but nothing to skip either. I only get chicken wings and fries. They serve breakfast and open at 730, so perhaps I will expand my horizons and try a breakfast sandwich next time.

It's so weird how I had chicken from here in the morning and it was amazing, but in the evening or afternoon it doesn't taste as good. So I stick to getting my chicken in the morning (don't judge me guys ). The grits are the best from a carryout that I've ever had. They are just right. They really need to upgrade their payment methods because they only take cash and the atm machine is always broken.

I have eaten here several times over the years and I usually stick to a wing box and fries. The other day I tried the wings and western fries fried hard and it was a game changer. This is the way to go! It's a bit dark & dreary in this establishment but they've been around for years and the food speaks for itself. Not sure if they are in the 21st century yet tho, as I think they only accept cash payment. They sell a variety of soul food options, but I have not tried them. The lot is small and I don't think there is a public restroom. However, there are tables and a condiment table for you to put your own fixings on your meal.

Service was awful and the young guy taking my order was super rude and dismissive. Chicken was super dry; however, I asked the guy taking my order could he cook more chicken because it looked dry and his response was, we're not cooking more and he doesn't know when they're going to cook more...yea because you want me to buy that nasty dry chicken you're trying to get rid of! Really Mr...he could care less, about his customers in Randallstown...never patronizing this place again.

I was famished after waiting for my daughter to get her hair done. I walked in and was helped right away (no one else was there ). I asked a question about the menu and placed my order for 2 pieces of lake trout. The person at the register called my order back to the cook in the back.. The cook had just finished cramming food in his mouth and touching his mouth and i literally watched him walk over to my piece of fish and touch it with his unwashed hands. I immediately asked for my money back and explained why and walked out of the restaurant. Needless to say, i won't be back. That's completely unacceptable . It's simple.. Wash your hands...Wear gloves... Don't eat while you are supposed to be preparing other people's food.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The workers are all rude. And don't care about anything. I've been twice and didn't have good experiences. They only take cash. And there is a Atm on site. I don't do foreign bank fees. Not in 2017. But why not take a card?Once I tried to get just a breakfast sandwich without the bread. Why? Because I didn't want the carby bread. So I basically spent 2 minutes going back and forth with a guy about ordering eggs and meat. Asked could he just put it in a container? He said no pretty much. And tried to make me get a platter which comes with potatoes or pancakes. So that takes me back to step one. A second time the guy was just rude as hell. They just won't get my business anymore. It's a hip hop chicken right down the street and a slew of other businesses. I'm not a big fried food eater, but when I get it. I want it to be good and I would like customer service with it.

If you haven't read my earlier reviews, well, as a result of the HBO series, the Wire; I'm on the hunt for the best in Baltimore phenomenon, LAKE TROUT. It seems that I can't even find the true definition of what exactly is considered Baltimore's fried Lake Trout. With that said, I love fried foods--america's comfort food! You should know that I also LOVE fried chicken.Tipped off by a neighbor that Randallstown and vicinity was jammed packed with chicken and fish joints, my wingman and I set out on a mission to stop at every joint we saw and compare/contrast the fare. While technically not in the "City", I deemed it close enough to B-more to be authentic.CnT looks like a fast food place that got converted to a hometown favorite. Their neon sign is a little plain but prominent; you be hard to miss it. Parking is ample being in the 'burbs and feels fairly secure--inside and out. Being a non-native of B-more, safety and the general feeling of safety while I eat is important...after all, I don't want to reinvent the definition of "Dine and Dash". The dining area is fairly large and tidy, however, not spic and span. They have a hot lamp display with their fairly broad selection of wares. So, in order to save space for a second and possibly third order later, my wingman and I shared a trout and wing platter and also a smoke sausage. All for under ten bucks. The fish was made to order and fried to perfection. The meat was flaky and fresh tasting; the batter was a light flour dusting and not overwhelming but a bit bland and needed to be spruced up with some ketchup or hot sauce (which we used) . The fish came in huge ample proportions. Definitely felt like I got what I paid for in the fish department. The fried chicken wings were a complete waste of time and money, since they plucked out from under the hot lamp and were probably sitting way too long. Ditto the fries; yet another item a waste of time. The big winner was the smoked sausage, dressed with mustard, which was completely delicious and had me craving for a second sandwich. The funny thing was the clerk acknowledged that we wanted sauerkraut on the sausage but none was provided. Not sure if he completely understood the English language. However, he looked to be the proprietor, and a smart one at that, so I doubt that he had any items on his menu confused. All in all, the fish and sausage are great base menu items but the accoutrement for a good meal may be lacking. A recommend but not strong recommend because I might be slightly more inclined to go down the street to a competitor.
