Chicken Rico

Extremely Disappointed. This was a hell-ish customer service experience.The restaurant only completed one of the two orders that were made. When we called the restaurant, the person speaking kept talking in circles and hung up on me. The last time I called, after asking multiple times to see whether or not the food would be delivered and getting hung up on again, the person finally answered no and to just call DoorDash. This experience was completely uncalled for and I don't understand how a restaurant can treat patrons this way.Not worth the hassle.

Why is it that whenever I come to this place they never have lomo Saltado. Why is it even on the menu? I asked when they would have it and was told "maybe tomorrow." I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Chicken was juicy. Could have been a bit crispier for my liking but it was good. I ordered delivery via UberEats and they forgot a side in my order. Disappointed whenever I don't get what I paid for.

I love their food and i love coming here regularly, the food and the portion are always good and the price is always good too. Parking is sometime challenging since there are many store beside this small restaurant, The wait could be a little long even when its not busy. My only complaint is that they dont act friendly ( very unfreindly) when you speak english to them. Most of them are very nice but the cashier is always not nice.

I looked this place up today right on Yelp. Good thing I did. We were only six minutes away from here upon completing one of our jobs and Will my assistant and I were terribly hungry. "Wherever shall we go?" We thought. I know, how about some rotisserie chicken! What a fantastic idea!We followed the trail and came upon this place. It seemed empty for this time of the day, except for two tables. We looked around. There were various stews in trays on the opposite side of the glass. Then we looked at the chicken menu. We could see all the tasty chicken roasting ever so gloriously in the metal fire cooker with the glass doors.A whole chicken! We decided. We got two sides, rice and beans. In addition we wanted fried plantains. The chicken was really superb and the beans and rice had just the perfect balance of flavor! The fried plantains were no less amazing. Music videos played in Spanish to set that Latin mood. It was kind of funny and entertaining.For $26 we got all that food and several drinks and for two big hungry hard-working men like us it was simply too much food, we had to take some in a to-go tray. This is great value for our money.

Still a go-to takeout place. They have ceiling to counter barrier in place for COVID-19 distancing. We still get the whole chicken chopped in 8 pieces, sometimes spring for the yuca and salad w dressing.

Ordered delivery through GrubHub. Food was supposed to arrive half an hour ago. I keep calling and the restaurant keeps hanging up on me. I finally get the number of the delivery driver. He says he's outside. NOPE. he doesn't know where he is and needs directions. I give him the address again and to find out where he is. He hangs up on me and never shows up. So NO I WON'T USE THEM AGAIN

It's sad how "Peruvian" chicken has been degraded around here. There used to be standards, flavor was paramount. These days its all a gimmick. The chicken itself didn't taste bad but it lacked true flavor. It was juicy, but that alone doesn't make a good Peruvian chicken. The fries were bland (which they are at all these places, I still haven't heard a good reason why).The plantains and the green sauce were good I will commend them on that. The search continues for true Pollo a la Brasa...

Wow..... this is sooooo good....the chicken is so tasty and the sauces just top it off. I can't wait to find some peruvian chicken in GA.

Chicken is Great , tend to always come here however not please with the front service, today sadly .When they serve they serve you with a laugher face making one very uncomfortable and highly disrespected.Didn't allow me to finish and rudely interrupted every moment.
