Chicken Lab Towson

Another awesome meal at Chicken Lab! Been here multiple times now and the food and service are consistently great.

I ordered on DoorDash one night when I wanted to try something new in the area. Since I just moved I am trying to get familiar with the food scene. I seen this place and decent reviews so I decided to give it a try since I enjoy a good chicken sandwich every now and then. I can't speak on the ambiance of the restaurant since I didn't go myself but the service from ordering to my order being ready and delivered was pretty fast. I ordered a soy garlic chicken sandwich combo. Sandwich came with slaw and pickles and a sauce. When I got the order my first impression was wow this is a very large sandwich no complaints, however the sandwich as already soggy and my bottom bun was soaking wet. The slaw and sauce and heat just created a mess. The flavor on the chicken was okay, I'm usually a soy garlic fanatic but the sauce wasn't the best. I would say for delivery or to go they should put the slaw in a small container. The fries were just regular frozen fried French fries nothing special. Some were crispy how I like and some were kind of soggy. If I gave them another try, I would probably go to the establishment myself.

Not a bad little place and yet nothing to write home about. The chicken sandwich I got was average at best. The fries were okay.

Food was pretty good! Fries were super tasty, service was impeccable, nice vibe inside the restaurant. Great AC for when it's hot out! Serving size was HUGE (for me), so I reheated in the airfryer and they came out just as great!!! Orange sauce is interesting but I like it my friend said the "Call ya doctor" wings could've been hotter, but the chili flavor wings were a good sweet and spicy. Will be returning!

Remarkably good chicken sandwiches. Small but clean interior, nice for lunch. Would recommend over other chicken sandwich options in the area.

Serious shout out to Diana and the crew! Ordered from here twice, both times large group orders, and food has always been made quickly and generously. Kimchi cheese fries are top notch and as far as I'm concerned it's a must order. I'm Korean and had my hesitations ordering from here at first admittedly, but their Korean inspired flavors are super delicious and I have no doubt that this is a local spot I'd be frequenting more often. Staff is very kind, and they even threw in some extras for us to share among our staff. Thanks for the rice cakes!!

the food was so so so yummy, especially the chicken!!! the customer service was pretty good. The cashier/cook made sure me and my pregnant wife was comfortable!

Charming little place with no frills service, incredible portions for the price, and absolutely delicious.

First things first: Yes, this place exists and the listing is accurate! I wasn't sure because the website makes no mention of the Towson location. It's on Chesapeake by the 7-11. I think but am not 100% sure that it replaced Baltimore Soup Co. I stopped in for carryout for lunch. They do have tables and a reasonably sized seating area, and a few people were eating inside when I was there.If you're ordering in person, which I did because I wasn't sure it was a real place until I got there, you order at a kiosk when you come in rather than talking to a person. I never like that, it feels impersonal, though it probably does improve order accuracy, and the lady up front was nice. A lot of the menu looked great, but since I've never been, I got chicken gang-jeong, which seems to be the signature menu item. It seemed a bit expensive for lunch at $15.95, but that's not my opinion anymore due to the amount of food (see below). I would suggest placing your order online (be sure you select the right location) because it did take the 15 minutes that it says it will between ordering and getting food. Turns out chicken gang-jeong is incredible. There's chicken, onion, bell pepper, rice cakes (if you're not familiar with Korean food, those are very chewy little cylinders), sauce, and peanuts. The peanuts are optional and you have a choice of sauces. I opted for the "original" ("sweet and spicy"), but they have a non-spicy option too. The sauce is a little spicy, but nothing particularly challenging.The food traveled and retained its heat surprisingly well. The box was heavy and enormous, but when I opened it, I was initially disappointed with what looked like a relatively small quantity of food for the money. I was VERY wrong. It was an enormous amount of food, I was very hungry, and I still couldn't finish it. I had gotten two orders, one for me and one for my wife, and that turned into three servings.Couldn't be happier with the food. It's definitely not healthy, the chicken and the rice cakes are deep fried, but it was delicious and very satisfying. Best place I've found in a good while and I'll be back for sure. My biggest problem will be deciding whether to get the same thing next time because I loved it so much, or branching out to try something new from the menu.

The food here is really good I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich with the spicy soy garlic sauce and was not disappointed from the crispiness to the flavors everything was perfect.
