Chen's is a hit. It's a pretty typical Chinese carryout place, on the surface. However, the food is just better in my experiences. I've been there four times, total, over the last 2 years, and ordered several different things, all of which were good. I appreciate the ability to order things at different spice levels because some days my body just isn't feeling spice, but I still want the other flavors in, say, orange chicken.Service is always good: pre-pandemic, pandemic, "post-pandemic". Done with a smile from friendly people.The sesame chicken was really good here.

Never had any issues... simply just a normal local Chinese Carryout place. Food is good and I like how they throw in extra food when you have a big order so I gave them an extra star.My normal order: crab wontons, plain lomein, and chinese donuts. Heard their food was nasty, thought I would be safe ordering fried chicken!! The fried chicken looks like they made it yesterday and heated in the oven today. It smells BURNT. The fried rice is also dry. This is sad and disgusting! Don't eat here save yourself the bowel movement

I'm going to give this place three stars because they were open Christmas Day when no one else was. My husband, two tots, and I are down here visiting for the holidays, and of course no one bothered to cook.This made me and the mister have to go out scouting for food like we were in some episode of "The Walking Dead." (Can I be Daryl?)Everything was closed except for this spot -- and for that, I'm grateful.The Chinese food we ordered (chicken and mixed vegetables) was what you would expect -- nothing more, nothing less.My sushi, however, was quite bad ... to the point that I didn't even bother to finish it.All the sushi used to make my rolls lacked the toughness that let me know it wasn't fresh. It was quite mushy, the avocado was borderline brown, the cucumber chewy, and the rice extremely hard.Definitely wouldn't come back unless it was absolutely necessary.
