Small little shop was BUSY on a saturday. Wait time was a good 30-40mins to order and 20mins to get your food. But they do not skimp on the meat. It was FILLED. Ordered the original steak large and the pounder. The pounder was good for like 3 meals. My nephew wanted the old bay wings and old bay always hits. They also had kid options grilled cheese and tenders. The grilled cheese looked really good that my niece ate. Next time would try the cheeze wiz just bc.

Believe the hype. I (like I'm sure almost everyone else) heard about this place via social media and had to try it out. Unfortunately you cannot place an order ahead and have to go in a place your order and wait (about 20-25 minutes but trust me it's worth it). The place gets packed really quickly (especially during the weekend) and there's typically a line. There aren't much tables and chairs but if you wanted to sit down and eat you could. So far I've had the cheesesteak egg roll, their regular cheesesteak and the pounder, and wings. The cheesesteak egg roll is my favorite dish honestly, so delicious. Their cheesesteaks are very filling (especially the pounder) and will leave you satisfied. As a cheesesteak connoisseur who has had some of the best cheesesteaks in Philadelphia, you won't be disappointed.

Hello and welcome to Cheesesteak & Co located in Elkridge Md. to my understanding this is a top three rated cheesesteak DMV. I chose their premier sandwich "The Pounder" which is composed of: 16oz ribeye steak, cooper sharp white American cheddar, provolone, "whiz" - do not get on this sandwich, grilled onion, mushrooms, & sweet peppers. Definitely a massive sandwich that had some pros and cons. The beef was well seasoned, the roll was too soft and not as flavorful as rolls I've had, and the presence of onions got lost and didn't add much for the flavor. Overall, the sandwich was not bad for what you get given I arrived at the perfect time and had a very fast 10 minute turnaround. I have no complaints with the cheeses on the sandwich though I opted out from the whiz. For a Maryland Cheesesteak not bad. The restaurant space is very small offering two tables for the dine in experience. It does get crowded during their peak hours with wait times exceeding 45 mins. Personal rating 3.5 out of 5

We really enjoy the cheesesteaks here but I will say it doesn't quite feel like they've got things down consistently. We've had one solid visit, one outstanding visit and an okay visit. The first couple of times we went, we got super lucky and the wait was minimal. We went on a Saturday (I know - rookie mistake!) around 630 and I waited 20 minutes to order and another 30 to get our food. So - plan to wait if you go during peak meal hours. On this particular visit - I really felt like everything was just a bit messy and the meat felt oversalted. Worth noting - we got food for 4 kids and 2 other adults and everyone else LOVED it. I do think it's spendy and that a large cheesesteak should at least come with fries or onion rings but ultimately - that's not a deterrent to me going.

The parking lot was really tight here but people were moving out the spaces fairly quickly and we were able to find a spot within a few minutes. The line was really long to order food. We were able to order and pick up our food in about 50 minutes. I didn't see where you could place an order online, so I believe you have to come in. The customer service was great and they were moving things along. The cheesesteak was ridiculously big and stuffed. It was definitely worth the price...it took me three days to eat my whole cheesesteak. I ordered the spicy chicken cheesesteak with shrimp. It was good, but fluid have used just a tiny bit more seasoning. It actually tasted even better the next day. The tater tots and fries were on point! we also tired the vegan option and it was pretty good to me. I'd definitely go back.

We had high expectations coming in; however, the cheesesteak was mediocre. I enjoyed how large it was, but the flavor was lacking and the bread was soggy. The restaurant is small and typically has a large line, so be ready to wait! I would still recommend people to at least give it a try as the meat portion is great!

Best cheesesteak in Md by far. Don't even bother going to Philly to get your cheesesteak fix. This hits perfectly. We got the large steaks with wiz and fries and tater tot's. The fries were very good and the tots were good. Something was missing on the tots. Salt maybe. It was crowded but it was pretty fast. 20 minutes later we had our dinner to go. Not a ton of seating at the place. Definitely a take out place.

There has been a lot of hype surrounding my this place, so my husband and I decided to give them a try. I must admit, I am no cheesesteak connoisseur, but I think I have a pretty good gauge on a good one. For me, Cheesesteak & Co. missed the mark. Judging my the size of the restaurant, the goal of the restaurant is to me carryout only. There are a few tables inside, but not enough space for comfortable dining. Service is slow, compared to the amount of people working. I swear, it was about 10 individuals behind the counter, but the food still too quite some time to be prepared. When my husband was handed the bag, he dropped it. The cheesesteaks were so heavy and soggy, it weighed the bag down. I know many companies are moving from plastic to paper, but they need to do a better job packing their orders. They had to remake our fries because they wasted onto the floor. As mentioned, the cheesesteaks were soggy, due to the fact they use cheese wiz. Definitely not my preference. As pictured, the cheesesteaks were overstuffed, but more is not better. The meat was not seasoned well, in fact; the cheesesteak was very bland. We added lettuce, tomatoes and onions, but the meat to toppings ratio was way off. Excessive steak does nothing for you if it has no flavor. For over 40 bucks for two cheesesteaks, I was disappointed. I will stick to the carryouts in Baltimore. There may have smaller portions, but the flavors and the prices are always right!
