Chileeee ... I'm not even lying ... this is one of the BEST neighborhood spots EVA. BEST dinner rolls (hot croissants with honey butter drizzle ... IYKYK). BEST Margarita. Service is always on point. Management definitely puts the work into their staff. We don't come here a lot but are ALWAYS pleased EVERY time we do. Pretty clean environment ... LOVE the huge fish tank at the entrance, HATE the playlist, the carpet and the faux Miami Vice meets Cuban Cartel meets Texas oil tycoon meets Australian scorpion farmer. I honestly do not know what style they were going for but it's not a deal breaker. We LOVE the Monte Cristo, meatloaf, Bourbon glazed salmon, ribs, chicken tenders, broccoli/cheese casserole ... heck, even their corn is delish. Also, try their Painkiller (just not on the same same night as the margarita!) Check it out and tell them you saw it on Yelp.

Came here on a Thursday around 7:30 to learn there was a 15 minute wait. Not bad--we were given a buzzer. As my friend and I sat and waited, my friend noticed people who came after us were being seated. We approached the hostess, only to learn our buzzer was dead as they had not been charged. The had uncharged and charged buzzers all in one pile. Long story short, our server wasn't great. He took a very long time to address us, when he did, it was to tell us he would be right with us.. after several minutes we had to ask someone to please find our server so we could place our order. He was nice and apologetic, but seemed overwhelmed and subsequently forgetful. The food is ok... don't come here for fine dining. My margarita was very watery, but somehow packed a punch. The croissants are extremely yummy, addictive almost. I will probably return here for a drink and maybe a appetizer. Its a pretty ratchet place otherwise.

Ive been to Cheddars several times in the past but the experience at this location was horrible. We had a two hour wait to be seated (with admittedly a large party), we waited 20 minutes to receive water, never got napkins. Got little plates after receiving appetizers/entrees, and our kids got their food 15 minutes after us. The management staff seemed very unconcerned when we placed a complaint and was also very confrontational. They spoke to us like our concerns about the service were invalid and didn't matter. The only positive part of this experience was our great waitress Dominque, she was professional, quick and very helpful.

Terrible! This was first and last time going. The waitress came, took our drink order and never came back. For over 30+ minutes we tried to track down our waitress. We ended up speaking to the manager but never saw the waitress. II don't know what the food taste like because I didn't get to order anything. However the customer service was deplorable.

My ribs was really tuff and hard it was really disappointing to my mouth I will not be coming no time soon

Went here Sunday with the wife and my youngest son. We arrived a couple of minutes after they opened at 11. Yet when they opened the doors, I thought it was kinda weird that we were given that device that buzzes and told we still had to wait 5 minutes despite the just opened, empty restarant. But I didnt mind because Im willing to wait for good food.So we waited for about 5 minutes. As we entered the restaurant we loved the decor. But we were more excited about this restuarant that boasts that it makes its food from scratch.We ordered the spinach dip as an appetizer. It was good and the chips were fresh actually.I went with the fried catfish (hard fried), my wife mistakenly ordered chicken fried steak and my son Chris ordered a Philly Cheese Steak. Even though my wife meant the order the chicken fried chicken the little she ate off the chicken fried steak she liked. Shes not a steak eater so she decided to eat everything else and save the rest for our 15 year old who stayed home, instead of returning it. She got full after eating the spinach dip, tortilla soup, and mashed potatos, all of which she raved about.My son raved about his philly, despite getting full from eating half of it. The fries were fried with some herb or somthing they were good though.And my catfish was really good. Not the straight outta the lake taste that I like, But it tasted fresh and was seasoned well. My coleslaw and house salad was good, and my red beans and rice was a banger. And the $50 price for all of this wasnt bad either.Pretty good restuarant experience. I will be back to explore more of the menu.

The food has just always been okay and the drinks good. I swear they brought me juice and fruit purée as my drink. The manager came out attempting to convince me that the frozen was stronger than on the rocks... Yeah okay whatever a waste of my calories

Been there two times food was good service was great. And prices...very reasonable. Also the place has a nice atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and try it. Maybe a movie at Xscape, first then dinner or lunch. Or vice versa...

Today I went to Chedders The Servers were nice and the menu was pretty big but there was a lot of foods that they didn't have. They had great lemonade and it's fresh.They didn't give you any starter appetizers so you had to order one. When we finally got our food I got steak and fries the fries were great but the steak was a little dry it needed sauce . My brother ordered fries and a smokehouse burger he finished the burger before the fries came . Then other person at my table got salmon it was good. The places service was not that good . All in all this place not that good and is very dis functional.

Great food....horrible customer service. It's either the staff hates working there or they are bothered that a customer comes in.Remember Cheddars: Smiling is free. Bad customer experience, hence I only do take out but even the bartender has an attitude.
