The boba we got was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming! I ordered the peach green tea with 0% sugar and it was still pretty sweet but good! My sister got the tiramisu milk tea with 0% sugar but it was still VERY sweet! Make sure you don't get extra sugar with that drink! Overall great experience

Average place but I give it a 3 because the price was same/lower than the last few bubble places I've been...AND the girl behind the counter suggested the sour green POPs along wit the traditional tapioca black pearlsPerfect! Tks for the recommendation, hope other places offer it as an option in the future Small in and out, no place to sit and sip...you order, step to the side, get your drink, and goAt 8p, as I was leaving, another customer came in to order, and was told they were out of pearls. I'm not sure how you run out of one of the most popular ingredients, on a Tuesday night, an hour before closing, and when the "mall" is virtually empty of folk. But perhaps deliver day is Wednesday? But I thought that was weird

Staff were friendly and usually complete orders pretty quickly. The various boba drinks are pretty tasty, but can be inconsistent. There is no indoor seating, so in the winter be sure to have a plan. The place was clean and seems to have many customers. Good place to grab a drink when sitting in the center outside space .

Staff was friendly, service was quick, we had coffee with Thai tea, it's not bad. Also ordered the Chinese pork and sausage pao which cost $4:15, pretty high for 1 pao but willing to try. For the price, I expected better quality than cheap fat pork that made up 75% of the filling and made it taste horrible. Sorry will not recommend.

I loved the Boba even though I feel like they omitted the tiramisu foam I paid for. I ordered online because I had read reviews about the line going out the door and around the corner but I don't think ordering online really helped because there was no online pickup area and I still had to wait in line to pick up my food that was just sitting there. I also got a couple steamed buns and sticky rice...they were ahmazing!!!! Now writing about them makes me want to go get some more today. They were perfectly soft with traditional filling. I really appreciated that, it brought me back to my favorite shop in providence that made them fresh daily. I got triple Boba in my drink, which in hindsight was definitely just too much while delicious. They came in every sip! Overall, I can't wait til I can make it back for another one.

Such a gem in this part of town! While a part of the larger chain, this location is doing it all-- the right way! Their teas are extremely fresh and satisfying. They have an incredible number of drink choices and toppings-- the combinations are endless! However, this can prove daunting for someone as indecisive as I am... LOL. I love their Jasmine Green Milk Tea and their Taro Milk Tea, but you can't go wrong with any of the non-milk fruit teas-- warm or hot! Check them out and meet their super sweet owner too!
