Staff greets you when you enter the door. The service is good. Food is good as well. They sell wings (bone in and traditional), milk shakes, lemonade, fries, and desserts. The decor is nice. They inside seating but no outside seating. They offer a lot of offers on their app.

This place sucks. Every time we've gone the food takes forever and by the time it gets to you the order is wrong. The last straw was when they told us "someone stole our order" which is why it was 30 mins later than promised. There is no way - we were watching every order as it came out. Do yourself a favor and skip this place - the food is only decent and not worth the hassle.

Restaurant is nicely done! Food is solid depending on what you're getting. Wings they are not my favorite from here tasted old or from the day before. Fries were solid they forgot my ranch. Cheese steak sub is best item along with the strawberry lemonade. Service is decent not too long a wait I've been here multiple times.

Love this place! I was going daily so I had to take a break. The staff is cool, the service is pretty good they don't take forever with your orders. Because it's still fairly new and the only Charlie's within a 20 min drive they can get busy. If you want to save time order online and your food will be ready by the time you arrive. I'm obsessed over the lemonades at the moment, peach is my favorite but occasionally I'll switch it up with blueberry.

I normally love Charley's. My fav go-to is the chicken California. This location for whatever reason seems to burn the subs and they use mayo instead of the ranch for my type of sub. I did try the wings here and they were ok but doubt I'd order them again, might as well go to Wingstop. I've been here maybe 2-3x since they opened earlier this year and none of those times have the subs been good (fries were good). The staff is friendly but they seem like they're still trying to get the hang of it. It's been like 10 ppl working behind the counter in such a small cooking space, it seems disorganized. The seating area is ample enough for the location and looked clean.

Had steak and cheese , people were friendly , service was quick, cheesesteak was better than average, purchased the large and split it with wife, filled us both up! Shame what everything costs nowadays but $2.99 for small fountain soda it a little steep, will try the wings next time

Ordered on grubhub with a delivery time of 18:00. Food arrived right on time (well done grubhub driver). That was the only bright spot. It was made so far in advance the steakmeat was cold, the mayo was warm, hardly any lettuce, and I wondered where the cheese part of the cheesesteak was. The ice in my drink was completely melted. Won't make that mistake again.
