I ordered via delivery apps. My first experience with the chain wasn't great so I opted for another try. The special was bogo chicken California. This is a great sandwich!!! I was shocked honestly. Then I opted for kimchi fries. Why isn't this item served everywhere!?! I never thought to try this but I plan to make that my staple along with a cheesesteak for my next few orders.

It is evident that this establishment has undergone several changes in terms of management and staffing. These changes have significantly impacted both the food quality and overall customer experience. Compared to a year ago, I don't have any significant complaints.

So my weekly lunch adventures at work lead me to Charley's cheesesteaks. Don't judge me I was pose to be going to the Tropical Smoothie (which was right next door). But the food smell drew me here & I must say it was a great decision. I tried their California chicken cheesesteak which had too many interesting ingredients for me to name or remember but I was really good. My only complaint was they had a young girl working there in the middle of the lunch crowd alone. Don't get me wrong she handled herself very well despite sounding frustrated & overwhelmed she kept her composure. But as a father of girls it just doesn't seem right to leave her to man a large crowd solo.

This is my second time here and the service is subpar at best. They act like they don't see you when you come in/stand at the counter to order, even when they aren't busy. On this occasion, they left both order of fries off our order so we had to wait for them to make them. When we got home with the food, we realized they didn't make them correctly so I had to go back to get a replacement. The guy at the register walked away when it was my turn to be served and basically told someone else to handle it.

Upon entrance the female employee gave us time to choose what we wanted but seemed very short in her responses when taking my order as if she was in a rush. I found it very odd that she was wearing over-the-ear headphones while taking my order but I ignored it. It was my first time here and I was not sure how to order correctly. The food was served within a reasonable time but when I approached the counter to ask for utensils, the same employee saw me waiting there and proceeded to walk to the back of the establishment twice with no sense of urgency in assisting me. The other woman that was there with her was very kind but I'm not sure if she was the manager on duty or not. I would like to just bring it to the attention of management that this employee could brush up on her customer service. The food quality was fine so no complaints there!

Not sure how this place got a 4 star review. I stopped in to grab a cheesesteak. Haven't had one in a while. I asked for extra meat and extra cheese. WTF!!! Half the meat was put in the bag and what cheese? I'd have a better cheesesteak dumpster diving behind a Denny's. Worst establishment I've experienced so far. Photos do not represent their product. The customer service is trash! Good nasty. A bunch of young girls talking about ex boyfriends. The tropical smoothie girls was chiming in. Tropical smoothie staff their store unattended to come gossip with Charley's staff. Worst Charlie's I've ever been to!

This place is just terrible. I'm pretty much a forgiving and patient person, but when I went in to place an online order and got back into my car, I found out that the buffalo wings had no sauce. At that point, I was confused. I went back into the store and thought MAYBE they forgot to mix in the sauce. But no, the worker explained they were out of buffalo sauce. Okay, WHY was this not disclosed to me when I picked up the order??? It is mind-boggling. My entire order was nearly $30 for wings, a small sub, fries, and a drink which is already a bit much. I nearly went home with bare, naked chicken wings. Unacceptable, and I will not be back. And the workers kept going back and forth outside and to the smoothie place for seemingly no reason. Also, wearing slippers and slides for a restaurant position??
