Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Terrible Philly Cheese steaks. Ordered from Grubhub & meat didn't taste like taste steak it was some time of rubbery matter & the whole cheesesteak stuck together as if it was glued. Fries were dried out & tasteless. I immediately requested a refund. I can't believe they would serve someone this.

Horrible sub .. 25 damn bucks for a dry ass sub with nothing on it but minimum amounts of toppings . Would never go there again .. matter of time before this dump and these lazy workers are gone

Waited 45 minutes for a cheesesteak and fries then asked for a refund and the manager ignored the employee asking her to come talk to me then finally after 15 more minutes comes out and said she doesn't know how to do refunds and never even asked if I would just like my food instead and that I would need to come back another day to get my money back when I don't even live in the area was pretty much robbed for 30 dollars with no way to get my order or my money back if you want to be treated with any respect or even get food in a timely manner don't go to Charles cheesesteak on 2205 E Joppa RdParkville, MD 21234United States

We love cheesesteaks and like to try different places although we have our favorites. This was the worst cheesesteak. The meat was dry. The onions and green pepper was mainly MIA. We may have seen one or two.

Sad. Used to be a favorite... But they took the pepperoni cheesesteak off the menu.Will have to find someplace else to go.

Charley's Philly Steaks - 2205 E Joppa Rd - Baltimore, MD 21234. Franchise that recently opened where KFC was. Limited menu: Fries, Philly Steak, Chicken and Deli subs and Drinks.The Philly Cheese Steak was light on the meat but a ton of veggies. Not bad at all. The chicken teriyaki was about the same. The fries were great and a pleasant change to the old cut [not McD's]. The price was reasonable. The service however was outstanding. We actually felt like customers that made a difference. It was a most pleasant surprise.

Food was nasty and wait time was terrible lady at window fat cheeks ass was getting smart

Just got the Philly combo. Was greeted very quickly and got my food very quickly. Cheesesteak was very good and had enough fries.

great food with even better employees! they were very helpful and patient with the ordering process as this was my first-time eating charley's. Will defiantly be a lifelong customer.
