Cecils Bar

Was staying in quality Inn and this one was right next to it . From outside it looked a little less attractive but once I was inside I loved the vibe . It wasn't as crowded as other places ... amazinggggggg service ! Loved the quick response and smiling faces in the bar ..They had one IPA and it tasted good. Wish they had few other IPAs in the mix . Not too much of beeer choices though I loved the IPA they gave . Chicken wings was also really good . Right spice and well made . Slightly expensive buying ur own drink but it's ok once a while . 4/5 ... parking looks to be tight outside : luckily I walked to this place and didn't have to drive :)

Love discovering a hidden gem! It's easy to miss but look for the sign that says "smoke shop" and it's to the left of that! Met up with some friends here last week and we had a great time! The backyard vibe is everything! The service here is great. Drinks are cheap but good! No need to get dressed up if you don't want to - I'm all for it. I've already shared this place with folks and now I'm telling you all - check em out!

Wonderful , bright cheerful place !!! The serving staff are all EXCELLENT!!! Very friendly!!!! The outdoor seating area is beautiful. And oasis in the middle of Laurel !!!!

This place has great potential. It is an old house in laurel and when you walk in it is all white and somewhat cold. Being that it is a house they could have set it up as though you were going to someone's parlor with a bar. Some paint and comfortable furniture would be great. They had a nice selection of drinks but no real food. For being a house it must have a kitchen but their food selection were just a few frozen items like mozzarella sticks fries and a burger. Would be nice if they would utilize the kitchen to have a few homemade items. Even a guy working there went to get takeout to eat The female bartender was doing shots left and right and was getting a bit crankier with every shot. They had a really nice backyard patio but it was closed for a kids birthday party. The party brought their own food and drinks. Appeared they just rented out the yard for the party. Overall this place doesn't have a warm vibe and feel. Won't be back.

Cecil's is a really nice bar. The lighting is really nice inside and on the sizable patio out back. The music is just like you like it --both inside and on the patio. The crowd is usually pretty chill. The drinks really hit the spot, and I like the wide selection of beers. If you like IPAs, you'll enjoy their selections. The food is decent enough, especially the coconut shrimp and the sliders. This is my go-to bar in Laurel. If you've never been, it's definitely worth a visit.
