First time here thanks to a sudden pop up ad in FB. Why didn't I know this place existed as I'm always looking for Middle Eastern food, especially when entertainment is involved. Here you have good Turkish food, comfortable & beautiful dining room and bar area along with a short belly dance show if you time it right. I highly recommend reservations, look over the online menu BEFORE you go (quite extensive) and if you are a larger group, order variety so you can try different things and whatever you end up liking, go back and order for just yourself. We were kindly greeted by the hostess who actually remembered me calling requesting a good table for the show (and NO, I did not pay for prime front row seating as I felt $50 was a bit much). We did get a very nice table for the 4 of us.Waiter was pretty good. He said to ask him questions which we did, but he wasn't as attentive with asking if we needed drink refills which we did. Couple of us didn't bother flagging him and just stuck with the tableside water. Timing of receiving dinner was rather long. We arrived an hour before show anticipating eating majority of our dinner before show time so we could enjoy the entertainment. BUT, seemed to take 30+ minutes before our meal arrived and temperature of food was not hot. Wondering if it sat in kitchen waiting. BUT, the food we had was tasty.I ordered meze, Ispanakli (excellent) and for main dish, Beyti Kebap. It was very tasty, but hard to eat for dinner. I first tried cutting it, BUT the knife was not surated so that was impossible. As I surmise after seeing in person, this looked like a sandwich instead of what I was expecting. I did try to pick up to eat like a gyro, But, too messy. I ended up having to try to unroll and eat meat inside and rip the pita since cutting was not working. Despite those challenges it was delicious, super filling. No need for side salad since we shared an app. My hubby got the chicken kebop which he enjoyed but felt the rice was overly salted. Luckily no salt on the table otherwise he usually Salts before trying. Our friends shared the Sultan's platter for two. They enjoyed mostly, but it was too much food. Their disappointment came at dessert time as they didn't realize you only received the mini Baklava and couldn't pick their dessert. Belly dancers that evening was good. She danced with the sword and we thoroughly enjoyed. When you look and see the opportunity to pay $50 for a "front row" table, it's not quite that. She basically does a short round to those tables and then stays on stage most of the time. For that premium reservation you get 1 scarf (belly dance with coins) and the opportunity to get on stage and dance for rest of customers. The group of ladies that did, I'd rather have not seen, but they seemed to enjoy themselves. Overall great time, good food and good entertainment. I suggest earlier reservation . When we were leaving looked like wait times for tables were growing.

Unfortunately, the service we received today did not meet the expectations set by your establishment's reputation.During our visit, we encountered a situation that significantly impacted our dining experience. While my friend was still enjoying her dessert, a server approached our table and rudely informed us that we needed to hurry up and leave due to another reservation. This abrupt interruption was not only discourteous but also made us feel unwelcome. In an attempt to address the situation, we called for the manager. However, the server continued to interrupt as we were explaining the issue, which further added to our frustration. What was meant to be a delightful gathering with friends turned into an unpleasant experience.I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously. I trust that you will address this matter with your team to ensure that future guests do not encounter a similar experience. I know that it was a busy day but that is no excuse for your lack of customer service. Cazbar, you need to do BETTER.

Situated in a corner lot of a strip mall, the outside leaves a lot to be desired. Once inside, you forget where you are. The décor is enchanting and dark, but beautiful.I attended my thrift friend's 40th birthday dinner last night. Good times with good people. Having a delicious dinner and an entertaining belly-dancing show was just the icing on the proverbial cake. Here's what I had:pomegranate margarita = strong, but good.grilled salmon kenbap (farm-raised salmon + steamed rice with Orzo, Cacik and housemade bread) = everything was served hot and flavorful. I really wish I ordered a second helping to go.If you're looking for something different and fun, this is it.__I eat. @f.hux I thrift. @DCthriftish

This Turkish restaurant tucked away in a small shopping plaza blew me away. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. I felt like royalty sitting in the high backed chair in the lounge section. The food is excellent, the service is attentive and although we were served by a waiter, there was a robo server roaming about delivering food, which was pretty cool. The staff was super friendly, even volunteering to take pictures of us. They also have a small stage for the belly dancing performances which happens Thursday - Saturday. Check out their website for the performance schedule. Given that the restaurant is in a shopping plaza, parking can be challenging depending on the day/time. Interested in dessert? Get the snickers pie. 10/10.

This restaurant is such a gem. Yes it's fairly expensive but you're paying for great food and atmosphere. Everything from the apps to dessert were fantastic.

We had a group dinner at Cazbar and it was delicious! Because it was a large group we did the sultan platter and there was MORE than enough food. The presentation, timing, and flavor were all great. My favorite were the beef meatballs. The ambiance is also great and unexpected for this area!

I thought the food was disappointing. I was so excited for the menu but the flavors fell short. I usually love baba ghanoush but this one was very bland. I appreciated that there were full chunks of eggplant that added a unique texture compared to the fully pulverized, smooth version. There were no garlic notes or hints of other flavor - odd because I could see parsley flakes in the food. The Mandi was also a disappointment that lacked flavor. The dumplings were quality made and cool yogurt a fun contrast to the warm dish but I expected more flavors overall. I ended up ordering a cazbar soujuk pide after being disappointed in the first 2 items. The spicy beef sausage flavors were potent but everything else I couldn't taste. The best item ended up being the house made bread which was warm and fluffy with a subtle fermented flavor, and delightful. Otherwise ambiance was 12/10 - amazing. The menu looks great but not sure why the food fell short. Service was overwhelmed but still kind and attentive

Came here for lunch and noticed they had an Ketel One Espresso Martini machine on the bar. I thought that was really exciting and I asked the young lady who was waiting in the front about it. She did not recommend it. So note, if you're in a bar and you see the Espresso Martini machine, askb them to shake it and make it fresh for ya

Something that started to be the most beautiful experience with My friends turned to be the worst! As mothers and hard working wonens it was our first time out in a very long time. We enjoyed the food, the ambiance was exquisite! We were super excited for being our first time. As we were eating our dessert the server aggressively knock on the table telling us to pay because he had the table reserved And told us to leave as soon as possible. We asked to speak to the manager. While one of my friends was talking to the manager the server came and interrupted her multiple times while speaking. At the end the manager didn't do anything except for apologize! Haluk Kantar you need to do train your servers and management better. Customer service is the key for return clients! Table 109B server Reber I.

I ordered the Sultan Platter for two at $115. The first course was a preparation of mezes: baba ghanoush /tahini and eggplant), cacick (yogurt and cucumber) acili ezme (tomatoes with peppers), hummus, pancar salatasi (beetroot salad), haydari (yogurt with garlic), bread, and a salad. They were all fresh and delicious. The mezes were healthy and perfect dips for the bread. The Sultan Platter itself was heavily meat based. Beef kofte, chicken pirzola, Baharat spiced lamb, spiced salmon, large shrimp smothered in olive oil and za'atar and chicken kebaps were included. The flavors were robust; spiced and cooked to perfection. A dessert was offered, but I chose the tomato cucumber salad instead. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and answered all of my questions with kindness. If you do not go to Cazbar, you are missing out.
