3.5One of the few Cupcakeries open on Sunday is in the strip mall's far corner. The cupcakes aren't sold individually but in a pack of four, which I think is quite odd--ordered Birthday cake, Oreo, Strawberry Shortcake, and a few others. There was an excellent cake-to-icing ratio, and the icing wasn't too sweet.

Today was my first time trying this bakery and we decided to try the cupcakes. They offer a nice assortment and come in a 4, 6, or 12 pack. We tried snickerdoodle, strawberry, strawberry crunch, strawberry shortcake, Oreo and red velvet. HONEYYYY!!! They were all delicious. The cake was moist and very flavorful and the icing was smooth whipped and airy. Just delicious cupcakes all together. My favorite as of right now is snickerdoodle but we'll see because I am going back tomorrow to try the other flavors. The service was very friendly and efficient.

I ordered an 8 pack online to pick up later that day. You have to use PayPal or Klarna. I called to let them know what time I would be there to pickup (as requested on the site). Everything was ready when I got there. The turtle and snickerdoodle were my favorite. I am a sucker for snickerdoodle and these did not disappoint. The icing was perfect. It wasn't to sweet and the texture was nice and smooth and the cake was moist. I'll be back for the milkshakes and more cupcakes!

The Red velvet cake was Delicious! I wanted to try the cupcakes,but I would have had to purchase four and I am not disciplined enough because I will eat all four at once! Ms. Cynthia will you consider lowering the purchase count of the cupcakes? Overall, awesome job! God Bless!

I've been wanting to visit for a while and today I took my daughter for her birthday. I want to start off with the young ladies at the front were awesome! If I had to base my review on them alone, I would have given them 5 stars. I arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing and was greeted with a smile. When I received my milkshakes, I was still standing there and one of the young ladies came from the back and was wondering why was i still there? I explained to her that I didn't pay and she looked surprised. I paid for the milkshakes and left. The milkshakes were good, but the cupcake on top was so hard I couldn't enjoy it. The cupcake flavor was off to me and again it could be because how hard it was. My daughter complained that the cotton candy on her milkshakes was stale. This was very disappointing. We both agreed that this was not what we expected. Unfortunately when we got home we trashed our milkshakes. I wish this wasn't our experience especially on my daughter's birthday.

I got some cakes here and while perfectly fine, it tastes much like box cake. Not bad, but for the price, i will most likely not come back.

The cupcakes tasted like box cake mix and store-bought rising, nothing tasted made from scratch. The cookies were raw on the inside. Also, the person who was taking orders was not very welcoming and barely spoke back when spoken to about the product. Super cute shop though

I hate to even post this but I'm disappointed after my experience here... the owner ran a special on heart cakes on Instagram to which I purchased a voucher in January 2024. She stated that the voucher would be valid for 1 year and to call a week in advance for them to fulfill the order. I needed a cake for March 9th so I called on February 28th to inquire (1 weeks notice). Sadly when I asked if I could use the voucher to get the cake made by March 9th, I was quickly told that date was booked. Before I could even ask another question, the employee hung up on me. I've messaged and emailed the business about getting a refund for the voucher since the business was unable to accommodate my request. I haven't heard anything to date. This is very disappointing since I like to support black owned businesses. The customer service needs to be better! Update: the company responded however this was after the BBB notified them of my complaint. They claim there is no refunds on vouchers, however upon purchasing there was nothing stating that! I just want a full refund since they were unable to fulfill my order on the date I requested.
