"Second stop on my sister's 10th wedding anniversary celebration! We broke up into two teams and BATTLED!!! The staff was a lot of fun hyping us yup through our competitions. There wasn't real down time between the games but there were things to do on the side like connect 4, Xbox/PlayStation. The changing rooms/bathrooms were super clean and spacious enough to change quickly. There are also showers in some of the bathrooms stalls to help you get clean. A very fun location"
"One of my favorite local restaurants! It has a great menu, and they always have a special seasonal menu. I had some great appetizers, tuna tartare and crab bruschetta! Both were phenomenal. The bar waitress is friendly and does a great job. This place is a gem!"

"What a cool speakeasy concept! Played some arcade games at Game On first and then snuck thru the phone booth to get into this gorgeous space! The comfy lounge couches and decor set the mood for a perfect date night. The drinks were yummy and the bartender was very attentive. We will definitely be back!"
"Visited Buon Appetito as part of a private event. We were seated in their event area which is nice and large. This place is a hidden gem. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is nice and my goodness the outdoor area is insane. Staff were all great, food was yummy, desserts were good (I think I tried a bite of everything they offered). For more info on kid friendly elements check out my IG post: https://www.instagram.com/p/CywSAhAOeDS/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA=="
"My best friend's younger sister had a milestone birthday party here and it was perfect. She rented the space and the layout was wonderful -- with a perfect balance of open standing space, tables, bar seats, and a photo booth. There was a preset menu for cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beer. Some of the mocktails were sweeter than my liking, but it was fine. The staff were awesome. The bartender was solo up until it turned into a cash bar -- she was working really hard! The music was at a great volume, and food was being passed around regularly. It's really a great space for having a private party. And on top of that, while it can fill up quickly, there's free street parking outside.I do wish the bathroom was lockable -- the stall within there is, but otherwise things could get awkward. Pro tip -- it's behind the stage."
"It's a bowling alley. You order everything at the counter and they bring it to you. They have a few bowling specials on designated days which were decent. Even weekend specials. One time we went and they ran out of a few food items. Service is okay. It's a bar here. They have the basics."
"If you're a foodie, Culinary Architecture is worth a visit. Located in Pigtown (an area worth exploring), this market has interesting finds from pastries like roasted grape and cheese danishes to a shelf of hot sauces. The bakery is in the front with frozen goods in the back and dry goods in between. If they don't have it, ask the friendly workers and they'll let you know if they plan to carry it. They can't be stumped!"
"Station 4 has been on my list for awhile & has garnered a big buzz recently. This restaurant is not new on the DC scene but when influencers start raving about it on TikTok, people come to check out the hype. We had a 1:45 rezzie for Saturday Brunch. It was giving festive vibes. I saw a table of ladies dressed in their holiday one piece pjs having the time of their lives & others folks on dates. We were immediately seated & our server Jeff greeted us. I didn't see kids offerings although my 5 year old nephew was dining with us. I ordered the challah French toast (no powdered sugar), eggs over med with cheddar. Didn't realize my eggs came with home fries & toast. It was a lot of food! I also ordered a mango mojito mocktail. Nephew also wanted French toast, eggs, bacon then poured syrup over everything!!! Sis ordered the breakfast burger with fries & bottomless mimosas. The food was seasoned well and service was on point! I enjoyed my first visit!Come here for the vibes. However, don't expect to have deep conversations during brunch. It's loud!! I couldn't hear the people sitting at my table."
"Just as the website says they have 7 different jumpers. It's new so it's still very clean. The Yelp page wasn't filled in so it wasn't showing up when I searched for bounce places. I took care of it though. I edited the business and added pictures so they can get more traffic. Check it out. There's no time limit and it's pretty reasonable at $8-$10 per kid. Don't forget to bring socks."
"Went to Locals Only in Federal Hill and tried their charcuterie pizza. Honestly, it's a hit. The crust? Perfect. Not too thin, not too thick, just the right amount of smoky. The toppings were spot on - great meats and the cheese was super tasty. You can tell they're picking out some good stuff to put on their pizzas. It felt like a little slice of Italy, but right here in Baltimore. The place has a cool vibe. They're really into making their pizza as authentic as Italian as possible, and from what I tasted, they're nailing it. If you're around Fed Hill, give it a go. It's not just another pizza; it's something special. Definitely going back to try more.Chef Cory is a great guy and a star in the kitchen."
"My favorite hobby. I got a turkey. The place is loud and noise. Also the have arcade games you can win prizes. Also you can order food while you bowl. The food is great. Also the staff are really nice."
"This was seriously the most lovely experience. I'm not usually a bed & breakfast type of girl, but I had to be in Pikesville early in the morning, this was ten minutes away from where I had to be, and it looked completely gorgeous. I'm a total sucker for anything historic/Victorian (this mansion was built in 1902 so it's technically one year younger than "Victorian", but all the decor is the beautiful ornate Victorian style that I fawn over every time.) I happily booked a night here with my fiance in the Ambassadors Room. The mansion itself is a sprawling tudor, and every inch of it is stunning, from the chandeliers to the paintings to the authentic period furniture. Everything has that decadent old money feel that makes it easy to imagine it's 1910 and you're staying at a very rich friend's house. We arrived after 9 so we weren't greeted by anyone (which I actually preferred because I was tired, grumpy and kind of dreading having to interact with an overly friendly b&b owner.) We were, however, greeted by a beautiful cat waiting at the top of the staircase for us! He was a floofy, sweet old Himalayan (maybe Persian?) who followed us into our room and enthusiastically accepted my showering of attention. We eventually had to escort him out (very reluctantly on my part because I would've loved to let him sleep in there, but a lack of a litter box might've been an issue.)The room was as comfortable as can be - spotless, spacious with a fireplace, desk and table to sit at, adjustable ambient lighting from the chandelier and the most heavenly bed I've ever slept in in my life. If that were my bed at home, I'd never leave it. I want to say it was a feather bed, and it's the type that's raised really high so you need a foot stool (which was provided) to get on it.The room had a private bathroom as well - I was concerned that it wouldn't since technically this is a house and not many houses have bathrooms in all the bedrooms, but that proved not to be a problem. If I HAD to state a minor complaint, it's that the thermostat wouldn't go below 68. It was really muggy out and I prefer a very cool room for sleeping. Honestly though, that didn't detract from my complete satisfaction with everything else.I'll also add as a disclaimer that based on the photos of some of the other rooms, the Ambassadors Room seems like one of the more glamorous ones. Some of the others are more floral/airy with a notably different feel. Not as sexy and dramatic - probably just as comfortable, but I'm glad we got the one we did. I definitely recommend looking at the photos before requesting a specific room so you can pick one that's best suited to your taste. We were on a tight schedule, so I regrettably didn't get to try the breakfast. I also didn't get to see the gardens, but I imagine they're beautiful. If I'm ever in the area overnight again, this will be my choice of where to stay. I hear this is a popular wedding venue too, and based on what I saw, I highly recommend it for that! I'd consider getting married here myself if I weren't eloping to Malibu."

Got my friends together for an evening playdate on a school night. Soooooo glad I did, it was a blast! We got tickets for the adult open play night on a recent Thursday. It's 18+ and open from 7:30-10pm. Doors opened around 7:15 and check-in was fairly quick. We had some time to play with the other games (Uno, giant Connect 4, cornhole, basketball and more). Then the large group games started promptly at 8. We played dodgeball, bubble soccer, bubble hamster races and archery tag. Fun is an understatement and it's also a gooood workout. There's also a video game room complete with VR gaming options, board games and cards. Pretty much a game for anyone's interests are there. They provided snacks and water and have vending machines on site. This place is fun for all ages.

I am batting 500 at this place. The first time I went, the crabcakes, the salad the drinks. Everything was amazing. The second time I went. I had the shrimp stirfry special and it was almost edible. It had no flavor and the noodles were overcooked. Very disappointed. I will definitely try it again because the service is amazing and I figure they may have just had one bad night.

This is our 2nd time visiting here in 2 weeks. This place is great. Yusef is a wonderful bartender and can customize drinks to your liking or liquor preference. The drinks he makes are amazing! We usually come here to relax and chill after dinner so as far as food goes, we've only tried the french fries and cheese curds (mini mozzarella balls). Both the fries and cheese curds are really good, definitely recommend those. Our most recent visit, on 9/15, we were celebrating my brother and his wife's 5 year anniversary which I noted when I made the reservation. Upon arriving, Yusef asked whose anniversary it was and wished them both a happy anniversary. Those small, personal touches makes for a great experience! I also love seeing the patrons of Game-On's reaction when they see the reserved sign removed and we proceed into the "secret location" and the door is closed behind us! We'll definitely be back soon!

If you are looking for an amazing wedding venue in Baltimore look no further than The Green Room. My partner and I got married there last September and from start to finish Ali and Chef Brian were out of this world to work with. My partner and his family are from Pittsburgh so we wanted to incorporate that into our wedding somehow. When we went for our tasting Chef Brian had made pierogies (something western PA is known for) for us to try to see if we wanted to serve them at our wedding. When I tell you I still salivate over just thinking about them it is not an exaggeration. SO FREAKING GOOD! On our actual wedding day Ali and her whole staff did an amazing job! Ali made sure that my husband and I had a plate of food set aside for us so we wouldn't miss out on the food since we were being pulled in every direction. It is that attention to detail that is so amazing. They know what you want even before you know you want it. Your wedding will live up to expectations if you have it at The Green Room at Blue bird.

Went here with a few girlfriends for an exclusive bowling party here, and everyone had a terrific time. There was plenty of free parking, and also the restrooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly.I didn't have any issues locating the size ball I needed, and the lanes were operating without issue. Tech was smooth and they offer ten pin regular and duck pins. A pleasant surprise was that the food was pretty delicious. The chicken tenders and pizza were yummy. They also had a good selection of cocktails and the bartender was really nice. I would reccomend this location. It's also in the same shopping center with a Target. Very convenient.

Such a great neighborhood find. Finally popped in after walking by several times but never having time to check it out. It's tiny but mighty. I spent much longer than anticipated inside because it's bursting with cultural delights. Spices from Greece, noodles from Japan, Polish snacks, fresh fruit and veggies, and everything in between. I grabbed a few items and chatted with the owner who was friendly. I know where to go whenever I host friends or am missing a hard-to-find ingredient for a fun dish!

I've been a fan of Station 4 for years! I love their new menu and their renovations! Station 4 is an American Bistro restaurant + lounge that delivers on all fronts - amazing food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere!Saturday, I came for their bottomless brunch (offered every Saturday & Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM) and left more than satisfied. Here's what we ordered: * Shrimp Shakshuka - a flavorful tomato stew with jumbo shrimp and rustic bread. * Chicken & Waffles - crispy, golden, and perfectly paired with syrup. * Steak and Eggs - cooked to perfection with tender steak and home fries. * Challah French Toast - soft, sweet, and topped just right. * Lobster Omelet - decadent and packed with fresh lobster chunks. Not only was the food delicious, but the drink selection was top-notch. Their brunch cocktails and bottomless mimosas are a must-try!What makes Station 4 stand out: * Daily Happy Hour specials * A wide variety of drinks * Options for customizable menus and private events If you're looking for a solid brunch spot in DC with great vibes, Station 4 is where you need to be. Highly recommend! I can't wait to go back and possibly host a @dmvdoes event at this restaurant.

"Amazing time! I attended for a kids birthday party and this timonium location is awesome. The staff hands down win! They were so upbeat and friendly and helpful to all the kids .... Patient with everyone. Lots of gaming options and art activities so every child will have something to do. Parking convenient. Bathrooms super duper clean and decorated nicely. They also have a big screen to watch the game. I couldn't have asked for anything different."
"My very first experience at Banditos Columbia was not so great. Started off with fully loaded nachos, which was not bad, also ordered beef empanadas which was empty inside, other than some cheese and countable pieces of ground beef, the inside of the empanadas was basically empty. Service: horrible. There were about 4 tables at the time when we were seated. Our waiter was a tall young male. He walked past us couple of times before came over to acknowledge us. When he was taking our orders, he was only looking at my husband, like I was invisible. After he took my husband's order, he walked right off, before I was even able to order anything. Ugh.... We had to wait till he came back around after 5-10 min to place my order. With service like this, there's no way I will stay nor to order anything else. Atmosphere of the restaurant of quiet during our visit, they were not busy at all, with several servers just hanging around the bar. Don't think I will return to this location, my time is too valuable to gamble for another horrible service experience with mediocre food. Do not recommend."
"The food is delicious and the customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend this place. TWO THUMBS NORTH!!!"
"The Gala Center is an event venue that can host multiple parties in various rooms. There is a shared bathroom between two of the event rooms through a hallway. The event I attended was the smaller of the two. Our room held 60-75 people. There was a sufficient amount of tables for guests, decorations, food and drink stations, and extra chairs. I was allowed set up 1.5 hours before the event. I was nervous about this, but it ended up being enough time. There was a stage with columns in my room. This was perfect for our decorations and would have been a nice area for pictures. The DJ was able to use the loft upstairs for his set up. Acoustics in the room were fine. There was also a coat check area for attendees. The coat check was an open walk in area with two windows and unfortunately you could see all of the rubbish, trash cans, and coats in that area where attendees were walking in. Sore sight. The welcome mat....could definitely stand to be vacuumed BEFORE each set of parties. It was filthy, even if it was black. There is parking at the facility. There is an area in the front of the building to park, in the back, and on the side. Note: the side parking is not paved. If you're wearing heels...beware. Theere are stairs that will lead you to the event building from the parking lot.I have to confess I called several times before the event was scheduled. I am not sure if the owner was on vacation and there was a reception substitute.....but it was frustrating to get questions answered by the person who answered the phone. Not only were they rude and not responsive when I asked their name but they also could not answer any details about the venue and couldn't speak English very well, they were slurring and it was hard to understand. Either way...answered professional location may want to hire someone who is cognizant of how to address paying customers.I am sure a wedding is reasonable (price wise) here but this seems more like a private party event location.....bring everything from linens to food, a place to hold and event. I would recommend."
"Me and my friend came here for a drag buffet brunch for her birthday. We loved it the food was delicious and drag Queens were beautiful and funny very entertained the whole time! We had free shots because the event was sponsored by Tito's and also had breast cancer awareness it was a great experience. The waitress constantly checked in with us making sure we had everything we wanted very attentive. Also the place is very ascetically pleasing perfect Background for pictures."
"First responder and teacher discounts! Super friendly staff! Awesome blacklight paint! If it's not crowded you'll have a good time playing through the 18 holes. If it is crowded, it can be frustrating because some holes are way too close together and it can become an issue. Good fun though!"
"It's the views for me!!I attended an alumni event here a few days ago! GO TERPS!! It was my first time hearing about this venue and I'm so glad I got to experience it. I got tons of IG worthy pics! 16th floor views!!! The event offered passed hor'oeuvres, a pasta station, as well as desserts, unlimited beer, wine and coffee! The food was tasty!Service was excellent! Complimentary garage parking was a plus. I plan to come back to check out the restaurant/bar on the 15th floor!"
"I surprised my Mom with John Legend tickets for her birthday. This was my first time at this music hall... I remember coming to the casino the week that it opened, and then coming every now and then on special occasions. I never once had an opportunity to check out the music hall. After struggling with parking, we made our way into the casino and asked where the music hall was -- there are no signs for it, so I just asked someone at the security desk. I should've seen it sooner -- there was quite a line to get in, haha. As scary as it looked, it moved pretty quickly! Tickets were scanned, and we made our way inside to the main hallway with bathrooms and paths to our designated section. It was bright and stunning! There was a bar with quite the crowd, but we didn't bother checking it out. We made our way to the main hall, and I was surprised at how big it was. The seating map was indicative, but still, seeing it in person was something else. The first floor had soooo many seats, but then the higher level was massive too. We were pretty close to the stage, and it was such an experience! We could see everything, and the sound was fantastic. The only thing was the exact positioning of one of the speakers (or lights? I forgot now)... but it blocked John whenever he was sitting at the piano. All in all, it was a fantastic show and we really liked the venue. Since we were on the highest level of the garage, getting out was a pain as you can imagine. I didn't want my Mom walking extra far, but if you are up to it, I would advise just parking in the mall lot and walking over... it's not too bad. That night was particularly cold, though."
"excellent meal. the crab soup was near perfect and the waitress brought some fresh baked roll absolutely delicious. I had the Reuben sandwich and couldn't put it down it was so good. my son had a sandwich as well and it was very nice. can't complain."
"Gertrude's is the upscale restaurant in the Baltimore Museum of Art.* * *The Baltimore Museum of Art gets about 38 stars. For a small museum playing catch-up with the big city majors, It is amazing. The contemporary exhibits are incredibly well chosen with fantastic selections of artists and works. The older galleries have to live with what was not picked up first by places like the Met in New York. For some hard to understand reason, Baltimore scored a massive number of Matisses. But, Matisse aside, the average older gallery has about two amazing pieces among a ho hum rest. But those two amazing pieces ...* * *That said, Yelp is not about porcelain boddhisattvas.Yelp is about the food.Gertrude's is good eating. It is a nice room. The menu is small, and heavy on seafood and sandwiches.Make that elegant seafood and upscale sandwiches. They do not inflate the prices because you are in a museum. The pricing is much appreciated by Samuel C.Add the charm of the setting, and this is a great place to be.I was with amazing company discussing deep philosophical issues. So my attention to the food was probably less than I would have liked for a Yelp review. But I loved everything I had ...Double that for dessert.* * *And how can you not like your salmon,When back in the gallery, you have just seen the contemporary mandala of your dreams?"
"What a find!We were looking for something unique to try before a show at the Hippodrome and this fit the bill. We made online reservations which was great because it got full quick. We were greeted by our wonderful server who was from Turkey and she was so helpful with the menu and enthusiastic about many of the menu items. The menus were on tablets which was different and kind of fun! We started with the hummus sampler that we received for checking in on Yelp. It came with warm bread that they quickly refilled when we ran out. The hummus was DELISH! It was smooth and flavorful and just perfect! We each got a glass of wine to drink and that was lovely and we also tried the "Turkish" milk "shot" and kind of sipped it before dinner. It tasted just like a good and plenty and it was nice and cold. I enjoyed it. For dinner I had this beef wrap that was spicy and sooo flavorful. It was like a turkish meatball of sorts and it was just so well done. The rice and yogurt sauce it was served with really completed the dish. Wow. My husband had this lamb stew that was out of this world. It reminded me of a peruvian dish I love - lomo saltado. It had that spice with onions and tomatoes and it was warm and comforting. Excellent. For dessert we had turkish coffee which was like an espresso and we shared the two desserts they recommended. The flan was perfect and light and the other one (kind of like a baklava but not lol) was super sweet so they complimented each other along with the coffee. We left so satisfied and happy with our choice and were so happy to find this gem during our evening in Baltimore!"
"We stopped in here last weekend to admire the view and have a beer. The menu looked good-- kind of standard fare. The best part was being able to sit outside and have a great view of the river and the wildlife. They have a large outdoor seating area with picnic tables and small chairs and tables."
"I was there this past Saturday for a friend's wedding. It's such a gem within the inner harbor. Her wedding was on the 8th floor, in a beautiful room with windows that allowed for natural light (meaning good wedding photos!). Her cocktail hour was a floor below, in another incredibly fancy room, then back up to the eighth floor. The food was excellent! Salad with bacon, chicken wrapped with bacon :) Even after coffee service was done, I asked one of the servers if they wouldn't mind bringing my husband and I more, and they went out of their way to bring us some."
"I come to BWI once a month every month for work. I usually stay at the Element hotel connected to aLoft & I love when I see Miss Erica here bartending! Miss Erica always takes care of me & is always suggesting new drinks for me. This is my go-to bar while I'm here traveling - Mr. David also provides excellent service. Thank you Erica & David!"
"Ordering from the pick up window is easy and efficient. I call my order in often around lunch time and it is done in 10-15 minutes . There is a separate window to receive orders, which makes the transaction very quick when you're in a hurry.Jerk wings are always on my order! I have to note that they do not have a traditional jerk flavor-- they taste more like baked wings, which are still very good."
"My aunt had her 87th birthday dinner here last night. When she and I entered they were very welcoming. It was a small room to the right that was set up just for her. The sign read Happy IQ Birthday. Immediately, we were introduced to the waiter who would take care of us. The dining area was nicely set up with purple napkins inside the glasses. We were able to place drink orders as we waited for the rest of the people to arrive. Everyone was able to order drinks and pay for them separately. There was a small table set up to serve yourself appetizers. The appetizers were spring rolls and wings. Both were delicious. Everyone's meal was pre ordered. Each meal came out nice and hot. The service was top notch. Not one person had a complaint about anything. My aunt bought her own cake and cake plates but, they supplied the cutter and utensils. Right before cake champagne was served. The DJ even paused and played happy birthday as we sang it. They mentioned it several times throughout the night that it was my aunt's birthday. My aunt was happy. They really made her night. This is one business I would surely return to and give more business to.. For my meal I had jerk chicken with rice and beans which was delicious. The jerk seasoning on the side was pretty spicy but, I loved it. I also ordered the known Bob Marley drink. It was a little pricey but, it came in a nice tall glass. The drink was pretty strong and tasty. Thumbs up to the entire IQ Bar and Grill team from the greeters to the waiters to the DJ and the cook. Everyone's attitude was friendly and polite."
"This is a really nice place to have an event. This is the second event I have been to at this location that my church has sponsored. The first was a Bull Roast and yesterday was a Shrimp Feast. This was my first time ever going to a shrimp feast. That meant as many steamed shrimp as you can possibly eat. The cost of the tickets were $45.00. They had shrimp, crab soup, macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, chilli, taco's, roast beef, ham, string beans, salad, cake, wine, beer, soda and punch. It was all included in your ticket price. They had some other things but, I can't remember it all. The location is easy to miss if you have never been there before. Once you've been a first time you may not ride past it on the second time."
"Ive been for brunch a few times and each time it was pretty good. Service isnt always the quickest but the drinks are strong so I appreciate the extra time to sober up lol. I know they still do bottomless but after one or two im done so ive never taken part. Food wise i also have no complaint. I typically stick to the brunch options but everything ive put in my mouth here is good. There is a good amount of parking around back that i dont think people realize but its so easy to get a paid spot and to come in through the back door, I would like to try the patio out once the weather breaks but I will for sure be back."
"THANK YOU to the Peabody Heights Brewery for hosting the Baltimore YELP Chapter Awards & Christmas party. Had a great time and sampled several of the bier choices. If I lived in Baltimore this would be a great place to unwind and socialize with friends at the end of a work day."
"Very nice ambiance and a great rental to plan a event at. Very spacious, they have a down stairs and a upstairs. They also have a lounge area where you can sit down and have a conversation, to get away if you want. You also can go outside and enjoy the little park area. Parking is free, they have two parking lots and a safeway within walking distance in case you run out of anything for your event. Not sure how much they charge, being that I was just a guest there. All"
"WOW WOW WOW. I visited the Engineer's Club with a friend a few weeks ago when they hosted performances of Eugene Onegin by the Baltimore Opera. The Engineer's Club is located in the Garrett-Jacobs Mansion in Mount Vernon. It's the city's oldest private social club, but it hosts events and weddings in addition to serving its membership functions. It was an absolutely stunning venue for an opera. The staircase, the wood, the stage...! If you love architecture, you just have to see it for yourself (may in combination with that other gorgeous building just down the street - you know the one!). Definitely adding it to my list of Baltimore's most beautiful buildings. If you have a chance, don't hesitate to visit for a performance or event. I know I'll be back for another opera next season. They also offer tours, which I am adding to my must do in Baltimore list!"
"I organize an indoor soccer team that plays in the coed rec league here and so far my experience has been positive. The administration could be a little better (getting registration information was a minor pain, and they're a bit slow putting schedules out) but none of the issues were serious. What I really like about Freestate is that they seem to do a good job of splitting their leagues into different difficulty levels. We used to play at the DuBurns Arena in Canton, but as a new & inexperienced team we were constantly getting crushed. The actual fields at Freestate aren't as nice as the one at DuBurns, and they have some odd rules in their coed league, but overall it seems like a fun league so far. They also put all game results online, which is a nice touch."
"My partner and I came by on one of the hotter days this summer and sat outside. It wasnt terrible because we sat in front of one of their outdoor fans and being right next to the water was nice.We ordered the Burrata plate without pesto due to an allergy and they were a easily able to accommodate us. I ordered an orange wine and my boyfriend ordered a red, both were delicious but I can't remember their names.I'd love to go back and check out the inside and the other wives they have to offer."
