"I've ordered takeout from this place several times. Overall, I think it's a good place. We often get the General Tso's chicken, which is a good balance of chicken and breading and has a nice kick to it. One dinner portion is enough for 2 people to eat (and we are generous eaters!) so it's a good deal, too. We usually order the egg rolls, too, and they are tasty. Tonight I tried to go a little healthier and ordered the Szechuan chicken. I would NOT recommend that. It was not spicy at all - it really hardly had any flavor. The menu doesn't specify what veggies are included, and it was basically all matchstick carrots, onions, and some kind of cabbage, with a few green bell peppers mixed in. I would have loved to see more colors and flavors included. It was a huge disappointment.Still, I won't hold this one dish against the place since we've been happy otherwise! I just would highly suggestion you don't order that."
"Recently moved to the area and hoped to find some good Asian food without having to travel to the place with which I'm familiar. Therefore, I took to Yelp to see what my fellow Yelpers had to say about places in the area. You all did not disappoint with Winli, so I thank you! This will be my new favorite place. So, when it comes to Asian food I can be a bit "boujie." All Asian food is not the same and I feel like I can't eat it from every Asian restaurant, even when getting something basic-I've had restaurants do rice wrong in the past. Nonetheless, Winli is FAR from that. The food here is amazing. I ordered the small vegetable lo mein and small shrimp fried rice. The vegetable lo mein had nice size portions of fresh cut veggies and was a great deal of lo mein, could be considered a medium portion in other carryouts. The shrimp fried rice had huge pieces of shrimp in such a small box, I was quite surprised. These weren't the salad shrimp other restaurants try to throw in their fried rice. These were large sized shrimp and a plentiful amount. The food here was so fresh, not heavy, and hot. Winli is a carryout. You cannot eat in but they are SUPER clean! The price to portion and taste ratio is no match. Since the prices are decent yet the quality of food is beyond "carryout" status. This should be a restaurant. One thing I can really appreciate about Winli is they have all day specials, not just lunch specials. Another thing I love is that they allow you to get your own packets of soy sauce, duck sauce, hot sauce, and hot mustard. They aren't like most other restaurants where they ration the packets out to customers or charge extra if you ask for extra."

"My chicken pad Thai was legit. It came out fresh and flavorful. The only knock was the sauce, I enjoyed my food but would have liked it have a little less sauce. The service was great it also, very fast. I enjoyed how fast and fresh the meal was. I would go back and enjoy the rice my hubby had his fried rice was delicious."
"Dok Khao was a 5 star experience from start to finish. We walked up and saw it was PACKED - but I was undeterred. We were told there'd be a 30 minute wait, and they texted a link that allowed us to efficiently track where we were in line. The 25 minutes of watching happy diners and busy bartenders ensured our appetites could remain primed and ready. The decor was aesthetically pleasing and well selected, the dining room energy was thrilling, and I can see why so many people opt to have their birthday there! There were so many enticing menu items that we had a hard time choosing, and truth be told - I'd order every single item again.Starters: Bangkok wings, curry puffs, and nam tok.Mains: Lychee Duck Curry special, Pad Ka PowDesserts: Thai tea crème brûlée, sweet sticky rice with Thai custard I am salivating over everything just writing about it. We truly ate like kings and the bill wasn't as painful as one would think. I can't wait to come back!!"
"Kind of good. However, the "fried rice" is yellow??? It looks like boxed Spanish rice. If you just need Chinese to scratch an itch, it's adequate. Pretty average though. Unfortunately, there aren't many options around. Bear, DE has better choices."
"I really really love this place. The fried rice is a winner every single time. I call in my order, do my shopping at Trader Joe's and pick up my delicious food. The orange tea is quite sweet but amazing. The staff is super friendly. Quiet as kept, I don't even like Thai food but this place hits the mark every time. I highly recommend this place."
"Decided to try something different tonight. My daughter talked this place up so much that I had to try. I started out with dumplings, which were delicious. Seasoned perfectly and well cooked. I also got a Thai iced tea. I highly recommend it, it almost reminds me of chai tea. For dinner o got the drunken noodles with chicken. The seasonings were on point. I wasn't a fan of the texture of the noodles, but that was no fault of the restaurant. My daughter got beef pho and sticky rice. The broth for the pho was so good. The service was super fast and our waitress was really sweet. Definitely a great first experience for me."
"Since moving to Catonsville a few years ago, we have not had a lot of luck with finding the perfect Chinese restaurant. One of our favorite dishes is shrimp fried rice and for some reason we have only found one place in Marriottsville that makes it the way we like it. Tonight, I think we found a new place to get food from a little closer to our home. We got an order of gyoza, crispy beef and shrimp fried rice. All dishes were very good and service could be done all online. My husband went to pick it up and everything was ready to go. Very nice staff and everything had a good flavor. We will be trying some more of their dishes soon!"
"This is one of my new favorite Thai places in Silver Spring. I have a sensitive gut and onion and garlic can be a problem for me. So it was great to see that this restaurant has options to make many of their dishes in the jae style (which avoids these vegetables). Not to mention that their Panang curry was out of this world! So glad to find a place that I can eat at without worry that is also delicious. I want to go back a few more times before I commit to giving this place five stars, but I might be able to get there!"
"As good Thai food as I've had in most places. The one in downtown Annapolis has nicer ambience but the food at this location was just as good!"
"Cute spot for a delicious meal! Came in and was seated at a table in which they pulled a table out and it kind of made it odd for dining. Food was tasty but for cost portions are very small and very little protein. Service was difficult as we had several servers and it was hard to get someone attention. They are no longer BYOB and have a liquor."
"I just recently switched to this restaurant. I took a risk because every Chinese place is not good. However I was glad I made the switch. I had the shrimp Singapore noodles and my boyfriend had shrimp fries rice. We were both"

Our last delivery order from Lucky's wasn't so good but we decided to dine in today because maybe it would be better? It wasn't.Both entrees were prepared incorrectly. Asked for shrimp and got chicken? Requested steamed rice and received fried rice? These issues were corrected but in the end, nothing tasted great. We love supporting local businesses but sadly, I think we are done with this one.

The Food was tremendous. Although it's a takeout joint the food is more than worth the trip.I drove 30 minutes from the other side of Bmore for takeout!!But when I tell you the eats were incredibly fresh, the flavors were distinct and clear and the egg drop soup was to die for I am not even exaggerating...

Visited Dok Khao for a family birthday and had a wonderful visit! The decor inside is very pretty, with all the florals. It almost feels like a nice tea room. The staff is very friendly! They helped give recommendations on the menu and were quick with service. We started off with the Chicken Satay and Crab Rangoons; both were delicious. I had the Panang Curry, which was SO good! We ended the night with dessert, which was beautifully plated and a great ending to our meal. I know we'll be back again soon!

This place isn't super but it isn't bad at all. I feel like the beef sticks that I had were great. And the pizza roll was pretty damn good. I'm saying that the food isn't over the top but it tastes pretty damn fresh and good.

Absolute Thai-Sushi is like a hidden gem, tucked away in the Kenilworth mall. I popped into Absolute Thai with my friend and her daughter, and we all thought the food was delicious. A quaint little restaurant, nothing fancy, but their food packs flavor. Although we stopped in not too long before closing, our waiter, who I think may have been the owner, was really nice. My friend wanted her dish prepared a little differently than it was listed on the menu, and he simply said "you can have whatever you like." You don't often find that kind of service right before closing. Unfortunately, I didn't take many pictures because I was hungry, but I definitely intent on heading back to Absolute Thai to try more of their food.

I was so happy coming to this place. I have missed having Thai food for so long. This location is in festivals shopping center, so there is a lot of parking. There is a decent amount of seating in the dining area. The staff is friendly and attentive. I ordered the drunken noodles and they were perfect. The sauce on them wasn't too spicy and the vegetables were cooked just right. I love the rice noodles in this dish because of how wide they are. The garlic chicken was very good as well! It was not too spicy and the vegetables had great flavor. I cannot wait to go back!

Best Chinese Food Arbutus.. that is what everyone said so my husband and I tried it out and got hooked! I am a big fan of the steamed dumplings. I like to cut them in half and soak in the hoisin sauce before eating. I like the General Tso chicken, Hunan Chicken, and Sesame Chicken. I am a enjoy eating chicken! My husband usually gets the Shrimp fried rice and crab rangoon. Both delicious! They use large size shrimp and not those weird tiny shrimp. They also serve Sushi and Thai food. I ordered the Drunk Noodles one night but thought they were a little bland. Drunk noodles are usually pretty spicy so that was disappointing. Occasionally I have ordered an eel roll or something else cooked but I generally order from Sushi-Q if I want Sushi. The Sushi here is OK if you don't want to drive to Elkridge but we tend to stick to the Chinese Food. COVID PRECAUTIONS ABOUND! This is the most cautious restaurant I have seen/ They stopped doing delivery and closed down the dining room at the start of the pandemic so they are now CARRY OUT ONLY. They built a vestibule by the door with thick plexiglass like you see at a gas station in the cirty. They put the food in a bag through a little door. I applaud their efforts to remain open and stay safe during the pandemic.

"This place is located in the food court on the lower level of Columbia Mall. We always order combo #2 for $7.79, which consists of a starch (rice or noodles), vegetables, and protein. The size is a large portion. We especially enjoy the Mango Chicken as the protein and stir fried eggplant and tofu. Employees there are friendly. They offer a rewards stamp card - after you purchase 5 meals, the 6th meal is free for combo #1 (protein or vegetables with a starch). Good deal if you have no time for a sit down.7/19/20 Update - This place was temporarily closed due to COVID-19 pandemic, but has reopened now, still serving great Thai food. Combo #2 price increased to $7.99. Rewards stamp card is still offered. You can eat at food court or carryout."
"We stumbled upon Tarin Thai when meeting some friends visiting from out of town. We were seeking a casual, warm dinner in Fells. Inside Tarin is quite cozy and ambiance is admittedly limited BUT the menu offerings are solid and food is legit. I have to mention the excellence of the service as well. You order at the counter and then the food is brought to your table. The gentleman helping us was kind and service was so quick. I imagine they are busy for take out and delivery. We ordered a variety of dishes and everyone was very happy with their meals. We even were offered a couple orders of free spring rolls which were also excellent."
"Had the $7 Chicken w/curry over rice at a stand near Hopkins hospital. The curry flavor was spot on, nice and sweet with a good kick of spiciness. However, the quality of the chicken was poor and there were scattered green beans but no other veggies over the rice. Should def be priced cheaper due to quality. Quantity was decent though. They need to lower their prices, add some quality veggies and meats, and have more than 2 food choices!"
"Tried Kin Da Thai and Sushi for the first time as I've driven past this place dozens of times and I'm glad I did. My wife tried the lunch special here once and said it was good. I would like to start off by saying the prices here are very reasonable and the food quality and taste reflects that. I opted for the the cashew chicken w/ a side of steamed rice and the chicken was a hit! It was nice and crispy and the sauce added a nice flavor to it. My wife got the chicken pad Thai which was flavorful as well. The crab rangoons were decent, just a little on the chewy side. The customer service here was great which added to the positive experience."
"we've loved siu's since they opened years ago. the food is always delicious, service is quick, and the staff is so kind. the space inside seems small but fits quite a bit with outdoor seating. always a good spot to pop in for yummy food on the go."
"Sunday, 10/6/24: Per usual, when there's a BWI departure on the agenda, undoubtedly, a trip to Tomo's is included. We ate light this time because we ain't even hungry ATP. I'm tired of driving, tired of crying (happy tears), tired of eating (I've eaten more this weekend than I have all month!) but making memories with my children will NEVER get old! Tomo's is a staple because they have never disappointed us. It's never crowded and our orders are always beautiful and delicious. Our hot saki, steamed gyoza, spicy tuna, Sunshine, salmon avocado and Baltimore rolls were PERFECT. LOL ... doesn't sound like we ate light but, trust me, we most def had leftovers to take home."
"I am absolutely in love with their fried rice. They always give the perfect level of spicyness that I ask for. Their appetizers are yummy as well. My husband loves their pineapple fried rice while I'm fond of their regular spicy fried rice with pork. Their iced Thai tea and iced Thai coffee were both amazing. It's a pleasure to support this small business and its owners- they are kind and devoted to their restaurant. The servers are all sweet and funny. The restaurant itself is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall with limited seating, but it's authentic and cozy, no complaints at all! I only wish it was closer to where I live!"
"Randomly in this area and wanted to get thai so we decided to try this restaurant. This was a great find from start to finish and would definitely go back again if in the area. We had a party of 4 for lunch and decided to all get lunch specials but different ones so we could try different things. We tried the sesame chicken, drunken noodles, sweet and sour chicken and lo mein noodles. All lunch specials came with an egg roll or soup and white rice. We tried the egg drop soup, beef eggroll and another soup and all were great. Our entrees were good portions especially for lunch and our favorite was the sweet and sour chicken. Our waitress was helpful and got anything we needed. One thing to note is that they add an 18% gratuity to the check before you even pay. Overall our meal was great and we would definitely go again!Small restaurant but it seemed like they did a lot of take out."
"Arrived at noon on a Friday, seating was immediate due to a lack on diners. The restaurant is decorated for the holidays without losing its Asian flavor. I soon had a Siam Mule and was reviewing the menu. I was anxious to compare the curry to what's in my hometown. The descriptions seemed unexciting so I selected Street Noodles based on the listed ingredients. They came quickly and were very good, right on the edge of being too spicy, my favorite level. The quantity was more than I could eat. A good value for the money. The noodles with a cocktail was $36, the drink almost as much as the noodles"
"We used to go to Red Maple regularly. There were some minor irritations but the service and food were good. Then staff changed and along came Covid and we stopped going there. Recently our favorite Chinese restaurant closed and we hadn't been able to find a replacement. Rich suggested we give Red Maple a try again. On a Sunday afternoon it was quiet when we got there. We got a seat in a booth in the bar. It's usually quiet in the bar area and we like to sit in a booth. A waiter came shortly and brought us water and took our drink orders. Rich had a tall beer and I had a Mai Thai. They have delicious Mai Thai complete with an umbrella, orange slice or more recently a slice of star fruit. Our first time back I ordered the salmon tempura with miso soup and Spanish rice. Miso soup can be very bland but their's is very good. The salmon came on a sizzling platter with sliced onions and peppers. Much like a fajita platter, delicious. Rich had Pad Thai and he liked it but it was not my favorite. Our second trip I had the chicken teriyaki and it was very good but I preferred the salmon. And on our third trip I had chicken lo mein. The portion was huge! I ate until I was full and we took the rest home and shared it for dinner. On our second visit Rich had a bento box but decided on our third visit the salmon teriyaki was the way to go. There service was perfect. We had a waiter the first visit and waitresses the second and third. It was nice to have good experiences at Red Maple and it has been added back into our regular rotation of favorite restaurants."
"This restaurant was a wonderful hidden gem that I stumbled upon! Some family members and I were headed to my nieces play close by and looking for dinner before the show . This place was perfect. Really cute inside and lovely staff. Food was great. I got Pad See Ew, delicious. Others had drunken noodles , pad king , and other dishes. Everything was so good!"
"Spousal Unit and I wanted to go for a drive today to enjoy the weather, and look for a new (to us) restaurant. We found one, and immensely enjoyed it!Saisaki Asian Fusion is in the historic Hagan's Tavern building on the way to Braddock Heights. The tavern has housed many saloons, bars, and restaurants going back to the mid-1800s. The parking lot is large; the exterior is stone; the interior walls are decorated with landscapes showing views of Frederick from the past - very soothing! The menu is a mix of Japanese and Thai foods. We ordered spider rolls and red snapper nigiri as starters, followed by bento boxes. The rolls were excellent, made with very crispy and very well seasoned soft shell crabs. The nigiri was good, but the rice could have used additional seasoning (vinegar and salt). The bento boxes were enormous, and the food was excellent. More than enough food for lunch, and for snacking tonight! We were initially seated by a noisy four-top that was enjoying their mimosas way to much, but when we asked to move, they moved us to another room. Overall, the service was excellent - attentive, but not intrusive. Overall value was excellent! Will we return? Oh, most definitely!"
"Food was ok, service a little slow. Ordered 2 dinner platters which came with fried rice, we either got brown rice by mistake or the fried rice is terrible. If what we got was fried rice, it's plain with no flavor and no veggies, if it was brown rice by mistake, it was typical rice. General Tso's Chicken was pretty poor quality and chewy, Bourbon Chicken was pretty good, Lo Mein was very good. Staff inside was friendly and they gave us a free order of crab wontons (probably because the wait was long). Overall the food was just ok, if in the area again, would be willing to try other dishes there and hope for better rice, but wouldn't drive from Westminster to get it."
"I've eaten the Pho and dumplings here several times and they are both excellent. I would love to try something different but their Pho is so good I can't not order it."
"Decided to try food from here because of all the great reviews. I got the chicken with string beans and the side order of vegetable lo mein. The chicken with string beans was great - a little more green beans than chicken, which I like, perfectly cooked with nice flavor and texture. There's enough sauce for the rice to soak up when you mix it in but not so much that you have a bunch of sauce left over when you're finished. I wasn't particularly fond of the lo mein, though. It was too salty for my taste, and I would have preferred more broccoli and onions and fewer bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. I will definitely order from here again; I just probably won't get the lo mein since it wasn't to my personal taste."
"Great food good service and tucked away from the norm Saturday night hang. The fish was fresh and the menu is diverse enough including Delicious Thai options for non sushi lovers. The drinks were perfectly crafted and allowed for a good evening with the Mrs"
"Odenton has plenty of seedy looking strip malls but I've learned to never judge bc inside of those walls are some of the best authentic local Asian & Thai cuisine. Bangkok kitchen isn't all that great in the way of aesthetics but that's ok, they make up for it with friendly staff, good alcoholic beverages, and most important... delicious food. I've been coming here for years. I've also been a lover of Thai food since I was a kid & I'm known to drive past 3 places that offers the same food as the place I'm going bc the place I'm going does it better. That's confusing to say & read but follow me. My point is, I never have to do that when I'm in the mood for Thai bc Bangkok checks all of the boxes. I got the Pad Kee Mao - drunken noodles with beef & chicken at level three spice(there's 5 levels) & it was as good as it always is, and still very spicy. I'd hate to see what level 5 feels like. The Wife got the Pad See Ew w/ chicken as her protein & rated it a 3.5 out of 5 bc she needed more sauce. Come to think of it, my drunken noodles needed more sauce too, but it was still very flavorful. We finished it off with Thai Tea that we both agreed is a 5 out of 5. If you're in the mood for really delicious Thai, Bangkok won't disappoint."
"I am not a huge fan of Pad Thai because it's not consistent from place to place. Rod Dee hands down nailed it. My tastebuds were so delighted by the quality of this dish. The Iced Thai Tea is delicious also... I literally just finished and ran to my phone to write this review. The staff was very nice over the phone while helping me get my iced tea since the iced coffee is the only option on Door Dash.I will be ordering again. I'm stuffed. I have no room for my dessert lol."
"3.5 Stars.I ordered beef pad Thai and spring rolls from here through GrubHub. The food arrived hot and slightly ahead of schedule. The spring rolls were good. Nice and crispy! The pad thai, however, was quite sweet. The beef in it was also tough and a bit overcooked. It tasted okay, but I could only manage to eat a few bites of it because it was just so sweet. I had a question about my order and when I called the restaurant, the staff person was very nice and she quickly and kindly addressed my concern, so points for that as well!"
"I always look forward to eating here! I enjoy that the menu has lots of options and different types of protein. The servers always check in regularly, and it's a really calm place for a 1-on-1 meal when catching up with friends. The thai food is flavorful and satisfying."
"This is the best Thai food in the area and a hidden gem in my neighborhood. We eat here at least once every two weeks and food is consistently good whether we dine in or take out. Our go-to dishes are the drunken noodles, Pla Sam rod, and basil fried rice. Pla Sam Rod is fish fillet in an amazingly tangy, sweet, and spicy sauce, which is also stands alone great on white rice. Even though the place is called "little spice," don't be afraid to ask for the "mild" version of the plates they serve; they don't hold back on flavor or spice in this spot. Inside the restaurant is open concept and the tables are spaced apart; the waitresses are quick and attentive. Ambiance is modern, cozy and pleasantly decorated without being over the top. I also like the open style booth seating up against the back walls. We will be coming back again and again."
"I was in the neighborhood and based on the 4 star rating decided to check it out. I called in my order and the young lady was very nice. I ordered the Asian bistro roll, Las Vegas roll, a Large wonton soup and lastly Steamed shrimp and veggies. I ordered for lunch, dinner and as it turns out lunch the next day. Both of the rolls were tasty. I enjoyed the other food as well. I recommend this place. Everyone was friendly. They have 3 or 4 tables for you to dine in but it seems to be a carry out place. Check them out."
"I just happened to stop in Belvedere square for a bite to eat. I never even recognized that this store was here. It wasn't busy during the time that I stopped by. The cashier was very friendly. I opted to try the crab Rangoon. It's a cashless place so make sure that you have a credit/debit card. The entire transaction was basically handled on a tablet device. You input your cell number and you get a text once your order is ready. My order was small so it was ready in about ten minutes. It was nice, hot and fresh. I would definitely stop here in the future and try other menu items."
