We were able to walk in on a weeknight with a group of 4 without reservations Food: good ramen. Noodles are nice and chewy. The curry ramen was great and a different change from the usual pork broth. Lots of add ons to choose from such as bamboo shoots and corn. Drinks: some cocktails, a variety of beers including Sapporo and list of sakeService: great. There was really only one staff member taking orders and he took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations. Likelihood to go back: 10/10. Solid spot to scratch the ramen craving on those cold rainy nights."

"This was the BEST Indian food I've ever had. Hands down. It's a lovely little spot (albeit in a strip mall) that is tastefully decorated and smells amazing even from the parking lot. It was impeccable service and the FOOD. Oh my goodness. There were four of us and we shared 4 different entrees. The Mixed Grill was perfect because it gave you a few of the proteins in different spices. The black and yellow lentils were amazing. The NAAN was warm and crispy on the edges and soft and fluffy in the middle. We had a bottle of Indian Chenin Blanc that went great with our meal. Everything was absolutely delicious and we left not one bite uneaten. I can't wait to go back and try more things on the menu. If you like Indian food- The Jewel of India in White Oak is where its at!"

"The perfect cure for a runny nose, Pho real! You see what I did there. Seriously if you're ever feeling under the weather or just need a pick me up on a cold day Pho is always a good choice. Located on route one across the street from Costco, Pho VN one Is situated in a small shopping center with ample parking so you wouldn't have to worry about finding a place to park, the restaurant is pretty big, and accommodate a large party say perhaps after a night of partying and you need to hangover cure you and your friends can all stumble in and they'll be able to seat everyone. The service is always fast and speedy. I can't sit and enjoy my pho, they do a great job at packaging to go orders. I've never had an issue with taking my food to go with spills or mishaps. They pay attention to detail, and I really can appreciate that."

"We had a great time. We were warmly greeted and quickly seated at the hibachi. The chef was friendly and kept everyone engaged. The food was very tasty. The Steak and Lobster combo was delicious. My steak was slightly overcooked but the lobster was perfectly cooked. The restaurant offers a kids menu aswell as lunch specials. I highly recommend this location for date night, birthday dinner, or casual lunch . It is kid friendly. I would definitely visit again. I highly recommend."

I was so impressed!The vibes on the inside are great - lots of greenery and fun things to look at in the apothecary half of the shop. I didn't get super into those items, but it looked like they have some neat stuff!The girl taking my order was super helpful as I deliberated over the menu. I asked for what their prettiest drink is, and she offered to make me a half & half option with their lady hibiscus tea and peach rose lemonade, which I went with. Not only was the drink SO pretty (as promised), it was delicious! It was definitely a lot of flavors going on at once, but they all worked together.The Hue wings are a fan-favorite, so I tried an order of those with the brown sugar buffalo sauce. I don't think I've ever tried cauliflower wings before, and I feel like the breading on these were better than any chicken wing I've had. They were piping hot, so crispy and crunchy, and tasted like curly fries. I will say I wasn't the biggest fan of the sauce, but I think that's just a personal preference. It was a little too tangy for me.I also tried the exotic mushroom pasta, which blew me away as well. I love mushrooms, so this dish was a no brainer for me, and it did not disappoint. There were plentiful mushrooms, and the sauce was so flavorful and creamy. The serving was way bigger than I expected, and I gladly took home plenty of leftovers.Before I left, I decided to see if there was anything else I could take for the road, and I asked about their dessert special. It was bread pudding that day, which is another favorite of mine, so I felt like I just had to get some. I don't know what flavor it is, but it's just as delicious as everything else! It seems like it has mini chocolate chips in it and maybe some apples or peaches. Whatever it is, it is super moist and just wonderful.I really wish I lived closer to here - I definitely think I would be a regular if it were closer. Hope to visit again soon!"

"I am absolutely in love with their fried rice. They always give the perfect level of spicyness that I ask for. Their appetizers are yummy as well. My husband loves their pineapple fried rice while I'm fond of their regular spicy fried rice with pork. Their iced Thai tea and iced Thai coffee were both amazing. It's a pleasure to support this small business and its owners- they are kind and devoted to their restaurant. The servers are all sweet and funny. The restaurant itself is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall with limited seating, but it's authentic and cozy, no complaints at all! I only wish it was closer to where I live!"

"Urban Deli: Overall - 8.5/10 Most things on the menu are good. Solid lunch place. Fairly cheap with a decent selection. More of a quick bite spot than a sit-down, just a heads up. I eat here for lunch at least once every other week and it does the job. The Food - 8.5/10: It's all pretty good. Some of the stuff is fresh, some of the stuff isn't but that's okay. This is more of a lunch or grab-and-go place so my standard for what I expect falls within that range for comparable places. I would say the food is above average for the shop style, quick bites, place this is. That is why I come back so much. Solid portions, Great wraps/bread options, and fresh veggies. I would really recommend any of the wraps or sandwiches they're all amazing. The Vibes- 6/10: Cute. You could drive or walk right by it. I don't think I have ever seen anyone actually eat in there, but there is room to sit. Most time's there is a line for pick up but they are quick.The Service-10/10: Everyone who works here is super nice. Never had any issues. Sometime's if it's busy they can- naturally- be held up a bit BUT they will always get to you. Even if I am standing around someone always asks if someone helped me. The Drinks- N/A: Never had any drinks from here."

"Kodo Hibachi has been our spot for Chinese/Japanese cuisine. The dinner combos are on point and so is the sushi. I decided to try one of my vegetarian favorites, mapo tofu. I've never been to China but I've ordered it enough in DC, on the west coast, northeast, and never had mapo tofu fried rice style. Again, the food is typically great. Would I recommend mapo tofu? If you love peas and carrots, 12/10. If you like the spice and sauce of mapo tofu, uninterrupted, I would pass."

Recently we were in Laurel and of course we had to browse the Yelp for some food because we weren't familiar with the area. We landed on Taqueria Los Perez! I ordered nachos with carnitas and David got the burrito with Pastor. Nachos: Finally nachos with a good chip-to-cheese ratio! I am here for it. I liked the portion size and that it felt enough for one person as their meal. AND THE CARNITAS. They tasted as though they had JUST came out of the oven. Sometimes we like to make carnitas at home and make tacos right after, and I have to say the freshness was on par. The picked onions on the side in a plastic bag was an interesting choice, but hey, nacho cheese, pico, and guac?!?! Can't complain. Only thing I didn't like was that when I got to the bottom, the chips were covered in oil/grease. Other than that, delicious!Pastor Burrito: My first comment to David was that the meat actually looked red! LOL! Very authentic tasting and David enjoyed the actual pieces of pineapple in the burrito. He said this was one of the closest burritos to remind him of California in MD. So....Californian approved! Easy parking in the side of the restaurant. Glad we tried it and would recommend!"

To think all of these years dating way way back to my years at BSU I assumed it was a simple carryout only. But low and behold it's a full blown restaurant with a full bar! Apparently, I'm super late to get the memo because there was plenty of customer traffic in and out of the door nonstop! For dinner, I went with the Mongolian beef which is one of my all time favs and ole reliable meals. I HIGHLY recommend it at GP as it's the best ones that I've now tasted twice there. The food is awesome, the friendly service is awesome, and Wendy & her drinks are flat out awesome!"

"Hungry after 24hr fast, and what do I do? Yes, Pho Dena indeed. My first time and it won't be my last.Located at the Lakeshore Plaza, the menu is loaded with photos and descriptions. Options are plenty though I wish claypots were available. My son loved his Pho Dena Special and he and I shared our bahn mi halves. I enjoyed my heaping bowl of Saigon Special. Bowls come out piping hot and loaded. Broth is excellent and I appreciate they do not skimp on the proteins and accouterments... extra onions, cilantro are bonus. The banh mi are on the small side and pickled veggies were sparse; the bo and nem nuong were ample and flavors are fantastic. Service was friendly and attentive! Ambience was bright and the space was very clean. Access is available for all, and caution booth spaces on the far right have a step up.This is one happy Elite to have Pho Dena. They're also open on Sunday's.Sadly, the food was disappointing. It's NOTHING like what was served when the company was located in Owings Mills. I'm a believer of the saying you eat w/your eyes first so I knew immediately that my dish wasn't up to par... the eggs scrambled w/cheese weren't scrambled, they were folded and the cheese was laid on the top. The silver dollars pancakes were too dense, I only ate around the edges. The bacon was passable. We were a party of three and unfortunately, no one enjoyed their food.I'm giving an extra star b/c although the salad bar isn't as well stocked as the previous location, it looked fresh & delicious. I'm also factoring in the cleanliness of the restroom with paper towels instead of a blow dryer that makes me have to use my clothing to open the door to avoid contaminating my hands again. I would t eat here again."
