"One of my favorite local restaurants! It has a great menu, and they always have a special seasonal menu. I had some great appetizers, tuna tartare and crab bruschetta! Both were phenomenal. The bar waitress is friendly and does a great job. This place is a gem!"
"Well done. This place is good. Music is good. Food is clean. Fast food. Good service. Well done. Will definitely come here again. No grease on the deep fried food. Fries was great. Nice amount of sauce. Well done. It's difficult to do great food in a pub setting. I am impressed."

"Loving, friendly, inviting and all around good time!!! All ages and backgrounds- LOVE is love in the building! Drinks are amazing, food is delicious and the vibe is unmatched! Shannon's is a MUST! I've tried their Corn beef & cabbage on St Pattys day, steak bites, wings and the Caesar wrap! Everything is DELICIOUS and cooked fresh on sight for the most part!!This has become an after work stop at least 2 days a week!"
"We had a wonderful dinner here. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. A great local restaurant that welcomed us."
"My friend had a birthday party here on Saturday, January 11 in the afternoon. I had never been to Looney's, but was familiar with it as I used to drive for Uber/Lyft and had some drop-offs/pickups here. I thought of this place as simply some rowdy college bar literally a close walk from the UMD campus. I also knew there was another location in Maple Lawn in southern Howard County; that location is roughly half the distance from my home as the College Park one. I also see there's 2 other locations northeast of Baltimore in Nottingham & Bel Air area.My girlfriend & I had gotten here about an hour early as we were already out, hungry, wanted to eat earlier plus we could more focus on birthday party conversations rather than trying to order and focusing on eating. When we walked in, I was pleasantly surprised that this was nice place with wood panel, high ceiling, ample seating, a nice bar area, good decorations like UMD, Maryland flag, etc., and plenty of TV's for sports viewing. We sat at a high-top table. The server was nice. I said we were just splitting on appetizer and asked her recommendations, which she said several things, which server & I surmised crab in general. My g/f had been to Looney's a couple of times before, so she kind had some idea. We settled on the Chesapeake Fries, which were crab & cheese on top of fries, which came out pretty quickly. They were delicious, plenty of crab & cheese on the fries and an ample amount of food for the 2 of us to split. As for the birthday party, our server came around earlier on and switched to the evening shift server, which seemed to do a good job taking people's orders who got food &/or drink as well as water pitcher for tables. I occasionally glanced up at TV for the Texans-Chargers game, but I was mainly focused on conversating with people (a couple of which had been 9 months since I had seen). Also, this restaurant/bar wasn't too noisy, so it was easy to hear people. Restrooms were clean too. Overall, Looney's was solid, and I would return to this or Maple Lawn location."
"Time to nourish on a busy weekend, I came upon The Social on the stretch of Ritchie Hwy. As the sun melted away the early morning snow and fairly open lot, I walked in and the place was quiet. Gentle to the eyes and modern, The Social is bright with open dining spaces. Bar tops and table seating options are plenty while booths are limited to 4 total, 3 towards the restrooms, and one tucked away up front near the bar. The Social's menu offers harvest from the land and sea, and in between, I was happy to see one of my desired salad, their take on it of course, the Winter Cranberry. I added grilled shrimp (+12 for 6pcs), dressing on the side, and it satisfied. The service was short. Enough just to serve, but nothing beyond "we hope to see you again!" type. If you're around the area, stop by and see what The Social is about!"
"Popped in for a quick drink with a group of 4. Our server Kelsey was so nice and attentive. A simple drink did the job might pop back in and wet my whistle and maybe enjoy the balcony upstairs. Cute little place that seems very family oriented so bring the kids!"
"I visited for my daughter's 28th birthday and it was a delight! The bottomless mimosas and the fried deviled eggs were the star of the show. The service was good and the drinks and food were consistently pleasing. The vibes are good and it's pretty spacious upstairs if you have bigger parties. I would definitely go back again for brunch & bottomless!"
"Great food and awesome service. Bartenders were super friendly and welcoming. Had the blackened salmon Caesar salad and wings. The atmosphere felt like a true local pub."
"Atmosphere is very nice, service is adequate, food sounds incredible on the menu but results were mediocre, prices are a bit high but probably in line with Annapolis tourist areas. Overall a nice place but not one I intend to go back to given all the choices in the area."
"This is such a FUN bar with EXCELLENT Maryland food. The crabcakes are the best anyplace and the crab soup..to die for. My husband loves tge humongous crab pretzel with lump crab meat. During our dinner, we has a great server. Even though she was busy, we never felt neglected. She was always there when we needed a refill or had a question.I found Davis' Pub while looking on YELP for a dive bar in Annapolis. It has been our go to every time we visit the area. Great restaurant/bar with a professional staff and friendly customers.Oh and a friend, who was with us and a "martini snob", thought that these were some of the best martinis ever."
"Rainpia is a go-to if you're craving Korean food late at night. In Howard County, where everything else seems to close by 7 PM to accommodate families, this place is a much-needed option. The menu is solid, and I usually go for the boiled pork belly--it's tender, flavorful, and pairs perfectly with the banchan. The downside? It's loud. Rainpia is clearly a hotspot for the college crowd, and they bring the energy. Expect lots of laughter, chatter, and a generally rowdy vibe. The seating setup doesn't do much to help--it's tight and awkward, so you're right in the mix whether you like it or not.Still, the late hours and reliably good food make it worth the trip. Just don't come here for a quiet night out--this is more of a lively, eat-and-enjoy kind of spot. Four stars for keeping the pork belly coming when the rest of Howard County is asleep!"

I am batting 500 at this place. The first time I went, the crabcakes, the salad the drinks. Everything was amazing. The second time I went. I had the shrimp stirfry special and it was almost edible. It had no flavor and the noodles were overcooked. Very disappointed. I will definitely try it again because the service is amazing and I figure they may have just had one bad night.

this poor this burger made me love myself again ha ha the burger has changed my boyfriends life, all he talks about at night is the Benny's pub, Irish man burger. part of me wishes we never went if you're looking for a heart attack on a plate go to Benny's pub. We consumed over 3000 cal in six minutes.. I was excited to hear they had a squirting contest occurring on Halloween Halloween squirt. I can't wait to squirt at the pub in the annual pub squirt.

I was in town for a conference and stopped by for lunch. The place was not very full (it was 1:30 pm or so) but the atmosphere was chill and the server/bartender very friendly. We were 4 and ordered a variety of drinks and food items. I got the crab fries and was blown away at how amazing they were. To the extent that I came again instead of eating at my conference venue (where my meals were included). The fries were crispy and literally drowning in a crab Alfredo type sauce and mountains of lump crab meat!! This is the stuff dreams are made of!!

My hubby and I flew into town for one night to support our son play baseball - Brooklyn Cyclones vs. Ironbirds. Arrived starving and searched restaurants close by and the name got us right away plus we like to support local. We walked in and the rest was history!!! Great staff, great food, great cocktails and the bar patrons were so awesome! We will be back anytime in the area! Even had to bring a little grumpy attire home with me Let's go Mets #Hamel

Great example of a sports bar in a college town! Food was great, my friend had the Pesto Turkey sandwich and I had the Rueben. The decor was perfectly appropriate for the venue and the staff was exceptional. The price was really affordable especially given the location. The bartender made a perfect Old Fashioned. Fast service, excellent food and drink, great ambiance all at a very affordable price. What's not to like?

I went there last night and was able to get seated at the high table at the bar right away. The seats were really comfortable and the vibe was nice. Our waiter was attentive without being too much. We orders the orange crush which was on special for $8. It was not strong but it was still good. We ordered the brussels sprouts and they were flavorful and came in a huge portion. The deviled eggs were fine...not bad but nothing that was too exciting about them. The mussels were really good. The lemon brith sauce they came with were flavorful. I asked for extra bread for them and our waitress was accommodating. Overall it was a chill spot to just hangout and talk.

Went to Sean Bolan's for a work function on a Wednesday night! We had a large group (12-16 people) so we had made a reservation ahead of time for Their private room on the second floor. It definitely has a lively Irish bar ambiance, it wasn't crazy crowded, considering it's a Wednesday but I've heard it definitely gets busy on weekends. They have a large screen in the private room, they allowed us to put on what we wanted. On the first floor, the bar area is slightly small but they have more room in the back. We ordered multiple appetizers for the group, we tried lamb chops, Irish egg roll, loaded tots, old bay and Cajun wings, crab dip. The wings and lamb chops are a must try from apps. They had a steak with veggies and scallop Alfredo special on the menu. Scallops were cooked to perfection, and I thought the Alfredo would be too heavy but it was actually well balanced and easy to eat. My coworker got the steak and they said it was so soft and cooked to their liking. Most of us got all the different kinds of crushes, I got the Jamison Irish crush, which was refreshing, if you're the type of person that does not like the taste of alcohol, this is a great drink, if you want to feel like you're drinking alcohol, this is not your drink. I was able to find street parking, free after 5pm. On weekends, the near by garage would be your best bet. Overall, I'm very pleased that this placed served very good food for a bar! I definitely want to check it out on the weekend.

Sat at the bar during happy hour on a Friday night. Chill vibes, music and tad too loud but not overwhelmingly so. (Maybe we sat by the speaker) The sriracha cauliflower did not seem to have any sriracha on it, but instead, a sweet chili sauce. Either way, delish. The '1/2 lb wings' = 4 wings for $8 during happy hour, but they have Truly (!) on tap -- mixed berry flavor which means it was on the $4 draft special. I'm not mad. lol Awesome for a quick stop -- and they have tables outside which are covered from the sun (probably not the rain. Would def come back.

"Customer Service: 5Affordability: 4Food quality: 4Portion sizes: 4Atmosphere: 4Military discount: Yes I decided to stop by the Pratt Street Ale House this evening for dinner, because it was within just two blocks from my hotel. This is a popular sports bar that is close to the Oriole Park at Camden Yards and the Baltimore Convention Center.I ordered their fish and chips for dinner, and choose to watch the baseball game in the bar area. This sports bar was not busy and I didn't have any wait. My fish and chips was seasoned very well and it was a large portion. Lastly, I was given a military discount of my meal which was a pleasant surprise.@glampedlife"
"Weekend brunch review...We came in on a Sunday morning. Slainte is a divey Irish bar. It's very popular for those soccer fans and adult libations ( of course). For drinks, she had a Morning mule. I ordered a man-mosa. Which is a mimosa topped off with a small amount of Hoegaarden beer. Our starter was a scotch egg. For entrees, Irish breakfast for her while I chose the Waterman's breakfast. That one was a combo of Irish and seafood. Pretty good. Our server/bartender Brian did a great job keeping all the patrons happy. With a little Irish humor thrown in. Fun place to start your day ( again). As always...Slainte"
"What a vibe! I came for Ani-Mondays (anime Mondays) and it did not disappoint. They had Inyuasha on, a tarot card reader, and lots of board games. There was a good mix of 20 and 30 something's, families, and singles. I got the fish tacos and will be back for more options on the menu. Everyone in and out was friendly and relaxed. First time there, won't be the last. Shout out to Jules, my server and one of my mutuals. They're great at their job!"
"This is a hometown staple for me as I grew up in Havre de Grace and every time I visit from Texas I have to come here. During our most recent visit, we were seated quickly and were provided excellent service by our waitress. I ordered the Captain Chesapeake, a delicious chicken sandwich topped with crab meat on grilled sourdough. I gotta say, this sandwich never has and never will disappoint. Buttery, flavorful, and a great portion size. I'm sad I didn't get any pictures because it was perfect! What else has been wonderful about Coakley's over the years is that it continues to change in a really positive way. This year during our visit I was able to see their upgrade to the outdoor area and it looks great, adds tons of seating, and is perfect for this fall weather. I can't recommend this place enough and look forward to eating there on future visits to HDG."
"Waterfront Hotel restaurant & bar has amazing, quality food! The service is great too! My fiancé and I decided to check out this restaurant and we are so glad we did! It can be quite difficult to find parking in Fells Point; however, there are garages and parking lots (where you'll have to pay to park). What we ordered: All the appetizers were hits: tuna sliders, tuna tartare, cheesy popovers, cheesy tater tots.We LOVED the double crab cake entree. Their crab cakes might be one of the best in Maryland! We keep talking about how good it was! The blondie dessert with cherry ice cream was super yummy! We'd definitely get it again! We can't wait to return here."
"Amazing Baltimore atmosphere along with great food. If you love the history of Baltimore and just want to have a place to go eat good food and listen to great music, this is the place to go."
"Nice place to hang out have drink a orange crush. Owners are Awesome and love supporting other small businesses."
"This place is a hidden gem. I have passed the place a million times and never gave it much thought until my daughter moved off of Mountain Road and we thought we would try it. We loved it. The steak and cheese is so good. The cocktails are good as well. The service is always good and the waitresses are always friendly. If you are on Mountain Road you should give it a try..."
"Recommend having the lobster, crab, shrimp bisque. It's hearty savory and full of flavor. Ordered the chicken parmigiana sub and mushroom burger meals today. The fries are super hot, light, and crispy. The first bit of sub you get the butter toast on the bread with slightly over temp chicken. The flavor is good and complimented well with the sauce. The burger was very good and has a strong beef flavor. No condiments are really necessary to enjoy. The service is fast and made to order. This seems to be a good place to work during the day hours due to small crowding. There are two nearby garages for parking considering the Restaurant is in an alleyway. Please give this place a try"
"C & R is great! I go for bar trivia on Tuesdays with a meetup group. The bartenders know my name for a tab and are really friendly. Cheap beer and the food is good too! Arrive before 7 for happy hour!"
"A solid dive bar in the Upper Fells area with great service and a good collection of typical beers and mixed drinks. Was still lively past 12am on a Saturday night when we went."
"I came here yesterday for karaoke/game night. They have all day happy hour on Wednesdays, so that's good. There are a lot of options on the happy hour menu for drinks and food. The food is pretty bad though. It's bar food, but the bottom-mest of bottom bar food. I ordered the "truffle" fries and a Caesar salad. I put truffle in quotes because there was nothing truffle about it and they used powdered Parmesan cheese on them. Despite this, the fries were actually tasty. Far better than my salad. The main reason I ordered the Caesar salad is because I figured that was something that would be hard to mess up. The first red flag was I saw some cheddar cheese sprinkled on the salad. Lol. I love all types of cheese, but this was unexpected. The salad wouldn't have been terrible if they didn't drown it in dressing. I picked at it, looking for pieces that didn't have so much dressing. In the end I mainly ended up eating the croutons. As for drinks, I kept it simple with a tequila-soda from the happy hour menu. I had two and they were solid. The first one was really strong, which I like. My last critique is that it took a while for us to get our drinks. The food ended up coming out before the drinks. They use a website where you can place your order and conveniently split the bill. I'm not sure if the bartender was backed up, even though it wasn't busy when we first got there. The vibes were cool. The music was very loud, so don't expect to have a lot of conversation. All in all, I don't think that I would come back here."
"We came here on a Saturday afternoon. Sat outside and watched the people ice skate which was fun. Our server was nice but I think she had a lot of tables because she didn't come back until after a long time. We didn't have silverware or napkins or any condiments on our table. We had to ask for it from another server. My fish sandwich wasn't seasoned and the lettuce was wilted and heavily breaded. There was no tartar sauce so I had to ask for that too. Ambiance was A+ but food quality was a C and service was a C. I would eat here again or recommend it. I'm not sure. Maybe I'll try it again in another 6 months."
"This pub took me by surprise. My friend told me about a spot with great philly's and I had to give it a try. It was a game day in Baltimore for the orioles, so the pub became busy as soon as we sat down. We sat at the bar which wasn't too noisy. They do offer upstairs and downstairs traditional tabletop seating. The bartender was attentive and asked for our drink orders right away. I ordered water as was saving my taste buds for a sandwich. I decided on the chicken Philly and I added fried onions. It came with a pickle and potato chips. My friend ordered the Philly egg rolls with sweet potato fries. The food came out and the sandwich was huge. It was no way I was going to eat the whole thing. I took a bite and fell in love. It was so juicy and flavorful. I tried the egg rolls and geez, so goooood!!!! I will be back to get another one when I'm back in Baltimore!"
"Average to above average food, good service, diverse crowd, live music, free pool (certain times), large bar area, large parking lot, decent happy hour, pool leagues, large pool table areaS. I hope I'm as lively as some of the patrons at the age I have been seeing. A large "senior" crowd. Bravo. We've had wings, mozzarella sticks, grilled cheese, tomato soup, and other food and everything we have had was ok.I'd rate it a 3.5 - better than average"
"I've only been here on Wed. nights. The bartender on Wed is pretty good. No one comes within 5 feet of the bar without their fav drink being thrust in their face. I think even newcomers get that treatment. The juke box is kinda cool(you can download songs into for a additional fee per song. The bar food is ...well..it's bar food but it's mad cheap as well as all the drinks. The crowd is not the same you'll find downtown but after a few you realize that drunks are pretty much the same everywhere even if they are a bit more on the Hill Billy side. ;-)
It's worth a trip on occasion and if you live in the area it's the best spot to hit."
"Soju Haus has creative and tasty drinks. We started with creative blends, crab-Apple splash, melona, and strawberry yogurt which ended up being everyone's favorite. For the appetizer, we got the party platter which consisted of waffle fries, mozzarella sticks, Takoyaki, fried dumplings and fried squid. This was a good amount for our group. Brisket and bulgogi were . The bulgogi had a good amount of sweetness. The brisket was tangy and tender with just the right amount of seasoning. It needed to come in a bigger portion. The ambience was great with the Kpop mural on the wall with black pink and bts. If you're in the mood after downing a few drinks, you can sing your heart out with the karaoke rooms. Would absolutely come back again."
"For a brewery the menu is solid. I love the wings and my partner loves burger Wednesdays!"
"This is a bat with a small section where you can sit and order food.We went here because of Guy Fiery's recommendation so to speak. They were featured by him.Didn't expect the Swallow at the Hollow to be this small. But who cares, it's the experience and the hope of some good food. There is street side parking but you must pay and many of the meters are broken. The food is good, but not as good as Guy made me believe when I saw the episode online. Never the less it was another experience on the long list I carry. Steak wrap aka burrito was good, company was great, and the experience can't be undone, I swallowed it at the Hollow."
"A great hole-in-the-wall spot that offers a ton of good American food. The half and half MD Crab and Cram of crab + the steak fries and gravy are very good! Def recommend!"
"Got takeout pizza here tonight, and it made the Ravens' division-clinching win even sweeter! This restaurant/bar kind of looks like a really souped-up mobile home, in its little parking lot off a country road. Inside, it has a surprising amount of offerings - two good-looking pool tables, jukebox (don't think it was digital), booth seating, and a slightly separated bar area with multiple screens for sports games. It has an old-school feel, dark and woody, and it was quiet tonight when I went in to pick up my pizza, just a few people sitting at the bar, calmly watching the games. Without a ton of bars to choose from in this area, Hilltop seems like a chill place to grab a few beers and play a game of pool - or just grab a pizza (large=$14.50) to go!"
"Ale Mary's is a holiday wonderland! Their festive decor is a MUST-SEE - it's truly magical. And to make it even merrier, try their signature Leg-Nog - it's absolutely delightful! A perfect spot to get into the holiday spirit. It's a small venue tho so sometimes hard to get a drink at the bar."
"Here for the food. I was in the area and ended up here to grab a bite to eat. Took some time to get the attention of the bar staff. I placed a takeout order for the fish and chips. Fish was pretty tasty and fries were good."
