"Could have been better. First time in 7 weekly orders that they really fell down. Granted it was Mother's Day. However, if a restaurant cannot provide it's food when promised, and still cannot provide truthful updates as to when the delivery will be made wouldn't it be better to just call the customer and say we cannot get you your order hot (or at least very warm) then send something that is ice cold, and part of it has become so soggy it's no longer edible? I find it extremely annoying when I contact the 3rd party app Slice and I get back some BS time frame 3 different times. I blame the owners. Ice cold onion rings ($5.99), the fries that I didn't order were ice cold and the Italian Cold cut ($7.49) sandwich sat so long in it own juice it became a sponge. I tip well for a reason and the usual delivery driver gets it here hot and fresh. Epic fail into the trash can. Lovely."
"Brothers Pizza is an outstanding pizza shop. The food is excellent and they don't charge a delivery fee. The great part about not charging a delivery fee is that this allows us to tip the driver more. Tipping your delivery driver is equally as important as the quality of the food since they are doing the customer a solid by bringing your food to you. In addition to the food being excellent, ifthere's an error they make it right. Having said that, an error has only happened once in the four years we've been here, but it was handled immediately without question. Also, we've never once had poor service. The service was good the ambiance was chill cool vibes outside, it was like 8 of us, I've never been here but Bmore's Hot Tomatoes is like DC's Jumbo slice, the slices are huge but here it's the most authentic you can tell from the sauce!! . They only had cheese by the time we got there but I fell in love that night because I've been wanting it since that slice and we're now in another month and I need it. I'm very particular about pizza and where I eat in general so this was definitely my speed. And usually I have to have hella toppings but this pizza needed no extras it was greaaat and so flavorful all the way around and I ate this after the alcohol wore off!!! because it truly matters. This was an online order which was easy to place and time slotted was accurate. Pick up was quick.The location has parking available and it's easy to get in and out. The staff were nice! A good first impression for sure! Parma serves a delicious New York Style thin crust pizza that is cheesy and semi sweet tomato sauce that all dances on your pallet. I don't like tomato sauce to taste overly sugary this one was just right! My son opened the box and said, "wow! That really looks like NY pizza the way it's fit in the box!"My family gave it two thumbs up!! I personally like my pizza crust just a bit more crispy (but not burnt) so that the slice holds a bit more when you fold it in your hand. Both pies the slices needed assistance to hold up otherwise the heavy cheese would all fall off. I'll say that their consistency of ratio of ingredients were equal on both pies, wonderful!!! I also prefer a bit less cheese, I know crazy! I love that 50/50 melted blend of herbal fresh sauce with the mixtures of the grated cheeses (mozzarella, parm, and /or fontina or Asiago). When pizza has good quality cheese it doesn't need a bunch falling off you slice. It should have a great stretch to it but a bit less. This is my personal opinion but I know many love extra cheese on their pizza. So if that's you?... you will LOVE Parma Pizza!!!! My family loves it and that's what matters, we will definitely keep getting pizza here and hoping to try other items off their menu. Til the next review!

I've ordered from this place about 10 times now and the food has always been delicious. Pizza, wings, jalapeño peppers, subs, fries, milkshakes are all very good. I made an order through Grubhub and a pizza was left out. I called the store and received excellent customer service and they offered to drive it out right away. Other than that I've never had an issue with any orders. This restaurant has become our go-to for take out and delivery.

We have only ordered delivery from Carmelo's. Carmelo's has some of my favorite pizza around here: the New York style pizza. It is really good. However, everything else we have tried has been so-so- the calzones, the appetizers, Chicago-style pizza, etc. We will still add on some staples like mozzarella sticks, but their pizza is really why we keep coming back. Delivery is always punctual, and staff is always friendly. If you're looking for some delicious pizza in the area, I strongly recommend!

I worked at a first class pizza restaurant in Pittsburgh when I lived there. I base all pizzas on that standard. I can gladly place Brothers II next to that standard. I really enjoyed the pizza. The wings were great as well. Very friendly staff when I walked in. I used to choose pizza joints based on distance from home. I found a new regular go to. (Until I make the trip back home to Pittsburgh and get my usual.) Overall, I'd recommend Brother's II for anyone looking for hand made, thin crust, good pizza!

We order bacon & ranch pizza and chicken tikka masala pizza last night from Olympia Masala and had it delivered due to snow. We were a little skeptical about ordering pizza from here since we hadn't before. And OMG, the pizza is really very good! The crust is so deliciously yeasty and garlicky, the ingredients are so fresh and yummy. I cannot pick my favorite of the two pizzas. Thank you, Olympia Masala in Parkville for being so reliable and delicious!

The star of both, as should be expected from great pizza, was the crust. Light, thin, and crisp with just the right amount of chew. The pesto on the Green Goddess was superb and the balance of slightly sweet with slightly savory on the Bentley was delectable. Now, we did order the Bentley without cheese due to a food allergy, but I can only imagine that the complete recipe would elevate the flavors even more. We happened to run into the co-owner while we were there and had a great chat about the restaurant. It's always refreshing to run into friendly entrepreneurs.
