"We had been to a place further down Route 40 that gets rave reviews and we were NOT impressed with them! You can find that review in my Yelp if you are interested. Because of that, I was very apprehensive about trying Hot Pot Hero. Turns out we probably should have come here first rather than going to the other place. We were shown very quickly to a table. This restaurant has a very cool vibe which we were definitely feeling! We were handed a iPad to order what we wanted. While the prices are a little higher on the all you can eat, we got a nice amount upon ordering, where in comparison, the place we had went to previously on 40 gave us a third of what we got at Hot Pot Hero for four people!! We ordered two of the spicier broths....when we go again, it will be one hot and one mild, if for no other reason, a break for the tastebuds! :) Even if you like hot, these are SPICY, so just know that going in. We ordered beef, chicken and pork belly along with an array of veggies to include King Trumpet Mushrooms. We got a lovely amount on the first round and when we ordered a few more things on the second, it was just as nice! Staff was very pleasant and it was a very nice switch up to some of the other Asian places in the plaza. Definitely no complaints! We will definitely be back!"
"Good Korean and Chinese style food.I would recommend this place as the waitress and the owner provide very kind service."

"Maaaaaannnnn I've been struggling to find a dope Chinese takeout spot the entire time I've been in Odenton. I finally found some decent ones, after years of terrible experiences and just resigned myself to the fact that I'd have to travel to get my Chinese or eat mediocre. I'm pissed that Grace Garden has been in my neighborhood this entire time. I'm pissed that I overlooked them bc of my experiences with other Chinese restaurants on the Annapolis Road strip and surrounding areas. And I am pissed that I've been depriving myself for so long.Grace Garden serves the style of Chinese that I grew up on. Sticky, spicy General Tso's done RIGHT! We ordered some other things - Singapore noodles. Spring rolls. And fries chicken that was so crunchy that we came to the conclusion that they had to fry it twice. Grace isn't a looker aesthetically but it's not always about the wrapping, but the gift."
"1.16.24 Came in for lunch today as hubby had a hankering for hot wonton soup during this cold and snowy day. Unfortunately instead of hot, he got cold wonton soup and tea. Not to mention the restaurant and restroom was freezing cold. They must have wanted to cut down on the electric bill. My husband also ordered egg rolls and said that was the highlight for him.I ordered the shredded beef off the lunch menu, but instead of Szechuan style, got it in brown sauce. The beef was not tender and a bit chewy. I would have preferred more sauce on it. My lunch came with a spring roll and white rice, which were good.Although there are awards that adorn the walls, there are not any in recent years. IMO, the quality has gone down. There are better options in the area."
"Meh. Food was fine, but not as good as others have described. Others have said that it is worth paying double what you would elsewhere, but we just didn't find it to be very special. Maybe it was an off night for them. Also, when did places start filling wontons with shrimp instead of a pork mixture...?"
"I have dates nights almost every week and I was looking for a place to enjoy dinner, NiHao came up as a recommendation. I was able to make a same- day reservation on a Monday night. The place is clean with about three levels to the restaurant. Our server, Brandon was very helpful knowledgeable of the menu items. I will definitely come back the fire cracker salmon spring rolls. The sizzling cumin spicy lamb was delicious and I loved the beautiful presentation. I also enjoyed the crystal shrimp dumplings made with clear wheat starch. I highly recommend the sweet sour crispy branzino, covered with sweet sour vinaigrette and finished with scallion red peppers. This dish is a bit spicy but full of flavor."
"Service here was quick. Kiosk ordering only- no speaking with the service members. Made it difficult to decide what to get with it being my first time there The food was decent- I liked the dumplings and egg rolls. I got a sushi-rito and it was just okay to me- tasted more of the seaweed than the pork and toppings inside. Next time I would get a bowl for sure, they looked great."
"There is a lot to choose from the menu. You have the classic Asian dishes and sushi. Even though it was a Sunday, they let us order the Beef with Broccoli from the lunch combo menu which included a soup and spring roll. We also ordered the Happy Family which has shrimp, scallops, chicken, and beef with mixed vegetables in brown sauce. Food and service were very good. Plenty of free parking."
"It's a very healthy delicious Chinese restaurant in Baltimore county. Easy parking right outside the place. It's mainly a take out place. However they do have a nice dining area. And a sushi bar. It's BYOB and dining room is pretty boring however i have seen them have big groups and they serjed to have a good fun vibe going on. Food is great. No MSG. And everything super fresh Orange chicken was great - it's all white meat with Judy right amount of batter. Cooked in perfect sauce. I got vegetables soup. Great. Fresh. And sashimi platter. I added octopus salad. It did lack seasoning but i loved it just plain and simple. You get cucumber salad with a piece of avocado before your meal. And that salad - omg was amazing. One of the Best healthy delicious Chinese and Japanese spot in the area"
"TLDR: Not bad. SUPER neat packaging and decent portions/prices. Things were a bit bland though.Ordered from Chopstixx recently and it wasn't bad! We opted for the sesame chicken, pork fried rice, vegetable lo mein, and veggies. The food came fairly quick (around 40 minutes during dinner rush). The price was fair and the delivery driver was really friendly. He wore a mask and gloves. The food was the best packaged food I had ever seen. It was nice to not have sauce dripping on the sides or something. The food was all ok. Nothing special, but very slightly bland. It felt less salty, but could use more flavor. It was probably healthier though! On the fence about ordering again, but if I do I will be sure to update"
"My kids & I love this establishment. The owners are extremely professional and very courteous. They actually know us by our first names and love to strike up a good conversation. Some of our favorites:-Mango Martini-House lo mein (spicy)-Teriyaki steak served with veggies, potatoes and rice-Pan fried gyoza (dumplings)-Wonton soup ( made with real chicken breast)-Fried rice-chicken noodle soupThis is more like a Asian fusion restaurant as they serve Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisine."
"Still the best place for Chinese food. Large portions, great choices, and delicious food. I love how clean the place is also."

Okay so this is probably one of the best hot pots I've had! Came out here a little further out after reading reviews and the wait was about 30 to 40 minutes -- but it was definitely worth it!The split broth pot is definitely cool and the servings are a lot fresher than other hot pots I've been to. I house broth was so good!! Definitely recommend and would come back.

Fabulous place for dinner. Fabulous place for lunch. I've done both many times and it's a wonderful experience. There are many working here so it seems like a well oiled, family run establishment. I've always been treated very well here even though most times I am dining alone and it's not a huge check. Their table side accompaniments are interesting, tasty and free. All of their entrees come exactly as described on the menu. I return often.

My dining experience with Hunan Manor Restaurant is for takeout out only; I never had the opportunity to dine in at the restaurant. The food is consistently good every time I ordered. Last time I ordered shrimp fried rice and it was delicious. The portions are pretty large. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you are craving Chinese food.

I'm not sure which food to highlight because everything I had was so good. Their chicken and duck both are so good. The skin is fried so crispy and juicy. I also enjoyed their fried fish dish; the spice and flavor is so nice. I'd say order a side of rice because it complements the flavors of the main dishes so well.

There's a reason for all the acclaim: this is a fantastic restaurant. This was my first time back in a few years--since they reopened--and I love the changes they've made. The quality and preparation of each dish we had were excellent, the portions weren't tiny, our server was super knowledgeable about the dishes, and everything was delicious.I got the bubble pancake (DO IT, it's so fun and so tasty--don't miss the sauce!), the signature pork soup dumplings (the best I've had in Maryland), and the triple mushroom chicken special (correct proportion of more mushrooms than chicken). I also tried a bite of the chicken lettuce wrap, the garlic eggplant, and the crispy calamari. All were great. We'll definitely be back much sooner than later. Parking wasn't bad on a Thursday evening, and we didn't have to wait for a table (surprising!). The dishes come out as they're ready, so don't wait for it all at one time :)

Food here is good. I got a poke bowl and really liked the Spicy Tartare sauce. It had the perfect balance between spicy and acidity. They have kiosks where you can order your food on your own with whatever substitutions you prefer - so service includes ordering on your own and bussing your own table. I do think the price for the portion size was a little much. I only got maybe 5 pieces of cubed salmon with my bowl. Most other poke places I've been to are more generous with their protein. There's plenty of parking outside.

I really enjoyed my time here at zen. Firstly they have a whole vegan menu which is fabulous. We had a great server on Christmas with fast service. I got a sweet potato roll and it was delicious. Also got a mixed veggie vegan entree and it was very good too. They have a full bar and many other good options. Will def come back !

"East Moon is always delicious. I love the fact that the food is good when you eat in and order delivery. The service is usually fast and my order is usually correct. Great dinner spot! All of the East Moon locations have beautiful decor, perfect for a family dinner or date night."
"we've loved siu's since they opened years ago. the food is always delicious, service is quick, and the staff is so kind. the space inside seems small but fits quite a bit with outdoor seating. always a good spot to pop in for yummy food on the go."
"This place is amazing! I come here monthly and drive 30 minutes just to indulge on their delicious Chinese food. The general tos chicken, string beans, and lo mein are always my go to plus the eggrolls. the best eggrolls in the entire world. The servers are always friendly and attentive, this place has been for many years and I can definitely see why. Legit the best Chinese food in the area !!! Should check it out."
"Came here to meet a friend for drinks. We sat a a high top table. We had to ask a staffer to clean the table off. He gave us menus, then we sat for quite some time before someone came to take our orders. We promptly received our drinks. We ordered Prosecco, which came in a mini bottle and the green dragon mixed drink. The green dragon was way too strong for me to drink. I asked for some pineapple juice to cut the liquor. I still wasn't able to finish the drink. I also ordered shrimp pad Thai which was great but need a little more fish sauce. Overall I would definitely recommend the restaurant."
"The staff is friendly and welcoming, even when they are busy and crowded. They also LISTEN to requests. I like my dishes spicy and Jack's is the only one who fulfills my requests. It's a farther drive for me but well worth it!!"
"I am a big fan of hot pot so I was really excited to share this eatery with my friend who was trying hot pot for the first time ever! We had a marvelous time, the menu is wide and very accommodating to various dietary needs. The staff was friendly and helpful with setting up our tables and making sure we were taken care of well. This hot pot place is a great place to catch up family, get together with friends and share laughs over cozy food, or have a romantic night with a loved one!"
"I had to stop eating to come write a review. I've been wanting to try this place for a while because of the reviews. But, I've always been skeptical because Chinese food isn't usually my go-to unless I'm truly craving it. And if I'm craving it, I'd rather not take a chance on my money or appetite so I typically go with something else. Today i took a chance, and I'm so glad i did! Not only did i order from here....i ordered delivery!!! My food was still hot, and the crab rangoons (which i was most worried about), were still crispy!! Portions, flavor, packaging, all on point!!! I've found a new spot to support! Give them a try"
"BYOB for those that don't know. And the liquor store next door is closed on Sundays, so plan ahead. The food was tasty, the staff was pleasant and accommodating and the atmosphere is relaxed. We got numerous appetizers, sushi and entrees between our party. We had no complaints for anything, it was all good. The only mix up was when I asked for no spicy sauce on a special roll, but it was still inside of the roll. They took back the roll and remade it for me, no problem. If I lived closer, I would definitely come back, but I missed having a glass of plum wine with meal, so I would plan better if I came back for dining in."
"Nice place! Very cool aspect where you can sit on pillows on the floor but we didn't see that so we sat at regular table. Place is clean, nice bathrooms too.Food came quick and tasted good. Got the beef negimaki app which was fine but nothing special. And got some sushi rolls that tasted good.Server was nice and attentive when needed. Would definitely come back again."
"Met a friend here for some All You Can Eat (AYCE) sushi! The menu includes appetizers, rolls, sashimi, sushi and special rolls! You can also use that menu to order drinks. Seaweed salad is a staple -- I started with that and picked some of the new rolls on the menu. One was their new Flamingo roll, which was spicy and flavorful. There were two other new rolls on the menu, but I forgot what they were called, and I can't find the menu online... darn! I got red snapper, red clams, bean curd (so delightfully sweet), sweet potato rolls, white tuna and a few other things.Overall the offerings were delicious! Let's talk about some other elements of the restaurant... the first things you see when you walk in are a bar and a nice-sized aquarium. There are a bunch of tables to sit at which can easily fit 4 people. There are some bigger seating areas in the back. The service was good throughout our experience... the only turnoff for me was the bathroom area... even though it was separated by a curtain, I could smell it. I know it was the bathroom because when I went back there the smell got stronger. Aside from that I'd recommend this spot to anyone around."
"Some seriously good food and the lunch special is a bargain at $9.25, especially since it's a lot of food and comes with one side dish. So my friend and I met for our monthly lunch and I had a little trouble finding the right entrance to the parking lot as it goes through a Royal Farms lot. But once I got there, there was plenty of free parking. She was already seated, but as soon as I joined her our server appeared to take drink orders. I was mildly surprised that her Diet Coke came in a can with a glass of ice. I guess they are really geared toward takeout, although the dining room is spacious and nicely decorated. We decided to try the sweet and sour spicy cabbage starter, and it was so good! Crunchy and fresh, with a few red peppers tossed in (I did NOT take even a nibble!) which gave it a nice kick. We each kept back a bit to take home.I opted for the Hunan Pork with an egg roll as my side; she chose the chicken in hot garlic sauce with soup. She knows my spicy tolerance and said the chicken dish was probably a bit much for me, so I didn't even sample hers. The pork was excellent, with tender crisp broccoli florets and tender pork in a mildly spicy mushroom sauce. So yummy and a lot, so I have another meal tomorrow. :) Of course, both our plates came with sticky rice and I don't eat much of that, but she took some home for later. The server was pleasant and on top of things without being pushy; we actually sat for an hour after eating, just talking, and there was no pressure to leave. Of course, for a while we were the only table; it might be very different during the lunch rush. There was a moment of confusion when our bills came. I had asked for separate checks and they were provided, but the server seemed mildly disturbed when I wanted to use my debit card to pay. He asked, "Do you have cash?" I almost never do. My friend does. So I said I could pay both with my card and she would give me her cash but in the end, the server just took my card and her cash anyway. I left a larger than usual tip because it was good service and also to maybe make it worth their while to pay for the card usage.I would go back if I was in the area, but I do live a bit too far for takeout unless I want to reheat the food."
"I love this place! The food and the service the atmosphere all great! I've been here a few times for take out but decided to treat myself for dinner. Takeout has always been hot and ready good portion delicious fresh sushi! I love the tempura combo it's my go to order. They have a great sushi menu and hot food as well. Service was fast and friendly! Inside is very nice open clean and I love the lights they have beautiful little crystals on a string hanging down. It's family friendly and romantic and casual. Can't wait to bring my husband for a sushi date!"
"My sister treated me to lunch today and I chose this place. It's close to our job and was convenient. I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce lunch special. Came with an egg roll and fried rice, I asked for steam rice instead. I also ordered crab rangoon. 6 comes with the order with sweet and sour sauce. Everything was good. I wouldn't order the shrimp dish again only because I don't need to. I've tried it. I also prefer larger shrimp. It was giving small shrimp. There are other things on their menu I would try so stay tuned folks. If you'd like"
"The restaurant is spotless and the food is fresh and delicious. Combine that with the lunch specials, for $10 you get soup, spring roll main entrees and they top it off with a dish of sherbet! My favorite Chinese restaurant, mainly because of the fantastic food!"
"Whenever I'm in Timonium I get dinner here, the food is always very good. They do prefer cash as a payment method"
"My favorite Maryland hot pot place so far! Everything is fully buffet style, where you pick your base and can get unlimited meat/seafood/veggies for the price of $32 per adult. Overall a very good deal for AYCE with free soup refills as well! I personally really enjoyed the mushroom soup base, but also heard great things about the tom yum, szechuan spicy, and healthy herbal bases from my friends that I went with. The service is also great, with chicken karaage served immediately after being seated, and refills of soup base occasionally and also when requested. The winter melon tea is also excellent, and the dessert selection includes ice cream, fruits, and sesame balls (a personal favorite of mine). I sometimes struggle at hot pot places to find food I can eat as someone that doesn't eat beef/pork, but was pleasantly surprised to see such a large seafood, vegetable, and non red meat selections.A very classic sauce bar, which is ofc one of the most make or break aspects of any hot pot restaurant. The ambiance is very cozy, especially when seated in the side booths with bigger groups. Looking forward to my next trip here!"
"This spot has become my fave for Chinese food. I travel across town to eat here. Th woman at the counter is alwaysssss nice and pleasant. I even see him taking food out to cars sometimes. The food is really tasty. Eggs rolls too. I don't veer too far from shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg rolls . Just the right tinch of grease ..."
"Service was good. Server was attentive and brought tea, waters, and crispy egg noddles to start. Unfortunately food took a bit to cook over (20 min). One dish general tso was not good flavor and too salty. Clean location overall."
"Everything was delicious. Fresh and tasty I know fresh because I saw them preparing the fresh veggies. The Sweet and Sour soup is the best I have ever had. Service was so pleasant and quick. We have made this our place to come to for delicious food. Thank you Mae for your fantastic service."
"I was tickled by this little find that was close to the harbor and my hotel. When I talked in a woman was attacking a huge amount of fresh green beans on the table which I took to be a good sign and I was right! The food is fresh and took about 10 mins to prepare as promised. Service was friendly and helpful. She answered questions about the size of dishes and brought out bowls to show me the difference between small and large. I overheard her on the phone patiently explaining the types of veggies in a dish in detail. I have a lot of food in this one order but if time permits I will come back before I leave Baltimore."
"We ordered delivery from Lee's Hunan Chinese Restaurant while on vacation at Great Wolf Lodge and it was an excellent choice! If you're looking for good and reasonably priced Chinese food you should order from them as well. We used DoorDash and were able to meet the delivery driver at the entrance. What we ordered:- Beef Lo Mein - everyone's favorite!! The noodles were delicious - flavorful and great texture. A good amount of meat too.- Shrimp fried rice - they sent us shrimp lo mein instead but we ended up being happy about it because the noodles were so good. The shrimp were great too!- Wonton soup - skip this, the only thing we didn't like - Hot and sour soup - pretty good! Not too spicy or too sour. - Egg Rolls - nice and crispy. Mostly cabbage with maybe a tiny hint of shrimp. - Chicken with Broccoli - yum! A classic dish which they cooked very well. The broccoli really picked up the sauce and the chicken was tender.- Sesame chicken - you can skip this one too, it was okay but a bit too much breading. - Shrimp with snow peas - my favorite entree! The shrimp were really large and perfectly cooked. Lots of snow peas, carrots and water chestnuts in a great sauce.- Mongolian beef - a little spicy but the beef was very tender! Lots of onions.- Beef with oyster sauce - would recommend! Lots of veggies too.Overall, highly pleased with this meal. For reference we are Taiwanese and my parents are immigrants from Taiwan and they enjoyed the meal a lot as well. 4 adults and 2 kids and we had a lot of rice leftover and just a tiny bit of food, enough for lunch for one or two people. We ordered size small for all the dishes except the beef lo mein which was large. We will definitely be ordering from here anytime we visit Great Wolf Lodge!"
"I went out for ice cream across the street then realized I was hungrier than I thought. So, I walked across the street to try Nano Asian Dining. Great choice. The server was hospitable, friendly, & knew the menu well. The restaurant was cute and clean. I tried 3 rolls. The rock'n roll was shrimp tempura, cucumber, eel, & avocado topped with eel sauce. It was my favorite of the three. The crunch shrimp tempura is a standard & my go to. I haven't enjoyed the Philadelphia roll at other establishments but this one was pretty good. It's the right ratio of salmon to cream cheese & they didn't mix the 2 ingredients together. Three tasty rolls was just enough to cure my hunger pains without feeling stuffed. Not to mention, the items were reasonably priced. The menu is pretty expansive so I'll have to come back & try more items."
"Service is good. Food is exceptional. I've dined here around 5x and have tried many things on the menu and I have enjoyed the experience each time.I tried their Sunday brunch Buffet for the first time two days ago, and I was frankly, floored. There were so many items on the Buffet, and it was being refilled constantly. They're literally was a man in and out of there checking each dish about every 3 minutes. And unlike other Asian buffets, this wasn't full of mundane food but rather some top-of-the-line stuff. The sushi was fresh and flavorful.Desserts were fabulous. I had 2 of many to choose from. the strawberry mousse and the crème brûlée. I left full and happy. I'll be back."
