"I went out for ice cream across the street then realized I was hungrier than I thought. So, I walked across the street to try Nano Asian Dining. Great choice. The server was hospitable, friendly, & knew the menu well. The restaurant was cute and clean. I tried 3 rolls. The rock'n roll was shrimp tempura, cucumber, eel, & avocado topped with eel sauce. It was my favorite of the three. The crunch shrimp tempura is a standard & my go to. I haven't enjoyed the Philadelphia roll at other establishments but this one was pretty good. It's the right ratio of salmon to cream cheese & they didn't mix the 2 ingredients together. Three tasty rolls was just enough to cure my hunger pains without feeling stuffed. Not to mention, the items were reasonably priced. The menu is pretty expansive so I'll have to come back & try more items."
"Pretty typical Chinese carryout joint. Nothing too fancy, but not bad either. A little run down inside, but it gives it charm and it fits the area. The food was actually pretty good! The staff was really friendly! I would definitely return."

"I've ordered takeout from this place several times. Overall, I think it's a good place. We often get the General Tso's chicken, which is a good balance of chicken and breading and has a nice kick to it. One dinner portion is enough for 2 people to eat (and we are generous eaters!) so it's a good deal, too. We usually order the egg rolls, too, and they are tasty. Tonight I tried to go a little healthier and ordered the Szechuan chicken. I would NOT recommend that. It was not spicy at all - it really hardly had any flavor. The menu doesn't specify what veggies are included, and it was basically all matchstick carrots, onions, and some kind of cabbage, with a few green bell peppers mixed in. I would have loved to see more colors and flavors included. It was a huge disappointment.Still, I won't hold this one dish against the place since we've been happy otherwise! I just would highly suggestion you don't order that."
"Placed a lunch special carry out order and they are right on time and excellent contactless pick-up. Well done process and it's hot n fresh. Szechuan chicken and Amazing chicken lunch boxes. Both a lil spicy n delish"
"Typical Chinese restaurant, nothing to write home about. Quick and friendly service. They have all of the basics, like general tso, foo young, egg rolls, etc. The prices are reasonable. Overall there's nothing wrong with this place, but nothing special about it either."
"Not sure why this place has low reviews however I have a couple thoughts and perspectives given I've been a patron here for a little over 3 years:1) people are probably expecting too much from a carry-out.2) people are probably ordering foods they shouldn't be ordering from a carry-out.Case in point, you wouldn't order a seafood dinner from a roadside gas station; if you want seafood you should venture to a restaurant which specializes in seafood or in the least go to a restaurant that has a reputation for good seafood. Kenny's Sub Shop has good food and for a carry-out it is one of the best in the DMV. As long-time carry-out customer in the DMV I've learned to stick to a very specific script at most carry-outs. It's like the saying when you've found something good don't let it go; that's how I approach the menu at carry-outs. On this occasion I ordered the Shrimp & Broccoli. They never cease to produce a quality Shrimp & Broccoli. Or Chicken & Broccoli for that matter. The broccoli is always fresh and shrimp is the freshest and biggest you'll get from any carry-out in the DMV. This is particularly important because for a dish that has a brown sauce it's easy to end up with soggy broccoli if the broccoli isn't fresh or has been sitting in its own brown sauce. Kenny's brown sauce is not overpowered with oil nor is it too salty like some other carry-outs which are heavy handed on the full-flavored soy sauce and salt. About that food "script" I referenced; the restaurant's name is a misnomer because I don't think subs are their speciality nor do I ever hear people order or talk about their subs in the 3 years I've been a patron at this restaurant. However here are some dishes which I have ordered from Kenny's on previous occasions and consistently received a quality product: General Tso's Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Singapore Noodles (mei fun), chicken nuggets and French fries, chicken wings and French fries and shrimp and combination fried rice. All are common and relatively simple dishes which increases the likelihood you'll get a good product every time. Their French fries used to be too greasy and I ended up not ordering them for over a year however the last 4 occasions in 2021 the French fries have been perfect. I'd stay away from the egg rolls (all varieties) because they are way too greasy. I've intentionally purchased egg rolls the last 4 times here over a 6 month period (in order to prove myself wrong) and each time they were greasy and over fried . That is probably an indication of refrying. Also, Kenny's often gives away free lemonade iced tea mixed drinks with orders of $20 or more however I also stay away from those because they are too sweet for my liking. For those who might be discouraged by the multiple low reviews citing poor fried seafood experiences - So, considering this isn't a seafood joint, please think twice about ordering any kind of fried (or steamed) seafood from here that you are otherwise accustomed to at another local seafood restaurant or other carry-out with a good seafood reputation. There are plenty local restaurants in the vicinity (the entire DMV really) which serve traditional seafood with standard expectations. Case in point - I've had their fried fish and cheese sub and fried jumbo fish sandwich on multiple occasions (more than 5) and I stopped ordering them from here altogether because the fish is fried too hard regardless of how many times you request the fish to be fried soft. I would give this place 4 stars however because of the inconsistency with subs (including Steak and Cheese) and egg rolls which are staples at DMV carry-outs, I'm giving it a 3 star review. A good restaurant for sure and customer service is usually some of the best you'll receive from a DMV carry-out."
"Get your food fast!Bruce Lee Carry Out is as simple as you can get. Place an order online or by phone and then pick it up 10-15 minutes later. I tried out the online ordering and it worked out perfectly with no order mistakes and on pick up, I requested extra sauce and utensils and received both in spades. While in-dining is possible, seating space is limited, though the decor consisting of Bruce Lee staring at you is a tad intimidating, but you can't call yourself Bruce Lee Carry Out and expect non-Bruce Lee dining in experiences. The food itself is pretty average for Chinese takeout. Low MSG or Sodium makes the food pretty average tasting. When I got home, I added sriracha sauce to my entire order to enhance the flavor. If the chefs began cranking up the spices in their cooking, I'd make this my number one Chinese Food takeout in the Baltimore area."
"I've been here a couple times but visited again after a long time and was surprised at how good it was! We got the seafood jaengban chajang (noodles with black bean sauce), champpong (spicy seafood noodles), and pork tangsuyuk (deep fried pork with sweet and sour sauce) and everything was delicious with good portion sizes."
"Some nights are Chinese delivery kinda nights. They don't happen often for me, but when I am too bombarded with life happenings, it is always the right answer. This was my first time ordering from Hunan Family and the cravings were definitely satisfied. The beef lo mein was standard in a good way (generous portion too) and the general tso's was made extra spicy like I asked for. Was pleasantly surprised at the 'small' order because it was enough for me for two days.I ordered through a third party delivery service and it was received, made quickly and in my hands 20-25 minutes later, piping hot. Satisfied customer here!"
"Recently moved to the area and hoped to find some good Asian food without having to travel to the place with which I'm familiar. Therefore, I took to Yelp to see what my fellow Yelpers had to say about places in the area. You all did not disappoint with Winli, so I thank you! This will be my new favorite place. So, when it comes to Asian food I can be a bit "boujie." All Asian food is not the same and I feel like I can't eat it from every Asian restaurant, even when getting something basic-I've had restaurants do rice wrong in the past. Nonetheless, Winli is FAR from that. The food here is amazing. I ordered the small vegetable lo mein and small shrimp fried rice. The vegetable lo mein had nice size portions of fresh cut veggies and was a great deal of lo mein, could be considered a medium portion in other carryouts. The shrimp fried rice had huge pieces of shrimp in such a small box, I was quite surprised. These weren't the salad shrimp other restaurants try to throw in their fried rice. These were large sized shrimp and a plentiful amount. The food here was so fresh, not heavy, and hot. Winli is a carryout. You cannot eat in but they are SUPER clean! The price to portion and taste ratio is no match. Since the prices are decent yet the quality of food is beyond "carryout" status. This should be a restaurant. One thing I can really appreciate about Winli is they have all day specials, not just lunch specials. Another thing I love is that they allow you to get your own packets of soy sauce, duck sauce, hot sauce, and hot mustard. They aren't like most other restaurants where they ration the packets out to customers or charge extra if you ask for extra."
"Long before I was a Yelper, I have came here and ate at he one table they have in the front counter area. I sometimes have ordered out. It has authentic flavors and the staff is always kind. I have a hard time choosing from all the dishes, but they are patient with me. Since they get takeout orders via phone and walk-ins, the orders can pile up fast. Around lunch time, one person can walk in with an order for am entire office! So watch where you want to land in the pecking order. They have cool coupons on the paper take out menus, so if you meet the requirements, use the coupons. I think you get a drink with some of the combos or if you buy a certain amount. There are diploma many types of bottled and canned drinks, soda, juices, green teas. I love their crab rangooons and fried dumplings, they go well with any entree."
"We had become a little disappointed with the Chinese restaurant we usually order from and have been trying others in our area. This week we decided to try Passion and think we have found our new Chinese go to. We ordered our usual which is Chicken & Broccoli, Pork Lo Mein, and steamed dumplings. They were all delicious. This is probably the best fried rice I have had and the portion was very generous. I chose to do pick up instead of delivery via GrubHub. It was a Friday night and I was told it would be 30 minutes before the meal was ready. I was out and about and found a place to do a little shopping in the meantime. The restaurant was busy with other people picking up and others trying to dine in. However, my order was ready when I got there and still hot when I got home. Will definitely go back."

Was pleasantly surprised how tasty the combination fried rice was! Reminded me of some I had in San Francisco's Chinatown! Next time I'm back in the area, it's highly likely I'll be back for more!

Better than thought. Ordered the beef with broccoli and the amount is huge. Got a free drink for being nice. Typical local Chinese food place, good for once a week. The price is really reasonable.

Our last delivery order from Lucky's wasn't so good but we decided to dine in today because maybe it would be better? It wasn't.Both entrees were prepared incorrectly. Asked for shrimp and got chicken? Requested steamed rice and received fried rice? These issues were corrected but in the end, nothing tasted great. We love supporting local businesses but sadly, I think we are done with this one.

STRAIGHT GARBAGE. Avoid. The shrimp with walnuts was pure trash. They could do better. I tried to patronize a local eatery. $40 wasted on door dash.

The beef lo mein is always good. I always get extra onions and beef! The shrimp egg rolls are pretty good to. My order is always hot & good! The service is quick most times. The restaurant could stand some updates and new decor. This is my go-to spot for chineese food in Edgewood!

I feel like Bruce Lee was better in the past. I didn't dislike anything, but nothing I had really stood out in a "oh this chicken and broccoli is good, so I'm going to come back here". Many years ago, when it was across the street, I feel like I did have a few things that I really liked here and would definitely go here for. Service was simple and safe. Friendly staff. Order was ready on time.

It looks like the chef has either changed or they changed the recipe. Don't get me wrong. The food is always good. My family loves it! But there were some differences I noticed on my last order ( or didn't notice previously). Now they have the gopBae gi size (max portion). We got the jajangmyun and chompbong in the max size. This means a lot more noodles (double) and 50% more sauce and soup. It was great for $3 more. But don't get the spicy versions, unless you are able to take the heat. I like heat but it was a bit more spice than I like. Also the yusanseul bop color was a bit darker than it used to be. It still had the same great flavor though. So overall, can't go wrong with this place!

"For 10 entire months I did not order any chinese food in Baltimore because I could not find a spot and everything seemed to have 3 stars or lower on yelp which made me want to stay away. I'm used to eating chinese food in nyc, philly, princeton so my expectations are medium to high and I was just so unsure. But today my urge for American Chinese food grew too strong and I caved. Boy am I glad I did!I LOVE chinese food and this place is the perfect takeout spot and realllllly good veggie options! I wanted to find a chinese takeout in Baltimore and this will be my go to. It was tasty, flavorful, spicy in a good way, quick and delicious!I ordered hot and sour soup, veggie lo mein and Kung pao tofu. They made everything vegetarian and even added extra sauce to my tofu dish per my request. For $18 including the UBEREATS fee, i got all of this and have enough for 3 entire meals!! What a bargain.I'm so impressed and happy. Really confused about the negative reviews and I'm glad I decided to just take the chance and order even though I was extremely apprehensive. I always leave a review only if a place is really good or really terrible and this definitely falls into the first category.Last note - I called the restaurant with some questions and the lady was super patient and helpful. Made my vegetarian heart happy and grateful!"
"My favorite Maryland hot pot place so far! Everything is fully buffet style, where you pick your base and can get unlimited meat/seafood/veggies for the price of $32 per adult. Overall a very good deal for AYCE with free soup refills as well! I personally really enjoyed the mushroom soup base, but also heard great things about the tom yum, szechuan spicy, and healthy herbal bases from my friends that I went with. The service is also great, with chicken karaage served immediately after being seated, and refills of soup base occasionally and also when requested. The winter melon tea is also excellent, and the dessert selection includes ice cream, fruits, and sesame balls (a personal favorite of mine). I sometimes struggle at hot pot places to find food I can eat as someone that doesn't eat beef/pork, but was pleasantly surprised to see such a large seafood, vegetable, and non red meat selections.A very classic sauce bar, which is ofc one of the most make or break aspects of any hot pot restaurant. The ambiance is very cozy, especially when seated in the side booths with bigger groups. Looking forward to my next trip here!"
"Scrumptious! We did takeout here for Valentines Day on a suggestion from my wife's cousin. Wow! What a wonderful surprise. The food here is absolutely delicious. It's ten times better than any other Chinese restaurant I have tried on the east coast. The orange chicken is lightly sweetened rather than inundated with harsh orange flavor. The broccoli is fresh and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the daily special where you get an entree with chicken fried rice, soup, fried shrimp, a humongous egg roll and a fortune cookie for a reasonable price. The portion sizes are large enough for multiple meals. The lady we ordered the food from was so lovely and sweet. I am definitely coming back here at least once a week."
"One of our favorite Oriental Restaurants. I just can't order here as much as I would like because I am disabled and they won't do curbside delivery."
"Great customer service, fresh food, serve wine which is always a plus with me! This is a really good spot."
"Banging! Best in town! We have watched this family grow over the last decade and the food has been delicious the entire time. Go here! Eat and smile, simple!"
"We had been to a place further down Route 40 that gets rave reviews and we were NOT impressed with them! You can find that review in my Yelp if you are interested. Because of that, I was very apprehensive about trying Hot Pot Hero. Turns out we probably should have come here first rather than going to the other place. We were shown very quickly to a table. This restaurant has a very cool vibe which we were definitely feeling! We were handed a iPad to order what we wanted. While the prices are a little higher on the all you can eat, we got a nice amount upon ordering, where in comparison, the place we had went to previously on 40 gave us a third of what we got at Hot Pot Hero for four people!! We ordered two of the spicier broths....when we go again, it will be one hot and one mild, if for no other reason, a break for the tastebuds! :) Even if you like hot, these are SPICY, so just know that going in. We ordered beef, chicken and pork belly along with an array of veggies to include King Trumpet Mushrooms. We got a lovely amount on the first round and when we ordered a few more things on the second, it was just as nice! Staff was very pleasant and it was a very nice switch up to some of the other Asian places in the plaza. Definitely no complaints! We will definitely be back!"
"I love that this is reminiscent of my more playful days running all over East Asia with my Man pal, Bruce Lee ( Lee Jun Fan ) of San Francisco, CA..Get a great meal on the go!Charlene Collins-LeeEmmy award winnerBruce Lee ( Lee Jun Fan in memorium)"Sic fahn - hou ahh!!Enjoy."
"Came here to meet a friend for drinks. We sat a a high top table. We had to ask a staffer to clean the table off. He gave us menus, then we sat for quite some time before someone came to take our orders. We promptly received our drinks. We ordered Prosecco, which came in a mini bottle and the green dragon mixed drink. The green dragon was way too strong for me to drink. I asked for some pineapple juice to cut the liquor. I still wasn't able to finish the drink. I also ordered shrimp pad Thai which was great but need a little more fish sauce. Overall I would definitely recommend the restaurant."
"So much potential, they could be a contender if they try a little harder. My wife and I ordered from them (via DoorDash) our dinner.... Chicken fried Rice, Fried Dumplings, chicken wings and General Chicken.Fried Rice was ok.... but could be so much better if they used better rice and either a little more chicken, or tastier chicken.Fried dumplings were fine enough, but WTH was with that dreadful sauce.Chicken wings were ok, but a little on the tiny side... and for the price you'd expect some decent wings, even if they had to get the kind from the frozen food section at the supermarket, for pity's sake! And lastly, the general chicken. It was so-so, but with more sauce (and more heat) it could have been more decent, and with some good rice it would have been a home run for sure.So for this instance I give 'em a two and a half stars."
"Covid has really taken away a lot of great dining options, but I think hibachi is the one I miss the most. The socialization, the entertainment, the amazing food the whole experience. This past weekend when I was carving some good ole fashion hibachi, I took to Grubhub and found JiBang! I've driven past JiBang a million times, but never really thought to order for them. Often times, takeout hibachi is not as good as what they serve in the restaurant. The portions are typically smaller and the quality isn't as good. To my surprise, JiBang proved me wrong. This hibachi grill is amazing! The food is delicious! The veggies were crunchy and the meat was cooked to perfection. My only complaint, the rice maybe needed a little soy sauce to add to the flavor. Also, I wasn't really a fan of their yum yum sauce, but luckily, I keep a bottle in my refrigerator."
"Seriously one of the best "Chinese" food I've had. My family has been ordering from here for years, and they hardly disappoint. The service is very quick, so you have to know what you want when you are ordering because they are busy people! The delivery is very fast and the amount of time it takes to pick up the food after you order is pretty accurate. Plus, the food always comes hot! I say that it's the best "Chinese" food in the area because it's Americanized, but not as much as other places. The combination fried rice has a lot of meat, but you can request for more shrimp for $2. The chicken and broccoli comes with plenty of sauce and plenty of chicken. The sauce can taste a little salty but it goes well with the rice. Now, I gotta save the best for last. My favorite thing at Bruce Lee Kitchen is the chicken wings! They are so crispy and juicy and have a unique flavor that's different than other fried chicken wings served at Chinese restaurants. Whenever I'm in Glen Burnie now, I have to come to Bruce Lee Kitchen to pick up some of their chicken wings because they are just THAT good."
"Since moving to Catonsville a few years ago, we have not had a lot of luck with finding the perfect Chinese restaurant. One of our favorite dishes is shrimp fried rice and for some reason we have only found one place in Marriottsville that makes it the way we like it. Tonight, I think we found a new place to get food from a little closer to our home. We got an order of gyoza, crispy beef and shrimp fried rice. All dishes were very good and service could be done all online. My husband went to pick it up and everything was ready to go. Very nice staff and everything had a good flavor. We will be trying some more of their dishes soon!"
"Decent Chinese take out. Not a lot of take out options in the area... I'm sometimes there for work... Anyway, this is a solid choice.Quick service, decent food, decent prices. I'd go again for sure."
"Our family just got dinner from there last night. The food is really good. They are very polite & friendly. We get food there 2-4 times a month."
"This place was recommended by my Mom so I decided to give them a try. I called in my order. I ordered a few different dishes to share with my family. I got a Qt. Big Shrimp Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, Chicken & String Beans and Crab Wontons. The only think we didn't care for was the Chicken pieces in the Chicken & String Beans, they were very small and stringy pieces. I'm used to getting big chicken chunks with this dish and the Orange Chicken was not fresh looked like leftovers. Their Fried Rice was good I did like the big pieces of Shrimp and the Crab Wontons were good too. The Staff were friendly too. I might give them another try."
"Fave thing here are the veggie egg rolls, which I buy sometimes to go with our homecooked wok fare. Tonight, we had the veggie lo mein, shrimp fried rice, and General Tso's shrimp. Forget the first 2. The lo mein was completely unremarkable and the fried rice had too much soy sauce. The Tso's was tasty -- yes the sauce is sweet but when I separated the yummy fried shrimp from the sauce and ate with plain rice, it worked out. I would order the Tso's again and eat it with brown rice at home.I think this is the only Chinese restaurant in Hamilton."
"Best curry chicken around hands down. Good portion and always fresh. Great prices too."
"This is the BEST restaurant for Chinese cuisine that I have experienced in a very long time."
"I usually partake of their orange chicken and some pork fried rice. This is an okay place to grab some Chinese take out in Delaware. A little out of the way for me, but worth the extra drive. The fried rice is well cooked. Flavor is distributed evenly along with nice chunks of char siu. Which does bring up a good point, the char siu has a crisp developed crust with firm meat without soggy parts. However, remember these are only the chunks in my fried rice. While standard fried rice I do think that if the fried rice is bad then the place is a lost cause, but Joy Luck does a good job, better then some but standard fare. The orange chicken is delcious. The peices are small, evenly breaded without that over-doughy mouth feel, and evenly cooked. Orange sauce has some actual orange peel; more likely for show then flavor though. The sauce is thick but not overly sweet and cloying. Honestly this is probably one of the better orange chicken dishes that I have had at various Delaware chinese take out places. The hot and sour soup is a little disappointing. The stock is overly flavored with shoyu leading to a more one dimensional soup then I prefer. The other ingredients are regular hot and sour soup fare. This was the low point of my meal, but not bad enough to make me throw it out."
"There is so much hype around this restaurant, so I finally decided to give them a try recently. I placed an order through DoorDash and had my husband pick it up. We were not kid-free this particular night and I hear that this place can get rowdy, so it was not somewhere I wanted to take our sons. The order took a very long time to be fulfilled. I'm talking an hour and a half long. Who would have thought it would take so long to fry some rice and a couple egg rolls. It was also the most I have ever paid for Asian cuisine, so I was really hoping that they lived up to the hype. The egg roll was really good, I especially like they house-made duck sauce. Honestly, if I had known the egg roll would have been so filling, I would have just ordered that. The ride on the other hand was good but nothing to write home about. Personally, I like vegetables in my fried rice, but their was only onions and a little egg. For the costs of the fried rice, I wasn't impressed. All and all, not a bad experience, but the restaurant didn't live up to the hype. While I did enjoyed the egg roll, I doubt I would go back for just one item. But if egg rolls are your favorite food, give them a try."
"So ordered from here once before using door dash. I decided to drive to the location today since it's about 10 minutes from my house. Location: sheesh! Have you ever seen and of the horror movies starring Jason vorhese* or Freddy Kruger? Well this location is right out of one of those movies. It was quiet/creepy and located at a derelict corner of the street. Not much lighting at all around the place. Not many people around either. Inside: So I walk inside to get my pick-up order. And as soon as I step in I suddenly get the feeling I'm in "escape room". Menu are all around and there is a bullet proof glass where you can see the employees are cooking and Bagging orders. No worries the employees were extremely safe and protected.Food: so I loved that they give you a bag and the paper clip it shut. Good job! The severing size was fairly small considering this is a dinner combo. I have had Chinese as a lot of places and usually the serving size is much bigger. This looked more like a lunch combo at best. The size was still adequate. There is an up charge for white meat. The food itself was not bad. I ordered sesame chicken with fried rice. It's also was garnished with 3 small bushes of broccoli. It was decent tasting. As a part of the combo you get an egg roll. I got the cheese steak egg roll. And I can say this was the best part of my last meal as well. Just have some ketchup handy. Overall: The total for my meal was about 16$ I believe. Considering how much they charge I expect a much nicer looking place. I have eating in Hawaii, silver spring, Florida, DC, all much fancier places and have paid the about same amount. So I'm not sure if the price reflects the 15 inch glass protecting the employees or the fancy menus they have plastered on the walls with a Scotch tape but for that price the portions should be a big larger. Outside of that the fold is really good. I especially like the cheesesteak egg rolls."
"Friday night Ramen and hip hop. Twas a great night and what I needed. After being here quite a few times, the ramen stall is most reliable. Everything else has been rather hit or miss, besides the boba tea spot. I've also tried the steamed crab legs (very small), dessert stall was cute. Almost all transactions are via a kiosk so service is limited. The hall is well mapped out with a huge bar (with power outlets!) Once I even came in on a day with live music. This is a welcome food hall to the area/restaurant row. I personally asked the owner/operator of Kong Dog (Korean corn dogs) that's been popping up at malls to consider a space here. PLEASE BRING KONG DOG!!!!!P.s. parking is not an issue outside of the establishment."
