"I love coming here for boba. Tea Top has the best boba and ambience in Ellicott City. I enjoy coming here to catch up with friends or to spend some time by myself to unwind with a book. In the month of February, Tea Top has a Valentine's Alpine rose green tea special. It's light, refreshing and has just the right hint of rose. It's perfect to treat yourself or share with your love. A special shout out to the staff for recommending this. I'm officially a fan of rose tea. I'll be back for more!"
"Great place! The staff was so nice. I got two bowls and they were great. I enjoyed the vegan beef and noodles. It was really delicious and all the toppings were flavorful and fresh. The spicy chili sauce was great. My husband really liked his chicken bowl as well. Excellent value for the price. I can't wait to go back and try different items. They also had some fun snacks and a freezer full of mochi and other items. The restaurant was very clean as well. Definitely will be a repeat customer."

"I just heard about Simply Sip Tea yesterday when my friend took me there. It's a cute little spot next to Angeli's pizza in Little Italy. I tried the matcha milk tea with boba. Will definitely come back to try other tea flavors."
"Visited Tea-Do for the first time yesterday and had a great experience! They have some great food options along with a large drink menu. The staff is very friendly and got our order out quickly. We tried some of the Onigiri (baked salmon, shrimp tempura, eel, and kani w/ seaweed), and they were great! The onigiri themselves were larger than we expected and came work spicy mayo to dip them in. We were pretty full with 2-3 per person. We also tried the Taiwanese Fried Chicken. They had both spicy and mild and we went with the spicy version. The chicken bites definitely had a kick to them! But they were crunchy, warm and had a nice taste. As for the drinks, I had the Thai Milk Tea that comes with the classic bubbles. I've had a lot of Thai Milk Tea, but Tea-Do is now my favorite! It doesn't taste diluted and has a good flavor. My fiancé had the Hello Kitty speciality drink and loved that! It was refreshing and the Star bubbles/gummies in the bottom were fun.Overall, we loved this place, and we will now probably be regulars! Definitely recommend it!"

""Authentic Taiwanese Flavors You Can't Miss!"Jumbo Jumbo is a true treasure for anyone craving authentic Taiwanese fare. From the moment you step in, the cozy ambiance and friendly service make you feel right at home. The standout dish for me was their Taiwanese fried chicken--it's an absolute game-changer! Perfectly seasoned with a crispy, golden coating, each bite was packed with flavor while staying juicy and tender on the inside. It's hands-down the best I've had outside of Taiwan.Their bubble tea was equally impressive--smooth, flavorful, and paired with boba so fresh it was like they made it to order. You can tell this place takes authenticity seriously, honoring traditional flavors while keeping everything approachable.Jumbo Jumbo has easily become one of my favorite spots. Five stars isn't enough for the quality, care, and love that goes into every dish. I'll be back soon!"
"Ordered a coffee smoothie with egg pudding and boba. The drink was was fully blended and did not separate. Would love to come back and try their fruity ones!"
"The food was delicious. However, it took about 30min to get it ready which is unlike a lunch fast food place that it seems to be. I recommend ordering ahead online."
"Good!!!! Good sweetness and black tea cube/jelly is good!!!! Try this if u are tired of having boba all the time."
"Picking up my daughter in Baltimore and having the Roasted BBQ Pork Buns (that I picked up in Rockville from different place) for our lunch in the car back down I-95, wanted to get a tasty drink. Knowing that we love boba (or bubble) tea, I asked her if she knew of a place. Apparently she's been here every time she would go get her hair cut nearby in the past. There is street parking and possibly a parking lot around the block. Fortunately there was a space across the street though I was trying to determine how great my parallel parking is with the two large cars on either end. Clearly God loves me as then a car at the other end was leaving, enabling me to simply drive easily into the space AND it was on the same side as the tea place.I was surprised at the size. There's shelf that runs the length of the half the place that welcomes you to pick up Asian convenient items, like Pocky treats, even noodles (Ramen) and a sign that said the place would provide hot water for the noodle if desired. There were a bunch of small tables that people were sitting at with their tea or waiting to pick up.We ordered two milk tea with tapioca. She had taro and I had mango. You can select the level of ice and sugar. It was truly fresh tapioca. It was not as chewy like others I've had which sometimes indicate cooked too long though some like it that way.The counter had a menu with food so I'm unsure if they offer food. If so, takeout only since no formal dining area except for the small tables aforementioned. It was delicious. They were busy which is a good sign. Because it's fresh don't expect it to be fast. But I can't wait the next time my Honey travels up to visit our daughter who lives in Baltimore. He loves bubble tea even moreso. I forgot to check if they have dairy free option."
"Overall: Location: Strip mall, limited ish parking but no real issue in parking. It's never THAT busy.Prices/Value: standard prices that seem normal for what you get.Ambience: it's okay it's pretty normal but is a bit squished and not super fancy. I would feel good taking a chill friend here but not a date. Also: Food was available but I never had any."
"I met my Godson here for an decompression from college because that's what we do for the summer. I'm such a great Godmother...yes I like to toot my own horn, yet I digress! I had the green kiwi with mango poppers and unlike the website there is no real fruit but it was still exceptionally yummy to my tummy and I forget which one my Godson had but I think he had the strawberry milk tea but I think he absolutely"

Went there because my friend said it's the best Taiwanese style braised pork rice in the area, and of course I have to try it, I ordered the one with vegetables and I would advise to get the one without the vegetables(It was just cabbage and it's like they cooked it in vinegar or some sort--it tasted a bit sour), I was expecting it to be stir fried with garlic or just steamed. Otherwise, the pork and the egg were pretty authentic. The bubble tea was decent as well, lots of choices in terms of the flavors and toppings, also tried the savory tangyuan, it was not my favorite but kudos for them for just having the choice. At the end of the day I would recommend the fried chicken or the braised pork over rice for this place.

Had a delicious oolong milk tea here today! It was the perfect little pick me up after walking around Baltimore. The shop is small but the service is super quick and the person working at the counter was very helpful with my order/questions.

I don't like writing this review but here goes.I've ordered food and bubble tea for delivery in the past no issue. Fairly quick delivery and food has tasted good in the past. This time I ordered taiwanese popcorn chicken and a bubble tea through ubereats. I got the order on time but my main problem is when I got the chicken it was open. The container was open. Attaching a photo. I called Teado and they said they always leave the Togo container open for taiwanese popcorn chicken so it doesn't grt soggy.I'm sorry but in the middle of a pandemic that is a horrible business decision especially if my food is going to sit in a delivery vehicle with another person for 10-20 minutes. I don't know if the person is wearing a mask or not inside their car. Too many unknown variables makes this a terrible idea. If the expectation is I will microwave the chicken anyways to kill germs well guess what it's not going to stay crispy anyways. So yeah. Reevaluate this decision for the future I would say. It's not safe in my opinion. I'm glad I got the bubble tea as looks like that's gonna be my lunch today instead of chicken as well. Just letting others know in case it matters to them.

After watching a food reviewer talk about how good the taiwanese popcorn chicken was i had to come check this place out. a small milk tea looking shop, the specialties are definitely it's fried chicken, boasting a massive portion at a reasonable price. service was very friendly and fast, with a clean interior that felt modern and like a small cafe. Regarding the food, the chicken was definitely good but nothing outstanding. big crispy pieces of chicken were juicy and flavorful, but i found myself craving a bit more salt to enhance the savoriness. Furthermore, i wish the sides included more veggies or pickles to help cut through the richness as after a few bites of chicken you definitely hit a wall of flavor fatigue. if that wasn't an option i think some kewpie mayo on top would also help to introduce a bit more complexity and solve the savoriness dilemma. overall, jumbo jumbo was a great experience with decent food at a fair price. I wouldn't come searching for this place again unless i had a very specific craving but it does it's fried chicken pretty well!

Bambao Asian Fusion offers a delightful blend of flavors, with an inviting atmosphere and exceptional customer service that made our visit a pleasant experience. Bonus it was in walking distance of our hotel. The vodka fruit tea is an absolute must-try--refreshing, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a hint of zest that elevated the meal. I highly recommend giving them a try, especially if you're looking to explore a unique fusion of Asian-inspired dishes with a modern twist.

"Been here 3 days in a row. I am so happy to have this tea place near me! First the ambiance is super awesome! I wish I was in high school again so I could come here and hang out with my friends. They have a cool place to sit on the ground in the corner. They also have board games. Lots of tables to sit at too. The staff was very friendly. The women who took my order were very friendly and patient with me. I asked them many questions each time I came in. Finally the tea was great. I love tea! It is one of my passions in life. I found the tea to be great. My favorite so far was the strawberry green tea with milk. I added bubbles and got 30% sugar. It was amazing. It tasted like a delicious glass of strawberry milk with the perfect hint of tea. I can't wait to come here and try out all their drinks. So far I have been pleased with all 3 hot tea drinks. I also got some passsion fruit green tea with bubbles and enjoyed it too. If you do not like too much sweetness I recommend you get 30% sugar. The price is great for the tea you are getting. I will be back here kfte"
"They need to sweeten their balls. Bubble tea is supposed to have sweetened tapioca or so I have experienced. Sweetened your balls."
"Came in for bubble tea and was blown away by the interior. Mind you the bubble tea was great, but gahhhh do you guys see the pictures. I had the coconut milk bubble tea and it was great, but now I can't wait to get ramen! I'll be back."
"We ordered the green beans and mapo tofu and both were so delicious. Their service was great - such friendly staff. Really happy to have this restaurant so close by."
"Pricing is a bit inflated for their coffees ($7 for a latte??), but I do like their house syrups. I ordered a latte with hazelnut syrup and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. Service was a little slow because their system was malfunctioning, but the kindness and diligence of the staff more than made up for it. Above all else though...THEY HAVE SWING CHAIRS!!The shop itself is fairly spacious and the decor is absolutely adorable (there's Jenga on my table!). I do recommend bringing an extension cord if you plan on doing work here, as the outlets are standard sets of 2 on the wall."
"A hidden gem in Owings Mills! I had the chance to try this place the other day for the first time. I recall when they first opened but always forgot to follow up and visit and this time around they popped in my mind when I was in the mood for some teriyaki chicken. They are located in a small shopping center by Stevenson University, parking is available which is helpful and they are also offering curbside pickup. They are following COVID safety guidelines with social distancing enforced and masks required. I was greeted by a young woman upon entering and after scoping the menu I decided to go with a combo bowl (chicken & shrimp) which included rice (white or brown for an upcharge) and vegetables. I went ahead and threw in some chicken dumplings because of course I needed to try those. Took about 15 minutes for my food to be ready which was worth the weight. The portion size for the price point is great and the bowl was flavorful and filling! The dumplings were also tasty and they were automatically placed in the bowl so they tasted great with the teriyaki sauce. So glad I was able to visit this place and I'll be heading back very soon!"
"I've done DoorDash deliveries but had never tried the food here because I am not into bubble tea. (Watch the documentary on bubble tea, it's shocking) I finally went in because I kept seeing signs for, "chicken Butt". Now that sounds like a good time ! So I went in with the added joy of discovering that they have fried oysters! Such a random allotment of foods but maybe good? It's all or nothing. I got three tenders and 5 fried oysters. Firstly, the fried oysters are surprisingly good. They look really basic but they are dense and juicy. I'll be back because I love fried oysters and this place is quick! I also got three tenders. Oh the tenders are huge! Perfect sizes! Thick flavorful and juicy. Mine were fresh right out of the deep fryer. I am tearing up while writing this. It was that good. Big fat juicy hot tenders. There's little to no seasoning but I dipped them in the soy sauce they gave me.Chicken Butt"
"Very excited for and happy with my experience at sweet bamboo boba. Place is clean, lots of free games and activities to play while you are hanging out. They have a bring your own Nintendo switch to hook up to their TVs (very dope). Plenty of options for your boba and tea desires. I got a mix of taro and Thai teas with boba and jelly. It was delicious. I love that you can customize your sweetness levels. Will come back for sure."
"Tasty boba shop close to Lotte Market. I came in on a weekend afternoon after picking up some groceries nearby. I got the strawberry green milk tea and an Oreo milk tea, 50% sugar and light ice. I also tried their honey boba. I thought it was pretty good and they made the drinks quickly and accurately. The tea flavor wasn't super strong but that was likely due to the green tea base. The Oreo milk tea was also ok. The honey boba was chewy and were mildly sweet. They also have snacks for sale like croffles.Overall I love the vibe of the store, they have a small plant wall where they sell plants and some supplies (pots etc.). They also sell some merchandise like branded cups, straws and tea. I will come back but likely will try some of their other drinks."
"I am on vacation and taking time to leave this review! This is hands down the best lemongrass pork I have ever had. I'm not Vietnamese but am from SF, where I thought standards were high. I was completely blown away by this lemongrass pork bowl for a number of reasons:(1) You can taste that the pork was marinated for 24 hours using high quality lemongrass.(2) The marinade was not overly sweet, as many places are to accommodate the American palate.(3) The way they grilled the meat delivered a "just right" smoke flavor. I will be dreaming of this dish until I visit Baltimore again!"
"Cute little spot for boba tea and sweets. Has the ambiance of a tea parlor The boba tea and pastry were both very good. Nice space to meet a friend or sit and chill for a bit."
"The new location is really much nicer than the previous one. Service was great and fast. I think the prices are getting a little too high. I bought four large milk teas and it was $25. That seems a bit crazy, but I guess it will be a treat once in a while. There is also a menu for food that I will have to try on the next vis"
"Tho parking is a challange, but if you want good dessert, this is one of the place to go. Love the decor, service was excellent, but I come there for the food! Love everything matcha and more!"
"Fun and different little spot headed from Towson into Timonium! I was really in the mood for some popping boba! I ended up getting a lychee green tea iced and it had the actual lychee fruit as opposed to the boba! Very good! I would definitely return. The staff were super friendly! I also grabbed some shrimp and chicken lo mein which was so hot and fresh. Very yummy!"
"FINALLY! I always have a craving for milk tea and to have a KFT open up in the neighborhood is dangerous for my wallet. My go-to is always the Jasmine Green Milk Tea, No Ice, and 30% sugar. I don't particularly have a large sweet tooth so 30% is oftentimes more than enough sweetness. Anything above that simply overpowers the tea taste. If you are in a rush, I would recommend ordering ahead of time through the app to avoid the wait during rush hour and it helps you build up rewards if you are a frequent bubble tea drinker."
"If you're trying to find the spot for a boba fix - this is the spot. They have an extensive menu in which the most picky boba-drinker would find their match. In my case, they offer lychee jelly as a topping - a major plus. They offer the classic milk teas, fruit teas, slushes, and more. Their signature drinks are definitely worth trying - my favorite being the lychee black tea with lychee jelly. They also participate in the trendy boba cafe fares such as the croffle - so keep an eye out for their seasonal items. The shop itself is very similar to the other Kokee Tea stores in Maryland - being very clean and aesthetic. They sell the typical cutesy Asian plushies and merch along with local artisanal products along the walls. The customer service was very straightforward with the front of house being welcoming and receptive to any order - no matter how odd. If you're in the way of Canton and are looking for a night cap - try this place out, it will not disappoint."
"Great tea!Amazing choice!Fast service! As a recent adopter of Bubble Tea breaks this place rocks!More bubbles than you can shake a straw at, right amount of ice, and a menu and a half. Try it out!"
"Excellent Pad See Ew from this Thai Food Truck. Very pleased (and surprised) to have this in Catonsville. Will be back soon!"
"‼New Local Bubble tea shop‼JVJ bubble tea is a small bubble tea shop serving various delicious drinks! They serve milk tea, fruit tea, coffee, smoothies/slush, juices/punches, and refreshers. They also have a bunch of toppings to make it super customizable. I tried the sea salt viet coffee and the berry dragon refresher. Sea salt viet coffee was delicious, coffee was nice and rich with a good amount of sweetness. Berry dragon refresher was a really good fruity drink and perfect for quenching your thirst.Service was really good too. It was busy when I came in and I was able to get my drink made within 5 minutes. Since the shop isn't too big, there's not too much room to decorate but they did a good job with the wall decoration and making it very photo op ready. A definitely must try bubble tea shop in the area and to help support your local businesses!"
"Soooo happy to have a boba place in Fed Hill. This place is legit - can't recommend enough! All of their milk teas are amazing but my favorites are the Ali mountain and Japanese brown rice. They also have a ton of caffeine free options which I love. Staff are great! Prices are very reasonable. I'm going to be a regular here :)"
"So far everything I've had has been good. Vegetarian poke bowl was fantastic. Spring rolls are better than average. Fried tofu appetizer was good. I've only heard good things from others. I love the vegan fake meat section, but I do wonder about their interpretation of "vegan" as some options in that section have egg. I look forward to trying lots more things."
"Tasty tea, for sure. But looked all over for bao buns and they have them! The bbq pork bun is delicious."
