Kris P. "Brewer's Alley is indeed a fun venue, Frederick's own first of its kind brewery. If you enjoy craft beer and chill vibes, this is a great option!I did happen to grab an online reservation on a busy Saturday night. At check-in, there was no wait and immediately seated at the main dining hall. Large and small groups, Brewer's can accommodate. Be sure to ask about their weekly specials and seasonal brews! Check out their Growlers Program for take-home options. Inquire about their food truck too!The Bravarian pretzel with IPA cheese and (+)crab dip was yummy! I also had a seasonal IPA, and it was a great pair. I ordered the pastrami Ruben with sweet potato fries, and while the fries were hot and crisp, I did not care for the Ruben. The marbled rye was cold and didn't taste fresh. The pastrami was limp and thin with maybe 3 slivers, a nibble of sauerkraut and squirt of the Thousand Island dressing, I only took 4 bites. Meh. I love a hefty pastrami Ruben piled high when I can, and this one didn't make the mark for me unfortunately...Our server Leah was wonderful! Friendly attentive and quick, we appreciate her! She did have two other large parties yet managed to balance the room in every waypossible.Street parking is limited, but the Church Street parking garage (right at Market Street) is located just a few steps behind the restaurant. Be sure to safe keep the ticket and pay before you return to your car. The payment kiosk is located right at the entrance.Definitely want to revisit again and head up to the rooftop!"

Percy H. "I'm going to go ahead and get right to it. Guilford Hall Brewery is the place to be. If you love good service, good food, and a variety of beers to choose from, I would highly recommend that you give Guilford Hall Brewery a try. In short, I had a train to catch, but I had a few hours to kill. I was hungry and needed a bit that was quick but enjoyable; I did a quick search and found Guilfords, which was just a few blocks away from the Amtrack station. I'm so glad I did. When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendliest host (a brother), who welcomed me in. From that moment on, the top-notch service was sustained and ongoing. I sat at the bar, and my bartender was gracious enough to let me try a few options before I made my selection. I went with an ale and grabbed some of the best wings I've had in a very long time. Of course, I had some sweet potato fries for gold measure. The sauce served over the crispy wings was out of this world. I can't say it enough: give Guilford Hall Brewery a try; those wings are everything!!!"

Josh W. "I went to the downstairs bar, and ate and drank at the bar. Service was good. It wasn't super crowded at first but built up over time. The downstairs area isn't fancy, but it's comfortable. The beer was all excellent - I tried and enjoyed three kinds over about two hours, reacquainting myself with Resurrection, which I haven't had in years. All three were very distinct and each was excellent. I ordered the Steak Frites, which was pricey at $40 but very well cooked medium rare. The fries were merely decent, but it came with a nice, fresh salad (seemed like mixed greens with arugula) and a large helping of butter with herbs mixed in. I'm grading on the beer, in particular. Value? I guess I'd say worth it, but the beers were $8 apiece. Definitely better on tap than if one were to purchase a pack of Resurrection at a liquor store. Solid markup for the steak, and I saw that burgers were $20. I guess in the future I'll come more for the drinks than the food (which was good but I'm not sure about the premium), but I'll be back for sure."

"Customer Service: 5Affordability: 4Food quality: 4Portion sizes: 4Atmosphere: 4Military discount: Yes I decided to stop by the Pratt Street Ale House this evening for dinner, because it was within just two blocks from my hotel. This is a popular sports bar that is close to the Oriole Park at Camden Yards and the Baltimore Convention Center.I ordered their fish and chips for dinner, and choose to watch the baseball game in the bar area. This sports bar was not busy and I didn't have any wait. My fish and chips was seasoned very well and it was a large portion. Lastly, I was given a military discount of my meal which was a pleasant surprise.@glampedlife"
