Bulrushes

Need a good Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch spot in PF, look no further than Bulrushes. Each time I visit the staff provide friendly, personalized, exceptional customer service. The food is very fresh and very flavorful and offers a good enough variety of dishes to cater to the audience ( Handhelds, Salads, Soups,etc) and the Mai stay menu items are accompanied by many "must try" items, like the Pit Beef Sandwich. The food portions do not disappoint and offer great return for the affordable menu prices. Oh yea... and the pastries Great food, affordable prices, irresistible sweets, with outstanding customer service.

This local breakfast/lunch spot is amazing I cannot recommend it enough! The staff is amazing, the food is SO good, and it has a very homey feel. Everything I've had on their menu has been delicious, but my favorite is the fried green tomato BLT with their homemade potato chips!

This was a drive for me but glad I made it. This place is in a non-descript little strip mall so you have to know about it to find it. There's free parking right on site so no accessibility issues. The staff is friendly and courteous. While the menu is limited, that lets them focus on the few things they do have. Because the brisket smash burger and fried green tomatoes, that's what we all got.

Excellent casual dining spot in Calvert county! The staff were friendly and the interior was cozy. Most importantly, though, the food was good! I would highly recommend the ham sandwich with a side of fried green tomatoes.

This was such a cute local spot that I got to visit on a staycation with a group of friends! They were very accommodating to seating us especially since it's a place where you come in and pick where you want to sit. The staff was friendly and the owner came up and talked with us for a little about him and his wife owning the restaurant. We came in for brunch and all ordered a couple different things. I specifically ordered the chicken and waffles. My chicken was slightly over cooked and chewy and the meat was grey :( The waffle however was nice and fluffy and good amount of sweetness. Now the star of the show had to be the hot chocolate! So creamy and loved the hometown touch of putting it in different styles of mugs.

This place is everything I love. Locally owned small business that serves amazing food sourced locally, fast and friendly service, neat and clean, homey. Sassafras burger, Brisket Smash burger and fried green tomato BLT are all out of this world. Good eats, good people.

We found this place on Apple Maps (visiting from Michigan for a wedding in Chesapeake Bay) and we are SO happy we decided to stop by for breakfast. Food is great, the staff is SO friendly. And the atmosphere is super cute!

Food is good, it's a walk up and order situation. They are friendly and nice. It's a nice clean place.
