Bully Boss Burgers

Food was good but the prices were ridiculous. I had a black bean burger it seems like it was store bought.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. Felt like low personnel, so will test again.I ordered and rated the following:Cucumber lemonade: 10/10 get itMixed: 7/10 SUPER sweet, cut at home with waterFries: 8/10 seasoned well, good with bully sauceOnion rings: 8/10 a tad bit too much breading, but goodJerk burger: 5/10 the sauce was good, but burger was over cooked. Missing the extra cheese, lettuce and medium egg I asked forCustomer service was very good but slow/misleading. Walked in, was greeted and welcomed, also told my order was being bagged. However took 15 more minutes. I think I caught them on off day so will be giving another chance with more photos.

Wow... really...This place could be so much more if the girl at the counter cared just a little. My biggest pet pev is when the counter staff knows nothing about the food and can't explain the menu. I always support the local restaurants over the chain restaurants when I travel. I stopped in bully boss burgers to support the local business, and was I disappointed. The burger was good, and so were the onion rings except they were served in a reusable plastic tray without a paper liner - kind of concerning. They are a little pricy, all things considered. The menu is hard to figure out - a lot of choices - it was really unclear what came with a meal or a combo - plus the casher was no help explaining. There is a super limited selection of soda in cans or bottles. The interior was painted black with 3 high-top tables and 6 stools. They have a tv playing loud hip-hop videos, which is fine if the employees speak louder than the music on the videos - not the case - while I ate I watched 4 customers come in and half of their orders were wrong.I mentioned eating at bully boss to the local customer I was visiting, and they laughed.I rarely ever give out less than 3 stars on a review, and I do a lot of reviews. I was going to give bully boss 1 star, but I gave the 2 because the food was good.

The Hamburger meat was gross and soggy, and had No flavorThe tomato they put on it was nasty and looked like smooshed pureeThe sautéed onion were flavorless and had the consistency of a SlugAnd the fries were flavorless and just badI will Never come back here again

I had been hearing about Bully Boss Burgers and how good the food is so I HAD to get there! So, I gassed up the pacer, rolled the elderly mom up to the car and headed that way! When I tell you, I could eat there everyday!!! Listen! For starters, the customer service is immaculate! The owner is so friendly! She helped us with the menu and gave suggestions but what stood out to me was she wanted to make sure my mom, who walks with a cane, was comfortably seated. Talk about amazing! The menu has so many options, including vegan, that it was hard for me to choose just one thing. The burgers are thick AND juicy with soft buns (kinda like me LOL). The fries are nice and crisp. The drinks are refreshing! And to top it off, she offers cupcakes for desserts!If you haven't been, GO!

Awesome burgers and pretty good deals on uber eats. Will definitely order from here again.

I'm going to get right to it - the Cheesesteak Boss Sub was 10/10!!! I'm a chicken cheesesteak girl, but since that wasn't on the menu and I was set on having a cheesesteak, I went for it. It was hot, fresh, and soooo good!My friend got a burger, which also looked incredible. The burger menu is extensive with everything from turkey burgers to a jerk burger, or a build your own option. The food was amazing, but what stood out even more was the customer service. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our experience a nice one. Will definitely be back!

Tried this place for lunch and I'm sure glad I did. It was not crowded. The ladies working were polite and professional. The menu right at the front and they had self service ordering machine. I got the shrimp cheesesteak and my goodness it was delicious. Hot, flavorful, and loved how my cheese was melty and sub roll was soft. This sub is massive so one half for lunch and the other for dinner. Definitely try this place if you are in the area.

Great customer service, very clean establishment..but I can't lie when it comes to the food, the fries was the worst I ever had at ANY place that sells for the most part only burger, and for the burger; yall know yall can do a lot better!!!! Plz do!!!!
