Always a friendly welcome, kind words and clean environment.I feel that babies are the best fit for this particular location and type of play.

This is such a fun playground. We came to a birthday party here and they did such a good job. The attendants were super helpful. They helped all the guests get settled and they helped clean up. The space is big and spacious and perfect for toddlers.

We booked a room for my son's first birthday on 3/14 @ 5-730pm for a total of $330 for 10 children. Although we only had 6 children to attend they did have fun. However, prior to us leaving the " supervisor by the name of Jordan conducted the entire booking. Jordan pulled me to the side at 7:40 telling me that I owe an additional $50 because we were supposed to exit the party area at7:30. I explain to Jordan that I was unaware of any additional costs.Jordan proceeded to apologize for not making us aware of the additional cost due to her being too busy. At7:30 Jordan came in to speak with me Rosie regarding cleaning up, and the remaining balance of $230. As I walk to the front to pay the remaining balance of $230. I gave Jordan $210 in cash. She explained the balance came to $269. I explained to Jordan that this was not rite because we just spoke about payment and this extra fee was not discussed. Jordan decided to go back and forth about how she was to busy and she apologize for not making us aware of the extra charges. Ms Jordan refused to take the remaining balance of $20 to pay off the initial balance of $230.She also would NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR THE BALANCE. This was so wrong and ruined the the evening for my family and I. My children sat in the car for 30-45 mins wile trying to resolve the issue with Jordan and the extra money she was trying to add. Jordan proceeded to apologize for not making us aware of the extra charges. Ms Jordy refused to take the remaining balance of $20 to pay off the initial balance of $230. She also would NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR THE BALANCE. This was so wrong and ruined the the evening for my family and I. My children sat in the car for 30-45 mins wile trying to resolve the issue with Jordan but she just had a very bad attitude and was very disrespectful. I wish to never recommend to have a party here because the staff is very rude and inconsiderate and the young lady also started to record me without my permission. After several minutes of going back and forth. She was not trying to find a solution. I then asked to speak with a manager regarding the issue Jordan stated she is the manager and it was nothing she could do. This WAS SO WRONG! And a WASTE!

I attended a birthday party there and was shocked be the 2 rude staff. The facility was hot and when asked to put on AC they said they did not have it. So 25 + children and kids 'tried' to have fun in sweaty facility. When the hostess asked for cake plates she was informed that they only give one plate per attendee so guest had to go to dollar store for cake plates. The fee was outrageous and I mean outrageous especially since the staff nothing to facilitate the party or make guest feel welcome. At My Gym in Timonium and Coppermine on Falls road there is AC, music and the staff leads the children in little activities and makes a fuss over the birthday child to help make the party festive. Be warned.

For the younger preschool aged child. It was perfect for my 1.5 year old and my 5 year old also had a good time but definitely better for my 1.5 year old. Ball pit, slides, trampoline, and merry go round cars.

Bubula is cute! Weekend mornings it gets a bit crowded but still an enjoyable environment. For one child it is $15 to enter. We have went right around opening time and some of the moving play structures were not turned on. On a cleanliness scale from 1/5 I'd rate it a 3. The bathrooms are nice and clean but some of the play areas are a bit overlooked. Overall I would recommend this play and we do have fun!

New indoor playground! Perfect for rainy days or when it's just too hot! Playground is created for ages 18mos-8yrs old. $13 for child. Adults free! Babies are welcomed as long they stay close to parent. All who enter the playground area must have on socks! Opened 10-6 M-Sat Sun 10-5pm Parents are advised that some of the equipment is weight restricted, so proceed with caution. There is a party/movie room that can be rented. Movies are played through out the day. You are able to bring outside food in. You can make a day of it and take 30mim outside break. Very clean and they take pride of it!Surprisingly they was open during Memorial Day! Took my 2yr and her cousin who is 10mos. Plenty of different slides. My daughter fav was the light up one. The ball pit was hit with the girls they were in the "ocean". Hello Kitty carousel was adorable. Little hot during the peak hours, but it was fine the offered waters.I am excited to see the future of this place. They said they may offer membership in the future! Cool

just enough activity for 2.5 years old for 1-2 hours.. he loves to come here.. cost is fair the place is clean

I want to preface this by saying that this was the location in Pikesville on Reisterstown Rd. We have been to many indoor playgrounds with our daughter. Upon entering Bubala I was hit in the face by an overwhelming smell of room deodorizer. It was as if they were trying to cover up the dirt in the place. We decided to stay though because my daughter needed to run. We payed, took off our shoes, and entered the play area. To say, I was shocked puke be an understatement. When we entered the play area, everything had a visible layer of dirt on it. Everything had a brown tinge to it, there were piles of dust, hair, and grime in all the corners of the play area, in the crevice of the slides, on all the Velcro. We stayed for about about 30 minutes before I couldn't take it anymore. My daughter had fun, but all I saw was filth everywhere. I removed her from the floor, went in the bathroom, wiped her down with wipes and sanitizer, changed her clothes, and we left. When we got home, I bathed her and myself as we smelled like the place. Her bath water was filthy as well, she had just had a bath the night before. Stay away. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at one of these places.

Good afternoonI would like to speak with someone from management about my time at Bubala Playground. First I arrived 20 mins after the party was supposed to begin so I understand that was taken away from my time. This was my first time coming to this indoor playground and I was highly upset after arriving. Upon arriving I was told by one of my party guest that the play area looked very unsanitary. Despite that we used Lysol to spray everything down. After entering the party room I was disappointed in finding out the seating had not been cleaned and looked very dirty. I was also unaware that the bottles of water were not 8oz and the table cloths would not be set up at the time of arrival and I would have to do that as well. On top of that the projector I was told about and was one of the main reasons I booked at this specific playground was not working. That was just unacceptable at this point. I spent $429 on my daughters 2nd birthday party and to have MULTIPLE issues and complaints from my guest is unacceptable. Lastly when it was around 3:30pm one of the young ladies came in the room and seemed very anxious on getting us out the room by 4pm to avoid paying extra. That I can understand but it was only 3:30 and I still had more time to start cleaning up, the young lady proceeds to start throwing things away that kids were still eating, we told her to not throw anything away for the kids and we would make sure it is cleaned out by 4pm. And she replied "I need you guys out by 4pm not 4:01 and not 4:02" and the way her tone was you could tell she was irritated. Which was not okay for my guests or me. It came off as she was rushing us out very RUDE especially when there was 30 mins left. Even after paying an extra $100 for extra party time I still was rushed out of the room 30 minutes before the party was over. Overall this experience was not a good one. I was highly disappointed with the customer service and the lack of cleanliness. Especially after spending so much of my money to provide a party for my daughter. Also the two young ladies working that day both had on bonnets which left a bad impression and is not professional at all.
