They carry a very nice variety of wines. A discount is provided when you buy 6 or more. Their customer service is great. Always helpful and cheerful. They have helped me choose several great bottles of red Zinfandel, Cabernet, and Chardonnay.

Kinda pricey and I can't believe how close it is to the college campus Stevenson University in the shopping center next to the school store. Maybe that's the catch to get more money,but the staff is nice and always asking if you need assistance. I don't go here often because of the "remoteness" of the location. Cool decor and most things are available.

Great selection and prices are great! I'm from the midwest where most things are cheaper so I was expecting to see the outrageous prices I pay when I go to NJ but, nope! This location was inexpensive, clean and everything was easy to find. The counter clerk was friendly. I'd certainly go back.

I shop other Fine Wine & Spirits, and I have come to find that the Boulevard Fine Wine & Spirits has the BEST prices of them all. The staff is always very helpful when I am unsure of what I am looking for, and sometimes give suggestions as well.

Best store in Owings Mills for High Noon hands down. Every single flavor and variety pack. Plus new Tequila pack! Highly reccomend plus lots of high end liquor.

I went to Stevenson but had never really bothered coming into this store as a student (even a student of legal drinking age). As a "real" adult, I've never been there and not been carded (and I'm old enough now that there's no confusing me for a college student anymore... sigh...) so it is kind of odd that this place is so close to a college campus, yet seems very vigilant about checking ID. I mean, I guess keeping your liquor license is always a good call, but it doesn't seem like this is a college kid liquor store.The staff has always been friendly. The store is somewhat small, but they have a decent selection, and most importantly, they're the ONLY liquor store I've been to that carries my absolute favorite Moscato, which I had originally only had because my dad is a distributor and had gotten a bottle to try. I think I might have actually done a little dance in the aisle when I saw it. For that reason alone, I will be back, and often!
