Such a cool cocktail bar! It's like you walked into a 70's lounge. Red velvet and mirrors everywhere! LolThe wait staff is very attentive and they regularly have live jazz. One of my favorite places for drinks in Baltimore

Nice service, and my table was ready in accordance with my reservation time (not always the case with certain places).The ambiance steals the show. Great vibes for a business or casual conversation, that's not centered exclusively around dining.For a bottle of sparkling water, a cocktail, and a mocktail, I paid $40 before tip. The cocktail I got tasted like medicine a little bit. The one with vodka that's $14. I had to add my sparkling water to make it palatable. The mocktail was cool, not sweet and not super memorable. The cocktail my friends got, though, was SO good. It was green in color and had froth. Get that for sure. Moderate street parking.

Thank you!Was celebrating a friend's birthday yesterday and they were very accommodating of the large group. I love the vibe. I love a good speakeasy and this one is nice. My favorite cocktail is the fuel mejor (mezcal based) and it's very good!They currently have some special holiday cocktails. The eggnog one was a hit with our group.Definitely add this place to your list if you haven't been.

Great drink options and delicious bar snacks albeit limited in variety. The cheese plate was fantastic and paired well with the cocktails. Drinks were strong - they didn't skimp on the alcohol. Ambiance is intimate and cozy. Vintage, velvet upholstery with purple and burgundy accents make it very appropriate for special nights.

What a cute cocktail lounge. The decor alone is worth it. I came on a weeknight, with a coworker and there were a few people seated at the bar and few on the sofas. There was only one bartender so there was a little wait but he made his way to us and made our drinks with care. I ordered an espresso martini which was not on the menu but the bartender took the time out to make it for me and I really appreciated it, especially with it being my first time trying one. But even after the hype and appreciation of him going out of his way I wasn't that happy with it. No fault to the bartender and his skills just not the drink for me. My co worker enjoyed their drink which the bartender also gave a lot attention to. I would definitely recommend this place and give them another try. Very cute, and fun place it hang out and grab drinks.

Last minute decision to go out for drinks. We made reservations for 9 and were promptly seated.At first glance I was impressed. I actually thought it looked dark and sexy. We asked for recommendations for the drinks and the waitress provided a couple options. Neither of us thought our drinks were great but mine was more palatable. We attempted to order some munchies from the very limited menu. We were told that the kitchen was closed. So we chose from the 3 of the available options, olives and chips (nuts were the other option). So the chips were like regular potato chips . I would say roughly a 1.50 cent bag of chips. No gourmet chip, hust plain chips. And the olives were a tiny little bowl of these greasy olives. Most of them nothing but puts. I understand a limited menu and I've had bar snacks. They could do much better than this. They sell gourmet potato chips and you can get nice olives anywhere. I keep better ones in my own pantry. In terms of the service. It was ok. We were told when we arrived that there was a 90 'minute sitting period and there was no chance of us even needing half that time.The ambiance was the best part ...I would not return . Incredible ambiance - dark, elegant interior with fantastic lounge seating. We came for a pre-show cocktail before walking over to the Lyric. Blooms was the perfect kick off to a nice evening.The server told at arrival they had a 90 minute max sitting period. All good with us. I appreciate that their menu had something for everyone - from cocktails and champagne to a $3 miller. Sometimes when a place is this cute their menu can be pretentious - not the case here.The cheese plate was delicious! However my Through The Looking Glass cocktail, was not good.Our group did get a big laugh over how hard the menu was to read. Small cursive on sparkly paper in a very dark room.

Yes. This is the lounge I've been waiting for in the Baltimore area! The setting is exquisite, the seats are loungey and the whole vibe is phenomenal. Beyond the delicious drinks and overall amazing aesthetics in the bar, what I *love* is how they keep the guest capacity low. It creates a more private, relaxed, intimate and comfortable place to catch a drink and take it all in.

Earlier this year, I made a stop at Blooms Bar in February and March. It's located in the lobby of Ulysses Hotel in Baltimore. Baybeeeee , this is a sexy speakeasy cocktail lounge . They don't have an extensive food menu . But, the drinks are delicious . The vibe is fancy. This is perfect for date night and ladies night.

This was my second time at Bloom's after having a great experience during the first one, which was when they had just opened. It was nice to see that the place is popular these days and all the drinks we ordered were delicious (Midori Sour was my favorite!). However, it seems like the service did not really keep up with the expanded clientele. It took a long time for them to take our order and even longer for the drinks to arrive. I've also ordered their almonds (which were great!), and those took super long to arrive as well. Not a huge deal but I think they can do much better. The flashy decor/ambiance gives this place a unique character and the place has a lot of potential!
