WARNING: This place is dangerous to the "sugars" IYKYK! Now on to the review!Came here after a heavy gym session and it was well worth every morsel and calorie. To dine in, we ordered the breakfast sandwich and the avocado toast. Giving a little a little health before we dove into the pastries. Both were good but simple and straight forward. The stars of the show were the pastries. Ordered the sugar cookie (but given the chocolate chip one instead - mix up behind the counter), the almond croissant (dangerous!) but the stars of my day was the croffin. Something this buttery and flaky and chewy with the perfect balance of sweetness should be illegal! How do they do it? Seriously? I took a bite and thought I would lose my mind - simply WOW. This isnt a place I plan to frequent because I like my belly on flat flat but when I am seeking bakery excellence, I will be returning here!

It is a dangerous discovery when you're only a stone throw away from a Black Market Bakers. This is one I must caution and for my sake, exercise great discipline. I could get one of everything LOL! I have enjoyed the caprese on foccacia, chicken salad on croissant, and several pastries. My most favorite is the blueberry lemon scone and banana mascarpone muffin. I've not been lucky to get their cinnamon bun. There are vegan options weekly so check them out, as noted they're subject to availability! The team here are so hospitable and during my first few visits were incredibly patient with all my asks and requests. I simply appreciate the one to one no pressure service.Parking is tricky once you get into the boatyard, the building is left of Baywoods right at the Port Annapolis Marina. There are no EV stations, and ramps are accessible off the lot.I recommend and caution when coming early! :-) #yum*this location is closed Monday & Tuesday.

Found this hidden gem, and couldn't be more impressed. Literally hidden in what seems like a private boaters community. Black Market does have flagship location in Edgewater, but this newer location is right in a boat marina/park. Great views with a little recreation area. Delicious selection of pastries and sandwiches, and nice coffee options. There's a beautiful patio area around back, with plenty of tables and chairs that overlooks the marina. Picture perfect place to have morning, coffee or lunch. It also has a playground for the kiddos and a trail head is nearby for easy hike. I was a big fan of their delicious focaccia, it was oily (as it should be in a good way) and made for a good caprese sandwich. The oatmeal pie (vegan) was quite large and creamy!!And the staff are so friendly . Can't wait to come back.

This is the current bakery and the customer service is amazing! The team was welcoming and walked me through all of the choices in the display. I grabbed two treats a cruffin and another pastry with raisins (I forgot the name). The bread on the pastries was tasty but the pastries themselves were not my favorite but I think this is because I don't think I love pastries as much as my mind and body say I want to. I would definitely return to try some of there more savory options.

Sourdough is fantastic but the workers seem stressed, and not warm . I always feel either no one is paying attention to me, nor eager to answer any questions about the day's product and that I'm being herded like cattle.

The pastries are absolutely delicious and the coffee was great, too! They never disappoint!!

Amazing French style bakery with authentic croissants and baguettes as well as Italian style focaccia that they'll combine with veg, cheese and deli meats to make delicious warm sandwiches. A great addition to the Port Annapolis Marina.

The lemon blueberry scone may be my favorite dessert in the world! The oatmeal cookie and sour dough baguette are also fabulous. Baking is world class. The customer service is excellent.

We stopped by here to grab some pastries before visiting family and I wished I lived closer to frequent! We arrived shortly before closing and the staff were welcoming and super friendly - honestly, one of the best customer service experiences we've had in a while! We walked out with a few more things than we came for lol - pastries and freshly made breads. The photos are only of the extras we picked up, I forgot to take pics of everything. It was all delicious and a hit with the family! Can't wait to come back!

Literally nothing beats this place in Maryland. The bread created here is unreal. The new breakfast desserts consistently amaze. When I die bury me inside BMB.
