Bistro 91

Went back as previously was great (meatballs & rigatoni) following a funeral. Today was just barely OK. Pasta is fine, overcooked mushrooms in Marinara red sauce, and eggplant parmigiana was really overdone as like mashed potatoes, but no bitterness & pleasant with a Tomato red sauce. Glass of house Merlot was nice. This is partially a Sports Bar with folks casually eating & drinking at the bar counter ( having a great time ). We don't expect to have any stomach issues either. They have a separate section devoted to Take-Out with pleasant servers too. Though busy, they were patient with our questions about their "build your own pasta dish entree." Still is a popular place. Gamber-Maryland.

I liked the food here. I've been here about 4-5 times. Had mixed service based on which waitress I got. Never had any major issues. One waitress told us there weren't any specials but they had happy hour and other daily specials posted on a board in the bar area that we could see from our table so clearly a lack of knowledge. We were trying to dine in one day when going for a motorcycle ride and it was a little after 9pm, sign said they didn't close until 10pm but the doors were locked. There were staff inside but they didn't come to the door. The food has been good the times I did dine-in. Old bay wings are really good, coconut shrimp, fries, burgers. Also tried their shrimp fra diavolo which turned out to be surprisingly tasty and yummy. Our friends who live close by always get their pizza which they enjoy. Their drinks are usually good. Most of the time we've gone it's been kinda empty but dinner time and weekends can definitely get busier. They also host parties and events. But you can also just do carry-out.

Stopped here accidentally on Easter of all days and we got wonderful service from Jo, in a chill atmosphere! March madness & baseball was on as well which was nice. She recommended the ziti bolognese and it was the bomb. My boyfriend got a fully loaded chicken cheesesteak with a side of roasted potatoes which was super flavorful & good as well!

We were seated in the bar area which is very nice. The food was as delicious as the first time we came here. Hubs got BBQ Salmon special and he said it was delicious. I got the Chesapeake Shells and it was delicious as well. It was not over seasoned with old bay but you knew old bay was in it....perfect.Why don't I ever get the servers names?! She was fantastic! Blonde young lady with a great personality!

The bacon pear salad is beyond delicious. The pasta is so good and I love that you can "build your own pasta". The ambiance is cool and the service is great.

The menu offers a wide variety of options and great quality food. It is a great hidden gem of a restaurant.

Great service. Good options with some gluten free options. Everyone's food was good. Recommend for a quick stop. Give it a try.

I was involved w/ a pickleball tournament over the Labor Day weekend in Finksburg, MD. My role was to feed 120 volunteers over the 4 days of the tournament. I worked w/ the owner, Kelly and the manager, Sarah. I ordered the wraps & subs for our group. The food was delicious, the communication throughout the whole experience was topnotch, the service was prompt & dependable, and they worked w/ me to ensure that the order was exactly as we needed. Bistro 91 will definitely be on my list to serve us next year. Thanks to everyone at Bistro 91.

Worst service ever for a carry out order.Call in order. Girl on phone was not listening. Had to repeat order 3 times. Told it would be ready in 30 minutes, 45 minutes later they didn't have order at all. Got Manager who told me they were very busy and it would be about an hour. NEVER going back. Tell everyone to go to Alfeo's in Glyndon who had order perfect in 20 minutes

I loved, loved this meal. It was the special, Seafood Sradia with calamari, mussels, shrimp in a spicy marinara sauce. It was wonderful. The calamari was cooked perfectly which is difficult by its self but put with shrimp again perfect and the mussels were perfection!! It was served with a great salad and garlic bread. I didn't know they were there, went because they are supporting Carroll County Choir. Will be going again probably on regular basis!! Good job Bristro 91!!!
