Bigfoot's Express

Great cheesesteak for this area, nothing like the ones in Philly, but being in the middle of nowhere this is a decent cheesesteak

I'm visiting some family over in the Jennersville area this weekend and things are just super busy with events and such. We decided to order out last night and my brother suggested Bigfoot's Express. They have a huge menu which we were able to view online from their website. It was comprehensive and easy to ready from an iPad. Everyone decided to get burgers, which there were 4 of, and we also ordered a large or family sized Bacon and Cheese fries to share around the table. BTW the burgers are half pound burgers before cooking. It's a big slab of meat. My burger of choice was the Southwest Cheese Burger, which comes with a house southwest sauce. BE burgers also come with your choice of toppings so I added bacon, lettuce, tomato, etc. My brother and mother both had the Steakhouse Cheese Burger which came with Mushrooms, Fried Onions, Provolone & A-1 Sauce and nephew had just a regular Cheese Burger. I should note Mom's was a kids meal. :) We called the order in and were able to pick it up about 15 minutes later after a short drive. Service at the counter was excellent and the staff friendly.All in all the meal was decent. The portions were outstanding however the food itself was kinda bland. In my opinion that's a regular problem with places that have such huge menus as Bigfoot's Express. They try to do just about everything and it unfortunately falls short. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad meal at all. Just sorta generic. 3 Stars.

Outstanding food, fresh ingredients served in extremely large quantity. Value and flavor together. We enjoyed the fried green bean appetizer, grilled chicken salad, Italian sausage hoagie, chicken quesadilla and mixed cheese hoagie.All were great and finally a place that delivers. We will definitely be going back.

Past 3 times we have ordered from here and they have forgotten something on my Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak. I called and spoke with the manager and she was so rude. I will not order from here again. I didnt want to rate them but in order to post I had to

I decided to try Bigfoot's for the first time recently after seeing all the attention and advertising dedicated to it around town. I normally choose A Taste of Philly, but since I was in the area and Bigfoot was opened later on Sundays I figured I'd give them a chance to see what the fuss was about. I hadn't heard much about their food or their business but the second I walked in the door to pick up my food I had mixed feelings. The T-Shirts indicating their other location had me thinking that this could go one of two ways-Either I'd be delighted by the food that made them successful enough to open a second store or I'd be disappointed by them sacrificing quality in order to expand their business. Unfortunately, the latter was an understatement. All of the food was underwhelming and just looked and tasted cheap. The Bigfoot Fries, which I had high hopes for, were just drowned in sauce to the point of feeling slimy. I'm normally not a picky eater, but even I couldn't bring myself to finish the food and spent the rest of the night with an upset stomach. I'm not sure if convenience gives this place its business or what but the people of Oxford really do deserve better, especially when Bigfoot's tends to be one of the more expensive places in town. A Taste of Philly on the other side of town (Walmart shopping center) is slightly cheaper and the quality is just on such a higher level. I won't be doubting my loyalty to them in the future.

Great cheesesteaks, occasionally the employees are not that great but if you can get past that you will enjoy your food.

Don't get the meatball sub. Took a good minute to get it out of the waxed paper- then took a bite (looks can be deceiving) all for it to be ice cold and falling all over the place. Isn't worth the money.

If you want delivery, it'll take over an hour.It's run by kids, I've never seen an adult or anyone who resembles one.And they all look and act like they've been taking bong hits their whole shift!

Personally I feel the wrap that I ordered was overpriced for what I got. The tuna salad was "skipping" through the wrap. Dry too. My husband ordered a standard italian hoagie that had quite a bit of brownish lettuce that wasn't very impressive. For two sandwiches and a few chicken fingers the price was a little steep for the quality. Speaking of price....I urge everyone who orders from them to check your charge on your credit card. More than once our card was charged $1.00 more than what the paper receipt reflects when picking up our order. Might only be $1 but if they are doing that to everyone thinking no one notices.....well, do the math. Not cool. Might be an oversight but the fact that it has happened three times to us makes me scratch my head. Just my opinion. Might not be the case for everyone. Just saying to check your C.C. statement with your receipt.

I recently ordered a chef salad for my boss. He loved it, and I love the great attitude of the people at Bigfoot. Next time, I'm going to ask them to deliver earlier. The delivery guy came later than I asked.
