Four words. Avocado mango cream slush. It is my jam, but I'm sad they don't have it in a bigger size, I would drown in it if I could. Mango pomelo sago is top tier as well. The service is just okay. Have I ever been greeted? No. Will that deter my boba cravings? Also no. But they will quietly give you the dessert drink you deserve so you can go about your day, queen.

I visited Begong with a girlfriend after getting ramen. This boba sure hit the spot for us! And we even got an extra discount after downloading their app! You can self order on the iPads up front and adjust your sweetness level, toppings, etc. The restaurant/boba shop was very clean and had plenty of seating. Overall a solid stop for boba or sweet treat!

Bengong Tea offers a fantastic selection of different types of tea and beautifully crafted drinks. Their flavors are good and refreshing, with high-quality ingredients that stand out. The cozy atmosphere and attention to detail make it a perfect spot to enjoy a treat. Quick service and staff is very helpful with what drink to order.

I usually really like this place, but tonight's experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The person behind the counter was unnecessarily rude. My party asked her about one of our drinks, which didn't contain the toppings we were expecting. She glared at us and refused to add the missing toppings or provide any help. We chose not to make a fuss, given the company we were with, but safe to say we were pretty taken aback. Not sure what her deal was, but this interaction (plus the fact that our drinks turned out subpar) has me hesitating to come back.

Been here several times, most of times service was great, and drinks were tasty. However there were times our drinks didn't come out as it supposed to be, and customer service were lacking. It really depends on who's working that day . Fortunately, most of the time this place is decent. the self service order machine is fairly convenient, but couple of times one of the two machines was broken, when this happens the line can be long. Our overall experience with ben gong is thumbs up & do recommend.

Not only are the drinks overpriced -- they don't taste good. We ordered a variety of drinks (both fruity and milky) and yet we would not order any of them again. The cherry on top? The staff is unnecessarily and terribly rude. I will not be returning. Also, the space was dirty with food crumbs on the unoccupied chairs and tables. Note: It is a shared space with Chin Xi'an. There was only one other customer while we were there, and yet there were several tables with dirty dishes (which stayed dirty the entire time we were there/about 45 mins).

This spacious bubble tea shop is a great place to meet up with friends for a study session. Drinks:Passion Fruit Yakult Tea:Tart and creamy with passion fruit chunks on the bottom. It's a delicious drink, but I do not consider this a tea. I can't taste any of the tea, so next time I'll request less sugar.The menu is so extensive I know I'll be back to try something new. Service:No in-person contact. They have 3 kiosks, and cash is not accepted. Service is simply okay... but not good. Normally someone will call out your order number when your beverage is ready, that doesn't happen here. So keep your eye out for your order. A good boba place in Ellicott City that is worth a try. It is conveniently located in the same store as the xian food restaurant.

i was really looking forward to the drink but very disappointed. i asked for black rice with no boba but there isn't any toppings. no black rice.
