Beijing Palace

Love this place! My go to carry out. The lady who runs the show always remembers what I order. She always makes sure to take care of me and tell me be careful! Love it here! Oh and if you like egg foo young! Go ahead and order it here because the gravy is amazing! Aesthetically it's not all that great but I leave with a pleased palette!!!!!

Chinese food carryout. On Kenilworth Avenue, near the DC line. Located in a shopping mall so plenty parking, especially at the side of the building. Good portion sizes. Pleasant staff.

Beijing Palace was a very welcome surprise, especially for this area. When we popped in, from first contact, the woman who helped us at the counter was super friendly and took our order without issue. This might seem like a small issue but customer service in most fast food Chinese restaurants is SEVERELY laxking so this was such a pleasant surprise! We ordered the fried chicken wings with pork fried rice, spare pork ribs and the shrimp egg foo young. During transport all items arrived home hot and fresh. The shrimp egg foo young was PERFECT! The sauce slightly lumpy but great flavor. The chicken wings crispy and the rice absolutely perfect even with the request of no carrots and peas. The pork spare ribs were crispy and juicy with the perfect amount of fat - Yummers!The only drawback was the wonton soup - the broth was flat with a hint of soy sauce. Not enjoyable at all!Looking forward to returning and trying a noddle dish next and, of course, more egg foo young!

Food is always hot and fresh! I've had wings and fried rice, general tso chicken, and shrimp and broccoli. The shrimp and broccoli is my least favorite. The sauce always taste burnt. They have the BEST general tso chicken in this area!

Always amazing service and the food is legit! We always get the Singapore noodles, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon. But we've tried other entrees and fried rice too. Can't go wrong! They are consistent, big portions, and amazingly low prices. Dinner for 2 have never been more than $25.

The chicken smelled like old water. I ended up throwing the meal in the trash. I would not recommend.

The food was decent but I wish the sweet and sour had the sauce on the chicken and not on the side. It was a quick eat and was not bad though.

General Tso's hot and crispy, light breading and good chunks of premium chicken. Szechuan chicken veggies were cooked perfectly and nice and hot. Great portion of chicken. Fried rice and wings with mombo sauce also very good. I haven't eaten chinese takeout in a long time and it was very good. Fast, hot, brimming over, slightly salty. Steamed rice was even perfectly cooked. Will be ordering again.

So my boyfriend ordered worth hey $50 of food, The food took one hour to deliver. The fried rice looked and tasted old, it was hard. A couple things of the order was missing. My boyfriend called and the lady that took the order was rushing to get off the phone. Plus an order worth $50 they only sent two fortune cookies. This the first and last time I had their food never again.

Major disappointment. Watery Szechuan green beans and kung pao chicken that was hot with no flavor. Chicken tasted like fish. Threw it out. Won't return.
