Bagels And...

The bagels are delicious!! I had no idea about this place until I had them at a coffee shop. Best bagels in Annapolis. I got the pepper Jack bagel with eggs salad both were delicious. I will definitely come. Back.

Bagels And... has been around Annapolis since the early '80s and is family -owned and -operated. We were waiting for a pickup order nearby, and noticed that this was located in a strip plaza across the street; we were curious, so we stopped on by.They have various bagels, cream cheese, sandwiches, and even lunch/house specialties.We ordered:+an Everything bagel, toasted, with a Low Fat Scallion cream cheese+a Jalapeno bagel, toasted, with Jalapeno cream cheeseHonestly, these were probably the worst bagels we've tried - the bagels themselves were just poorly made; not sure if they were just not fresh, if they were stale, if someone put too much of an ingredient or two in, or it was a combination of all the of the above, but it was just difficult to ingest. The cream cheese was super thick, and there seemed to have been some type of difficulty in spreading it on the bagel themselves. Also, the bagels were cut haphazardly.We each took a bite and tossed the rest.Service was kind of pushy, so you better know what you plan on ordering before getting in line; it's kind of hard, since the place is small, so once you go through the double doors, the staff is already waiting for you to put an order in.There was some sign and note on this place being recognized as having the best bagels back in '11; perhaps back then, but definitely no longer...Seating inside is fully closed, so it's just to-go only. We came here on Sunday morning. Great thing was there was no rush. Service was good. Coffee was good. Bagels were fresh and good. Will visit again!

Everything bagel with egg & bacon was on point. Large hot bagel with fluffy egg and crispy bacon.

I love bagels but there is a lot to be said for these bagels. I tried them later in the day and you need good strong teeth because they were hard. The service is indifferent not friendly but not rude. So get to work a little too early and tried a bagel cream cheese and the bagel was hard. So morning or early afternoon they are just that hard, they are not stale but hard. I will say this get the Lox spread on a bagel or any type of cream cheese, they really give you a healthy amount vs dunkin or Starbucks. As for the ambiance, the seating area is nothing fancy but its clean and they do have regulars.

SO RUDE. Would rate lower if I could honestly. Every time I've come here (2) I've been rushed, and talked and talked down to. I am located very close and have ordered ONE sandwich before and have picked it up no issues. ALLY the "cashier who does everything" (what she said verbatim) was extremely rude when I called to place a pick up order. I explained to her very respectfully that I have placed an order for one sandwich before and that it hasn't been a issue. I then asked if I could have an exception since I was literally sitting outside in the parking lot, and she tells me verbatim "there's no way you have ordered just one sandwich before. Not from here." I then asked her when that became a thing / rule and she said the owner made this rule. When I asked for her name she got even more defensive and asked me WHY I had asked for her name. It's extremely SAD and DISSAPOINTING that I can't visit my local bagel shop and get my food prepared prior to my arrival. I never see this place packed with people or orders so it's just really inconvenient whenever I'm in a rush. I've had better bagels but I support my local community the best I can, and today it's safe to say I won't be coming back due to the disrespect from ALLY. I really genuinely hope that this place can get turned cause the service from staff is unacceptable and unwelcoming especially inside.

Amazing bagels. The lox and cream cheese is enough for two! Kinda pricey, but delic.

I'm a New York Jewish woman who knows good bagels! This is the best place to get bagels south of Pikesville. Be warned, they don't use preservatives so eat them today, or have them slice them at no charge and stick them in the freezer. It's no joke, a fresh bagel is yummy, a stale one will send you to the dentist! I'm a 35 year happy customer, you will be too!

Very unhappy with today's visit here service was great but I've been coming here for 15+ years getting the same thing and I just spent $48 on two bagels."smoked" salmon had bones in it. Crappy bagels aren't worth dying for.

My first time as a patron and I will now be a regular! I ordered the New Yorker and somehow the order was incorrectly prepared, however the staff caught the error and corrected it before handing it over. Big Plus! The everything bagel New Yorker gave me that Brooklyn fever again! The Bagel was so good that my very well disciplined pup, ate the half I was saving lunch while my back was turned!
