Best omelette I've ever had -- buffalo chicken. Friendly staff. Good prices. Old bay bagels.

Fast and tasty bagel shop with all your regular bagel/ sandwich options. We got an egg and cheese on a bagel and a chicken salad sandwich on wheat to go. Both were delicious and hit the spot. The banana walnut muffin was good but definitely should have warmed it up! The place was packed on a Sunday around 11:30 but our order came out very quickly! Can't wait to be back .

I can't believe I didn't know this place existed. Located in a VERY unassuming strip mall, Bagel Works has sit down service and a to go counter. I easily found a table and was waited on immediately. In fact, I was waited on by a few people who seemed to tag team my breakfast experience. Fresh hot coffee and a bagel sandwich were tasty and reasonably priced. Excellent service in a cute, modern bagel shop. As Arnold would say, I'll be back!

Debated between 2 or 3 stars but erring to the positive side because I have had mostly positive experiences. Bagel Works is the closest bagel shop to my house and I have gotten bagel breakfast sandwiches here and there and have always enjoyed them.I was hosting a brunch a few weekends ago and decided to make bagel breakfast sandwiches and get the bagels from Bagel Works. I got a half dozen bagels and asked for them to be sliced. Upon getting home 3-4 of them were sliced so badly that I couldn't use them for their intended purpose, so I had to pivot my entertaining plans last minute. I'm not sure why/who thought that bagel slicing was ok to give to a customer. Next time I will slice myself!

So I got a gift card for this place and my boss raves about it...I have no idea what he raves about. My breakfast sandwich had enough flavor as my lil pinky. There was no flavor. I asked for salt and pepper. Never got. And it was burnt a bit. I will admit the sandwich looks good put together. But other than that. I'll probably pass my gift card to someone else.

Pre-pandemic I was here regularly. Small space that doesn't make distancing easy. Bagels are amazing. Service is excellent!More Than bagels.Closest eating place to the NCR Ashland trail, so eat what you want and work it off.Last word: Everything Egg Bagel! Salmon spread. Highly recommend.

Food is good, but do not have a full selection of bagels or food on open. If you are going to be open, you should have the entire menu available.

AMAZING! Gluten Free!!!gluten free bagel was absolutely amazing! i rarely find places that have gluten free bagels and I am extremely grateful that this place not only has them, but does them RIGHT!!! When i went to get mine, it was on a whim and craving, and I got there just before they were closing, but the workers were so sweet!! Looking forward to coming back and sitting down with friends and family.

Beware: deceptive business practices. It is illegal for merchants to add undisclosed fees at the end of a transaction. It is deceptive to charge extra for credit cards after food has been consumed.Bagel Works is charging customers more than the fees they pay credit card companies to increase profits. And after all that, when I got my bagels home they were not fresh. Goldberg's in Pikesville definitely seems worth the drive.
