Small little hole in the wall place. Looks dirty on the outside. Inside isn't too bad. It is hot! No AC at all! Food is ok. Not the best, but not the worst either.

I would give this restaurant actually 3 1/2 stars. I was in the area and I thought I would give this place a try. I read many reviews about the Sesame Chicken so I order that, and side of string beans. I thought the Sesame Chicken had a good taste but the string beans was average. Inside the restaurant was clean, and the cooking area was clean as well. All in all this place is worth a try.

They have excellent food and great service. However, what got me was that they have the absolutely best General Tso Chicken in all of Baltimore. It is spicy they way it should be and not sweet.

The reviews made me want to try this place out. 18 minute drive to the spot thinking I was gonna get some gooood quality Chinese takeout. My friend and I had ordered over $75 worth of food for our families. Which included 1 large beef and Broccoli and 1 large shrimp and broccoli. The order also came with a free large general tso. I'm mentioning these plates specifically because they were the worst out of everything we got.What was alarming was the broccoli had a very bitter and chemical like taste to a few of them in both orders. It was an overwhelming bitter taste that made you spit out the broccoli and your taste buds was ruined with that chemical after taste. There was no odor and visually you couldn't see anything wrong with the broccoli. We survived but it made me really skeptical as to what that bitter/chemical broccoli taste was. Oh and the general tso was mediocre, frozen, stringy, non-chicken like meat that didn't surprise me. They also need to stop putting 4 pieces of dead broccoli pieces in there for decoration too. No offense to this spot but it's the whole American Chinese take out industry! Notice how they don't eat it themselves (Be careful of what you eat)

My wife and I tried this the other night, via Door Dash.She had the dumplings, we tried the chicken fried rice and the ribs.The dumplings were tasty, the sauce it comes with was "meh".The fried rice, yellow looking rice, was average, nothing special to write home about. Had some veggies or veggie-type things in the rice, but I have had better.The ribs, they were huge, and bathed in a very sweet red sauced bbq concoction. A little too sweet for my taste but it was ok.Overall the experience was so-so. Some of the reviews here killed this place, I found it incredibly average and would return for a last minute meal (it's close to home). But otherwise, I'll pass.

Food is always good. Im working on going vegan and this place has vegetable sushi as well as cucumber and avocado rolls. Miso soup is ok..flavor isnt very strong but still good. Both avocado and garden salad were fresh and ginger dressing that comes with is AMAZING!!! Also had spoon of shrimp fried rice and yatkamein...both were really good!! We also were able to used coupon on our last big order and got free general tsos chicken ..nothing like free food lol. I love this place!!

I wasn't satisfied with the food I ordered. The spare ribs was tough and the roast pork yak a mein wasn't good at all tiny pieces of pork with a huge amount of noodles.

Overall flavors have gotten a bit more bland than previously, especially with the wonton soup. Overall still good for a general Chinese stop in the area with decent portion sizes.

I've been ordering food from Asian Taste for about 5 years now. I used to live in the Hamilton-area, so it was super convenient and I found that they had the best Chinese food available for delivery in the area (if you're looking to eat-in at some place, check out The Orient). It's tradition for my family to order Chinese and see a movie on Christmas, and this year we're a bit farther from our Hamilton stomping grounds, but that didn't stop us from returning to our tried and true. We placed an order for pick-up at around 6:45pm and the food was ready within ten-fifteen minutes. The restaurant is located on Belair Road in the Frankford-area is Baltimore. It's a small little shop, with a few chairs, and window with plexi glass protecting the kitchen, and I suppose, the employees. It was a bit off-putting to see a sign warning against "hoodies and ski masks" but we only had to run in for a second to grab the food. I ordered the boneless spare ribs, and pork fried rice combo, and the general tso and pork friend rice combo. Each meal comes with a vegetable egg roll. In the end the meal totaled to $17, which is pretty reasonable. The food was delicious, and well-worth the fifteen minute drive from my current residence.
