&pizza

The last time I stopped by this location, a person took my order. This time, I placed it myself via a touchscreen. Afterwards, I grabbed a seat and waited for my food to be ready. I ordered the moonstruck pizza and added pepperoni. It had mozzarella, grilled onions, mushrooms, goat cheese, truffle oil, & garlic butter sauce because they were out of truffle sauce. The pizza was pretty good, but the garlic butter sauce was a bit much and a little overpowering. I look forward to trying this pizza with the truffle sauce.

Yani and Brian definitely made our experience 100 times better than the last. Of course I was craving pizza again lol. I had to give it one more shot. And it was such a great choice. Aside from the pizza tasting amazing the service was finally matching the quality.

*Updated ReviewI had high hopes for this location. I mean they're in a college town. That's like prime real estate! My last two times here, I wasn't pleased with the overall experience. I usually place my order ahead on the app so I'm not waiting too long. Yet I get there, and I'm still waiting awhile. They need to just remove the pickup window - it seems pointless! And the pies weren't that great. I think maybe they need some training here! I don't have these issues at other locations.

Use to be a good spot to get some pizza in the CP area. Now it's messy when you walk in, you can't order face to face it's all down through a machine. Loud music and the food has gone down hill in the past year or so. It's a shame use to be a good place to grab some pizza.

I enjoyed my pizza. Very good pizza! Went during lunch hours a bit busy. Great costumer service! I don't care for the drink options they have but it is fast food! The ambiance was chill, nice, quiet. Parking cost $2 for 2 hours.

&pizza located in College Park is a lot faster and friendlier than the one in PG Mall. Kudos to that!You walk in - You're greeted. You order and boom order ready in 10 minutes! Talk about service. They don't have a lot of beverage options which was odd but there is a CVS next door where I was able to get a drink. Didn't really see desserts, no cookies, pies on the line, my fat tail would have grabbed one. Not even sure if they sell any dessert. Overall, pizza is good for on-the-go cravings.

Giving 3 stars because the pizza may taste delicious but the service could've been better. one person asked me what I would like, the second worker gave me a weird look just because I wanted to confirm what I was ordering since he came over to take my order. He then proceeded to question my topping decisions as if he was gonna be the one to eat the pizza I was ordering for myself. Definitely need to work on their customer service.

&pizza is one of my favorite chains and has great build your own pizzas.Pizza was cooked well but a little undercooked compared to other locations. The dough didn't come out as crispy as usual and was a little soft. Chick peas were good but a little soft and more mushy than expected. I get a lot of toppings and all the others were delicious.The restaurant was clean and had a nice aesthetic. The design and color scheme are very neat. It would be nice if they also played music.Service was average. I came when it wasn't super busy but got my food fast. I normally get sauces on the side but they said it was an extra $.75, not sure if that is a new policy or just specific to this location. The location of the store is nice and has a variety of places to eat nearby. I had no trouble finding parking although the parking lot was still crowded and I can imagine it might be during a busier hour

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, never go here ever. They disregard me and my group and the fact that they were understaffed. So disrespectful to the fact that they told everyone inside to leave when it was 8pm and they were closed and they closed at 2 am. Everything about that establishment sucks.
