Visit: 2021 Review finished: 3/2024Unfortunately I am attempting to finish this review in 2024, long after visiting this establishment so I do not recall my visit here besides giving it 5/5 stars and most likely ordering honey BBQ and/or garlic parmesan wings because I was obsessed with those at the time. Regardless, in my very trusted book of ratings, I absolutely enjoyed this spot and the food was amazing. So I'll be back and do a better job reviewing next time.

This is one of my fav wing spots in dc. Not sure why they ceased pick up orders thru Uber eats but I order from here all the time. The flavors are pretty good. I've tried them all.

If I could give this store ZERO that is exactly what it would be. We ordered a 10pc wing combo via Door Dash and received a shitty pepperoni pizza and something that looks like it was molded so they fried it to cover it up. I am DISGUSTED. Gross. Spend your money elsewhere.

Literally couldn't be further away from being America's best wings. We just dumped the majority of our meal in the bin. The wing flavor of the Jamaican jerk was quite awful, and the hot wings tasted like some combination of Caesar dressing and BBQ. The fries were fine, but the cheese sticks were over fried. My biggest complaint though is in regard to the chicken strips. I have only posted one other yelp review in my life, and these chicken strips were a rallying cry for me. I have never had a chicken strip this bad. It was rubbery and dry, lacked essentially any flavor resembling chicken and came with the worst honey mustard concoction I can imagine. I would give zero stars if I could.

Worst Customer service ever!!!! I hate writing bad reviews and try to avoid them but i can't even lie, this location is the worst. I placed a phone order and they didn't even know the menu or even the prices. My food was wrong and super greasy and nasty. It was so bad i had to trash them. I was going to go back and complain but it wasn't even worth the drive back. I just took the L. The location seemed not so clean and empty. This place needs to add more flavor to the place literally. I really hope they get it together because it's sad to hear a business not grow and do better. Hopefully things will get better soon.

I always love their wings and they are one of my favorite places to get them. The nuclear and hot lemon pepper are great and I always like to get my wings extra crispy and with extra sauce. The service here is trash though.. like absolute trash.. my gf and I came into the restaurant, one woman was on the phone taking an order and the other decided she was going to take a phone call while we were there and place a to go order. I can't speak for the other items on the menu but at least I know the wings haven't let me down.

On the menu it states that you get a 20oz fountain drinks with your combo meal. The cashier offered me tea or lemonade in a 20oz cup or a can soda because the fountain machine is (broken). I put broken in parentheses because it has been broken for years now, so part of me thinks that it's not really broken. I asked was the can soda 20oz and he said no. So I asked are the bottled sodas 20oz and of course yes they are. So why not offer your customers the bottle option if your menu states you get a 20oz drink included? I encourage everyone that comes to get a combo to ask for a bottle soda instead of the can option until they make the changes on the menu or offer the bottle drinks as an option.

AMERICAS BEST has become AMERICAS WORST. You ask one thing... you get something totally different. No empathy or consideration or people. I feel sorry for the owners. I'm sure this wasn't the vision they had seen/saw. Everything boils down to COMMUNICATION. I've gotten to a age where I'm sick of these restaurants/hole in the walls places. I try to support and have patience but SMH! Ain't no way. AMERICA WORST JUST HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD.Asked for tenders . Instead they sent me chicken breast.
