Ok so first off let me start by saying I'm very disappointed because I took someone here because I like the food and the one time I decided to do this customer service was horrible the young lady was unprofessional she was all over the place and apparently so distracted that she messed up his order he asked for a Philly and five wings and fries the fries were soggy and not hot and they gave him some kind of fish sandwich and he is just now sitting down to eat his food and that's what he got and we are all the way in Reisterstown too far to make it back to them before they close and spent almost $40 for two platters and this is the poor customer service we get I will not ever take anyone there ever again

I've been coming to America's best long before I was a yelper. Great food, especially for wingette enthusiasts. I'd say they really do have the best. Now that I am on a keto diet, I love their wings even more because I can have the flavored, non breaded ones .I honestly don't know how anything else here tastes except for the wings and the fries, but if the other food items taste as good as the wings, you won't be dissapointed. They have a wide variety of fish platters, subs, salads. There is something got everyone in their menu.

Nah, I'll pass. My order looked apetizing but was NOT.This review comes after my second visit. Last Sunday, I ordered lemon pepper and garlic wings. The wings were very, very very, very salty and cooked way too hard. Like, dehydrated, both me and the wings. This came after my first visit a few weeks prior which was just as bad- ( no garlic salt) just wings bathed in lemon juice...Three stars for excellent customer service.

I decided to order after I got my hair braided (it was late). I ordered the fried catfish wrap and old bay wings and was thoroughly disappointed. I took one bite out of my wrap and threw it away! Soggy and no flavor! My husband tasted two wings and decided he didn't like them. Not to mention, I called my order in and was told 15/20 minutes and it took over 30 minutes! This place is TRASH!

I have visited this location several times since the last review I gave. They actually are under different management since then and for the most part the food is very good. The burgers are excellent a good juicy burger like homemade. The wings are good I have even ordered them for out of town guest and they request it now when visiting. Last two weeks I think they changed their tea recipe and it's not the best but I must say the young man in front named Angel is the best, always friendly and very nice displaying excellent customer service.
