The wait time is terrrible! I ordered in the Greenbelt store and waited 20 minutes, watching all the Doordashers that came in after me get their order and leave! The moral of the story is, they don't care how long you wait--Doordash will always have precedence! Poor customer service as well when I said "I've been waiting 20 minutes, one of the cooks yelled from the back, "Thats how long it takes."The young girl that takes orders says ten minute wait time when she probably should say 20. She was nice about it though and apologized, but it's the fools in the back that are cooking other others in whatever order they feel like!

Completely disgusting visit! The chicken was soft and tough, and i did not like the wing sauce. On the app i definitely clicked "honey garlic" but somehow that changed to, " Hot Carribean citrus" & I paid for celery which did not come with my wings and the even the fries were cold and not cooked through 2/10

My parents and I have eaten at America's Best Wings for years -- not this location mind you, but this is now my closest one. I have been a few times and I have had nothing short of a positive experience. Let me get to it...I once had to get wings from them last minute after my favorite wing place let me down at the very last minute. They were fast, professional, very polite, and when I went to pick them up, the place is super clean! Not only that, but their wings are quite good. They aren't my favorite as I said, but they're in the mid-tier of my wing rankings easily. Their expertise expands beyond just wings -- they also have fish, burgers, and subs, for example. I've had their fish and rice and can vouch for how good that is. On several occasions I have stopped there on the way to my parents' place and they always talk about how good all their food is. I have noticed the myriad of bad reviews, but I just haven't had that experience yet, both pre-COVID-19 and during the pandemic.Stay safe out there!

Opening under new ownership less than two months ago, this Greenbelt, Maryland location reminds me of a conversation in which Harry Potter responds to Draco Malfoy's demand for him to return Draco's original wand by asking "Why?" and remarking "You've got that one," referring to the Elder Wand. My wife and I loved the culinary options and the platter prices of the original Chinese owners; however, in this case, the quality of the grilled flounder, tilapia, shrimp, and salmon (all with flavoring options like Cajun or Garlic) exceeds even that of the original ownership. Do not let the Wings in their name fool you; their specialty is grilled seafood, at least in our opinions.

The one star...is for the fries. I'm not sure if management has changed, but the service has gone down hill. I can barely understand the nice lady that answers the phone. She's always smiling, but her English is very broken. I'm not sure about y'all, but I like my wings hard fried. Meaning crispy and done. Not chewy. Not elastic chicken (especially the skin...eww). In the photo is supposed to be butterfly shrimp. Never seen them like this before. Sad to say...no more America's Best Wings for me.

The food was not bad, but I was thrown off when I went to pick up food and while waiting, attempted to go to the bathroom. Openef the door and witnessed one of the most disgusting restrooms ever! Made me think that if they are ok with the restroom looking like this, how clean is the kitchen and do they use the same restroom? I will definitely not be going back here anymore.... The Greenbelt location is where I am talking about...

awful service. claimed they did not have our order, another person asked and said same thing, then another person checked and found it. ten minutes after it was supposed to be done asked for a refund and they argued with us saying they couldn't do it and you could only get a refund online when online says the store has to, and the whole time staff were rude and unprofessional. awful store and staff. do not recommend to anyone.

Was my first time here. I got a cheeseburger and onion rings. The wait wasn't too long. They have tables where one can eat their meal, but no A/C. It is actually hotter inside the place than it was outdoors and today the humidity was very high.When I eventually got my food, the cheeseburger was rather small and drab looking. The onion rings were pretty good. The cheeseburger was a surprise, it actually had a lot of good flavor to it.Cost of total meal was about $14If we didn't have inflation, i would have been willing to pay $5 max for that.I will probably go here again, but it is probably better to stick to their namesake and get wings.
