America's Best Wings

Absolutely by far the worst Americas Best Wings I've ever eaten at but also just one of the worst restaurants period. I got fish and wings combo and the so called 3 piece fish was one piece sliced into 3 thin over cooked burnt slices. The fries which I was told were being made fresh which is why my order was taking so long were under cooked and tasted like they were heated up in an oven and not fried. Chicken wings were tiny and overcooked. The food here is just overall TRASH!

If I could give it -1000 stars I would, the guy with the comb over does not know the menu and messed up my order 3 times. Terrible customer service on the phone, and attempts to tell me they do not offer all flats even though it's on their menu for .50cts more. Ridiculous. Pretty good food and price. Only thing I don't like is there's nowhere to eat in the restaurant. + they have a cool sign.

Smhhh I promise I will upload pictures next time I have these wings(which will be soon) but my gosh these are the best wings in the area. I usually get the honey old bay wings and they are to die for every time, much better than Pizza Boli's old bay wings. I've had the lemon pepper, honey bbq, and the Jamaican jerk and they are always cooked to perfection. Highly recommended for take out to satisfy wing cravings, family dinner and friendly gatherings at home!

There was a fucking bug in my ketchup. Their chicken tasted like fish because their grease hasnt been changed in who knows how long. Gave us less wings than we ordered and paid for, charges an extra 4$ for a small amount of fries and a canned soda when the menu clearly states "16 oz fountain drink". They had cups, lids, and straws and the fountain was still accessible and working. Food wasnt even good.

*****3.5 stars*****Service was excellent, with workers being extremely friendly and knowledgeable, so rounding up to four stars.Ordered two 10 piece wing combos and 4 piece chicken tenders. Wings were meaty and crispy. For the flavors (they have over 20!), decided on hot (wet sauce) and lemon pepper (dry rub). Between the two flavors, I enjoyed the lemon pepper more. The hot (3 peppers on their menu) wasn't spicy at all, but more on the mild side. Next time I'll give nuclear (4 peppers on their menu) a try. I would have also liked the wings to be saucier, so would spend the extra $0.50 next time around. The lemon pepper wings had good flavor to them. Citrusy and not too salty. I just wish the wings were more evenly coated as some parts of the chicken tasted just like plain chicken. Again, I would spend extra for more sauce next time. The fries that came with the wings were okay. Could have used a sprinkle of salt on them. The chicken tenders were huge! They were fried nicely and their home made batter was well seasoned. Besides chicken, America's Best Wings also offers subs, burgers, wraps, seafood (fish and shrimp), and salads. To go menu stated one price, but I was charged another (slightly less than advertised). Menu also stated they only accept Visa and Mastercard, but I was able to pay with my AMEX. This location is more of an order and go as no seating was available. Parking is plentiful in their large lot.

I was up visiting from Va Beach and went by to get myself some 'wings' from this location. ,,, Now, although the inside of the place looks like a "hole in the wall", the wings are actually very very good! The lady that took my order was very nice, and patient, and she took the time to mention to me that it would be less expensive to order 20 wings instead of two orders of ten. And she was nice enough to allow me to have them prepared two different ways. ("Thank you nice lady" ... Sheriff Buford T. Justice, Smokey & The Bandit) :) I ordered ten mild and ten lemon pepper. And they were surprisingly tasty! Although I do recommend that if you order the lemon pepper wings, that you request a little bit 'extra' lemon pepper, seasoning. Other than that, the wings were very good! Also, I highly recommend their 'in house' hot sauce. It is fantastic! One of the best 'in house' hot sauces I've had. So, when you go to, America's Best Wings, be patient, be polite, and you will be rewarded with the finest fast food wings in the interior Gaithersburg area. Note to restaurant: please use fresher celery next time. That, and the light lemon pepper seasoning is the only reason I didn't give five stars.

Customer service is really poor. One lady works in the cashier who doesn't know how to manner and talk with customers. Today i ordered chicken wings combo and she gave me boneless wings. When i told her this is not what i ordered, she started showing me an attitude and saying i did order the boneless. Instead of saying sorry, she started arguing and blaming me like i did wrong but not her. Whoever goes there or planning to go there, i would tell them to be careful when you order any food. They don't listen properly and then blame you for that. I'm definitely not going there anymore for sure. What a poor service !!

If you want some good heat, get their Nuclear and Ghost pepper Mix. The chicken is great and fries are bomb that comes with the combo.

Okra was trash. I don't know why they would charge someone for burnt crumbs. Very disappointing.
