Ordered lunch though grub hub ....it was ok food did arrive hot. Wayyyyy toMuch salt and pepper on the wings tho Cheesesteak didn't have a lot of meat. Tasty but not 5 star.... They followed instructions on toppings and utensils ...very pleased with the service. Fries were great.

I came to this establishment a few times after getting tired of the hospital food at the shock trauma center. During my 3 weeks in Baltimore we ordered the whole wings, steak and cheese, gyro, and assorted desserts. The ladies at the counter or when I called in an order were always smiling and helpful even asking how my loved one was when they noticed my hospital bracelets. The food was always cooked to perfection and bagged with care. Note: this restaurant isn't located in the best of neighborhoods (in a shopping center but have to go through some sketchy areas to get there) however, every person I encounter was friendly, helped open doors, and was easy to talk to. I definitely recommend their store made hot sauce and of course the mambo sauce with is a DC/MD staple.

ProsConvenient to office.Free parking. Easy online ordering via GrubHub.ConsOrder Taker amittedly doesn't pull and read GrubHub orders to ensure timely completion.Longer than quoted wait times. Despite my 2 requests for plasticware, no plasticware.Overcooked Catfish. Bland Grilled Catfish despite the request for Garlic Pepper.Super buttery veggies.Ok the fence about returning.

I have been to this place twice so far and both visits were good. The customer service is really good. My favs here is the Philly (Cheesesteak) and wing combo. My favorite flavors of buffalo wings are ranch, jamaican jerk and mild buffalo.
