Amendment 21

This is not your corner liquor store! I came in and asked for two cheap, I mean high value wines. One red, and one white. Standard. The Wine selection was broad. What was really impressive was the wide range of unique tequilas and bourbons. Service was amazing. An education without a hard sell. Ended up with 2-11 dollar bottles of wine, and an Amendment 21 curated bourbon. One that the store commissioned with a Kentucky distillery. Gotta love a bottle with a story. This place has been around since 1933, so they are doing something right. Closest liquor store to Morgan State.

This place is a gem. I came here to look for a rare bottle of whiskey as a gift for someone. He had it in stock and at a reasonable price! The owner was amazing. He took time to explain and share some of the stories behind the whiskies that he had. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. They have an amazing collection of whiskey and tequila. I would 100% come back!

This place is a hidden jewel. The attendant was cool, he recommended a few beers for me to try. I couldn't take my eyes off of the huge selection of beer they offered. I'm not a beer drinker at all but the flavors enticed me. So if you're in the area stop by and check this place out. I will return for sure!

This spot is a relatively new addition to a neighborhood that almost literally has a liquor store on every other corner. What sets this one apart is that it carries a huge variety of craft beers for hipsters and beer aficionados alike. Can or bottle? Pilsner, Lager, Stout? There's such a variety, that you can try them all. What's great is that I've been here several times, and staff has been laid back, friendly and helpful. Nice guys here. Big ups to Amendment 21.

It's okay, too many draft beers tho. I like stores with more local beers. The parking is a nightmare tho you can hardly find the parking

For a small space this place has an amazing selection of whiskey, tequila, and local craft beer! We came looking for an elusive bottle of whiskey that we've been looking for months for and he has it and he has it always in stock for a super reasonable price. The owner couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. We will be back for sure!

A friendly local liquor store that carries something special. Not only your every day big name brands. John and Brooks are very knowledgeable and willing to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Plus, they carry my favorite Vodka, Wisher Beet Vodka Cheers!

Don't take their advice. Three times with I, my wife or adult daughters have asked for recommendations, only to be led astray by John, the owner. The last incident took the prize. My daughter wanted to get me a bottle of aged rum for Father's Day, similar to my favorite, OldLine, which they were out of. John recommended a Jamaica Rum called Doctor Bird, in a brown bottle, which turns out is an unaged, white rum. It's crap. Thanks John. Won't be back.
